Food here is great! Also with service to match. The server was very attentive and friendly. We went here during lunch hours and I have zero complaints. Drinks were served timely and cleared. Food came hot and ready as well as in a timely manner. Servers were responsive and accommodating.. all round it was a great experience. I have heard about this place for some time but never gave it a try. Wish I did sooner. Wings are awesome. Pizza is great! Definitely a spot to check out if in the area.

Hands down gotta be worst wings in the world. Dry rubs don't stick to wings. Wings are coated in some strange white, slightly sweet powder, while all the requested seasoning is in the bottom of the food container clumped together. Pizza used to be good, now bland leaving only disappointment :(

PSA if your a cleaning company avoid Fat Louise's pizzeria. They will not pay. The owner is $570 passed due for cleans at both pizzeria locations. Here are before and after pics and texts with his response. My husband and and I own a fully insured and bonded cleaning company. For a big pizzeria to do this to a small town family is unreal. At the end of the day we are all tring to pay our bills!! Also said shelve needs to be moved in order to be cleaned under. Our machine doesn't fit And there is a cash register on this shelve. Terrible customer service. Ordered a pizza and 3 lbs of wings for pick up. Showed up and was given two boxes one with pizza and the other with wings. I trusted the entire order was there, paid and drove home. When I got home I realized I was given only 1lb of wings ( ordered and paid for 3lbs). When I picked up the wings the place was not busy at all. 2 people at the bar and 4 tables total. It was a mistake so I called to let them know 2lbs of wings were missing. The person who answered the phone immediacy said "can you hold" before I was able to say a word. She put the phone down and never came back. I could hear the servers laughing and talking to each other ( not busy with customers). I waited 12 min listening to that nonsense when I decided to call their number with another phone. Someone picked up and the original call was hung up on. 12min on hold knowing the place was dead only to get hung up on. I explained the situation and asked to get a call back from the owner the following day to see what he thought of what took place. Have not heard back so I can assume they owners do it care about customer service. They did send out the 2lbs of wings but by the time I was put on hold (12 min) for no reason and the time it took for delivery the pizza was cold. The reason for ordering Pizza and wings is to eat them together. Very disappointed at the lack of service from Fat Louie's.

Finally got a night out w/o kids and decided to try this place on recommendation. We sat ourselves and our waitress showed for our drink order about 10mins later. She began running away while we were giving some additional instructions on the cocktails we ordered. Obviously she was inconvenienced and too busy. Being first time customers, I had menu questions, she was short and curt and tried to hurry us along with our order. Now I’m super put off! Hubby’s pizza and wing combo arrived…. Mine did not. I was then told it it only be one minute. He finished his wings, finished his pizza and my pizza/wing combo was no where to be found. We were offered a free beverage ??? How does a shot of vodka make up for completely ruining our date night? They sent us home with my pizza in a box, but still no wings! Guess I should have known from the “drink order” that this night was not going to be a pleasurable experience! Hubby said wings were good, (never got mine ) we both found pizza was mediocre (HORRIBLE crust) Absolutely the worst dining service I’ve had in years! The waitstaff needs training in customer service. That was our first and last visit! Next time we’ll check out Pie Guys!

Fat Louies is great. It's not going to be your all-time favorite restaurant but it's perfect for the time that you go in. Great food, really good banter with the service staff, and an atmosphere that you likely won't take pictures of to share but an overall really good experience.

First time at Fat Louie's: Very unprofessional wait staff. Went in for a beer, waited at the front as the waitress walked by me several times. She didn't say a word or offer me a seat. So eventually I took my own seat, waited 10-15 minutes and she never once came by my table, despite walking by to other tables. It was odd. Seems they really cater to the regulars but if you're new, they'll basically ignore you. Choose a better bar than this place.

We had the 8 slice pizza , pepperoni, hot peppers, mushrooms. It was delicious.

Love the new menu, combo 1 is my all time favorite, perfect for 2 girls. The cajun chicken wing is just always too salty can't really taste any other flavour.. you can't go wrong with any topping on the pizza, they are all amazing

Absolutely loved this place. Amazing value, lots of choices, and a fun menu! Would highly recommend for comfort food or pizza especislly. Will be returning! It took over 45 minutes to get our food, and it was only chicken wings and chili fries. After finally getting our food, we were 2/3 of the way of eating, and there was a short black hair in the chili fries. I went to the washroom after our "dinner" and I seen that the cook had blue hair. Possibly I made a mistake if the color of the hair, or it could have been in the chili for months. I will probably never come here again.

Beers were cold and service was great. I've had their pizza in the past and wasn't a huge fan so kinda stuck to the fryer foods. They were great. Pretty good experience.

ok...first of all, I love Fat Louie's Pizza...especially from Facer Street. But this is twice we have ordered Breaded Chicken Wings...mild....and they are not Breaded and not mild.. Both the Pizza and Wings were so greasy, that we placed paper towers under both of them to absorb the grease....it was plain awful....and to make matters worst, I have been on a diet and tonight was suppose to be my reward meal...IT WAS NOT. The pizza was suppose to be, pepperoni, bacon, and green peppers....somehow, olives where added. We only had two pieces of pizza of a 12 piece pizza, and through the rest out. Even as I write this, the pizza and wings are still dripping grease even as they sit in in the green bin. We called Fat Louie's and I must tell you that staff are AWESOME....they wanted to make it right....but were so turned off, that I thank her and said, I just want my next pizza from you to be like you use to make, last year. So disappointed!!!!

Ordered the Triple cheese and bacon burger. I have a rule of thumb for restaurants, I always order a burger on my first time to a restaurant. The fries were soggy and soft, the bun was soft and soggy from the grease from the fries, the burger itself tasted like a basic store bought burger. The only saving grace was the excessive amount of cheese, but even that couldn't save my meal. $20 order, threw out the fries as even my dog refused to eat them. Had to provide my own bun, just to make the burger eatable. My roommate got the skinny fries, about $5 and they were also soft and soggy, gravy was more or less brown water. We will not be returning. Order was at the Linwell location.

Stopped here at random for take away. Had the Buffalo chicken sandwich, which was recommended by the staff, and fries. Food was great. Had beer while I waited. If I'm in town again, I'd like to stop by for some wings.

Was a loyal customer for 20 years. Will not be returning. Food quality undercooked undersauced and service just plan abrupt and rude. Very foul language used by server after hanging up phone with a customer. Gave them 3 chances within last 2 months …was great before and has definately lost our business.

First time there and last. Asked what size the slices and the waitress was snarky with reply saying it says how many pieces on the menu. What it didn't say is that the pizza is square not round and that makes a difference also not sure what Pepperoni they use but hard and spicy. Wasn't the worst pizza but after being treated so rudely if I was on my own I would have left buy was with friends. Being kind takes no time at all and if they were busy I might have given her a pass. Who am I kidding? No pass for being rude to customers who are just asking a question.

Coming from 45 minutes away, went a year ago and pizza was great, went again expecting a great pizza, it was ok but way too heavy on the herbs, couldn’t taste anything over the extreme amount of oregano etc, ordered wings, they were a nice size but barely sauced. Pretty disappointed

Came from out of town with kids sports , nachos were unbelievable and quesadilla was one of the best my daughter said she ever had . Hidden gem for some quick grub!

This place has never let me down. Wings are always amazing and pizza is some of the best pizza I have tried in a long time. The staff are always so nice and kind never experienced issues or attitude on them. They have always made the visit enjoyable.

Fat Louie’s is an incredible restaurant with great pub and sports atmosphere! I had the pleasure of enjoying many items from The Fat Louie’s menus and I have to say, the wings and pizza and quesadillas are absolutely fabulous! The staff are very friendly and attentive! I was there with some work colleagues and friends and we were all so pleased with everything! The food was tasty and hot, the drinks were great too! The owner Anthony, is very kind and friendly and made a point of seeing how we were doing and if we were enjoying everything. He also made a point of introducing us to some new menu items; Nashville chicken wings were amazing!!! I hope to have Fat Louie’s cater a work event in the near future!! You definitely won’t go wrong with the food, drinks and service here!! I’m also looking forward to football 🏈 season at Fat Louie’s!!! Super happy and pleased with the great service and friendliness overall!! As the Terminator says....”I’ll be back!”

Good wings sometimes a little light on the sauce but nice big wings fair pricing but a very busy location so I'd give them atleast 25 mins to have your order ready as it is a local spot for people to pop on and have a drink!! Nice spot no complaints!! Not great for pulling in quick or parking since there's about 6 parking spots but there a school across the street that never has anyone out there giving tickets or anything negative.

Had to park 2 blocks away. Not enough customer parking. Wings undercooked. Bacon on burger deep fried to a crisp. Server replaced. It was so noisy you couldn't hear the people at your own table

Ordered for takeout. Pizza with pepperoni, bacon and ham. And wings as well as buffalo potato skins. Pizza was sooo spicy and salty. Tasted like someone poured salt on it. Wings were salty as well. Wings leaked all over the car in the 5 min drive home. And hot sauce on the side missing. Won't be recommending this place to anyone : (

We have been eating here for years. Wings have gone down hill. Never fully cooked. Ask for well done crispy every time and still get barely cooked soggy wings. This is not the Fat Louie’s we knew and loved. Sad to say that we will not be back

American style pizzeria on the Northern side of the border. Monday is Wednesday night special, 699 a pound. Find me a better $7 lb of wings in the Niagara area and I will buy you a pound for free......

Just moved to St Catharines, found this Restaurant and chose it due to the 4 star rating on Google. We ordered Pizza and Wings. The pizza tasted ok, wings were undercooked. The pizza toppings appear to have been added by throwing them on from the other side of the room. Half cooked bacon was dropped in full strips in balls and irregular locations. It is also very difficult to find parking.

Don't know what happened to their pizza. Ordered an 8 slice with three items last night. $22.99. Wow, prices have gone up, like everywhere else. Usually their pizza is so good, skimpy on cheese, and ingredients and even crust wasn't good. Very disappointing, as it's always been so good.

Didnt realize it is more of a bar than an eatery. (Our fault) When we didnt want boozy drinks, we wernt priority customers. (It was not busy). We ordered pizza, wings, and garlic bread. Garlic bread was amazing. Waited arround 25 minutes for the GB to come out, is at least another 10 minutes for the wings. At 40 minutes someone came out to inform is our pizza was made wrong, which we appreciated, and asked if we wanted another made. We said we did and waited another half hour for a pizza. What a disappointment. It came on a baking sheet, crust was super thin and tasted like cardboard. I've had cheep boxed pizza that was better.

We've been wanting to try this place for years so we gave it a chance. Nice patio but bad service. Waited at least 25 minutes for our 2 beers after we ordered, and they weren't even that busy. Wings were the worst we've had; could barely finish them. Seems like they were sitting out a long time too. Pizza was just okay. Unfortunately we won't be returning.

We LOVE Fat Louie's!!! Great food, staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming. We really enjoy the chicken wings and Anouk says they have the best pizza in town, especially the crust! Thank-you Fat Louie's for keeping us happy and full!

Really disappointed, my family ordered two 18 inch pizza and when we picked them up they were incredibly undercooked, borderline raw. Their internal texture resembled mochi, heavy, squishy, and gummy. I could press my finger into the dough and the dent would stay. Even after heating up the pizza in a frying pan it was still extremely undercooked. There’s a reason medium rare pizza doesn’t exist.
