Wow, where to begin! Met with a nice friendly greeting and sat right away. Service was quick friendly and very attentive. Despite our server going on a lunch break there was no break in service. The food arrived hot and was tasty. We ordered a selection of sandwichs, burgers and wings. Nothing was bad, the food was well seasoned and delicious. The wings in fact were so good we ordered more to take home. Absolutely amazing spot, highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing food and service! The breaded wings have a great crunch and the Canadian Club was terrific. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Even the (curly) fries tasted better than other places.

Ordered a small Greek salad for takeout. Staff was friendly and efficient but the food was lack luster. Not very much toppings other than lettuce, barely any feta, and not much dressing for something over $10. The dressing was very bland as well and it just tasted like I was eating plain lettuce. Unfortunately, next time I will just order a salad elsewhere and stick to something else off their menu

I appreciated receiving this order deconstructed so much. I was able to build my own order and not have to worry about things arriving soggy. The orders we had were tasty and full of flavour. I only wish we had ordered more. I'll definitely try this place out in-person once it is safe to do so!

My husband and I went there yesterday for lunch and had the hit turkey sandwich. Please do not serve that turkey to anybody else he had food poisoning lastnight and still today. He has really bad diareah. And he did not eat anywhere else. Other than try to have a slice of pizza late lastnight after work. We even asked our waitress what she recommended and that is exactly what she recomended!.

Menu was... Huge. Some options were great, some were just okay, others were sub-par. Service was good, food came out quickly and was hot. I think the restaurant needs to modernize the menu while cutting half or more of the menu items. I believe the menu size isn't sustainable and the variation of the quality of items shows. Loaded baked potato soup 7.5/10 Medium wings 3.5/10 Spaghetti and meat sauce 8.5/10 Turkey sandwich 5.5/10 Poutine 7.5/10 Spinache dip 8/10 French onion soup 7.5/10 Chicken quesadilla 7/10

Very nicely decored and clean. Our waitress was very accommodating, helpful, and patient. There were four of us, and I had the chicken Parmigiano with the homemade tomato sauce, which was very good...not greasy. However, a vegetable such as coleslaw would have felt that the meal was more balanced, although maybe salad was a side option that I didn't give her the opportunity to share.

Great place. Huge restaurant so if you want to do an event, check it out. The day we went they had mushroom soup. It was home made and delicious. Everything was great, the service, food and atmosphere. This was my first time and I'm glad I went. Will be back.

I took my family out for lunch. I had the 10 oz steak, cooked to perfection. My kids had their usual dish. We enjoyed the food, it was great! The service was also great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

I have been here several times in the past. It's been a few years now but I really enjoyed my visit a week ago. I liked the atmosphere inside but opted to sit on the patio. Great service, even though we were slow to decide. The food presentation was perfect! Hot and looked perfect. I will be back more often. Thanks to all staff!! 😁

Mom and I had lunch there today. Service and food was excellent. I really appreciated how accommodating they were with my mom having a walker. They seated us so she could have her walker close by

This place is fantastic. Been going there for years and never had a bad time. Good food (try the broccoli cheddar bites), good service, can't ask for anything more.

Ordered take out and was sadly disappointed 😞 Turkey club wrap was sparce only had 1 piece turkey, wrap was not grilled and do not think there was cranberry in that mayo, also, not great portions of fries. Pretty sure it used to have shredded cheese as well. Think the deep fryer oil needs to be changed out more often :( Sorry for the bad review but we will not be returning.

place used to be great for wings, but i had a few experiences of getting my breaded wings a bit too undercooked. rest of menu is pretty good.

Food was good and the staff were friendly. Did notice that the appitizers are a bit pricy for what you get. Had an order of cauliflower bites, only had about 6 small pieces, and it cost around $8. Soup was very good, as were the sandwiches and wings.

The few times I've been here not disappointed. Service has been great. Menu has a variety of items reasonably-priced for the substantial portions. A go to spot for when I'm in St Catherines.

This is a great medium priced restaurant. Most of the dishes are substantial and extremely well made. I've eaten here many times and never been disappointed

We were part of a group of 19 that had the room at the back of the restaurant which automatically came with an 18% tip. That policy assumes that you'll get good service, which our table of 5 didn't. Our server only had us to take care of, which she didn't; not checking on us even once. My order was incorrect and when she was told about it, denied, with attitude, that I'd ordered what I actually wanted. Another order of the 5 took another 15 minutes after everyone had theirs. While the meal was good, the service was, most definitely not worth the 18% automatic tip. Not impressed.

Rick Jo’s is basically a St. Catharine’s establishment. Been going here for years because the food and service are consistently well done. Had such a nice experience this evening with the best server “Nicky” - she truly made our visit for supper an above average experience. Sometimes all it takes to lift your spirits is a kind person who takes the time to make you feel important! Well done Nicky.

I ordered a burger with no seasoning. Fries were good. The dessert was literally 2 bite brownies, icecream and whip cream. I could make better at home

UPDATE being in the retail services for most of my life before retiring gives me pause to re-evaluate my previous post Mandy (manager) reached out to me and listened to my concerns. She invited us back to give them a chance for my business.. I took her up on her offer. The young lady who took care of us was fantastic.. The wings were awesome. So I'm adjusting my previous rating to 5 stars.. We will return.. Thanks First off the young lady who served us on Friday evening October 22 really tried to give us good service. So this goes to the management. Perhaps it would be best to take care of the folks in your establishment instead of pushing them aside for the Uber eats or whatever delivery system you have in place. After waiting for over an hour for our wings we did not get what we ordered. We expressed our concern but was told that they were (the cooks) so far behind they just gave us what was available. No breaded wings.. And what we received came in two stages.. Not overly impressed.. I really will think twice before going there again

We went for lunch. Had fish and chips. Large piece of haddock which was fresh and the fries were very good as well. Large portion. The staff was very friendly and couteous. We enjoyed our meal and will be back.

Probably the worst food I've ever tasted. I was supposed to be a crispy chicken filled with all the fixings on a bun. It was a 1/2 a bun with tiny bits of crunchy chicken that was a soggy mess that didn't look anything like I had ordered. My wife ordered a wrap of roasted turkey breast meat that looked more like it came out of a can. Never again will we eat here !!!

The experience was very pleasant and the waitress was very friendly and was great with my elderly mom....the food waa great.

Stopped in for a quick drink and had a great time!!! Firstly I was greater by Angie who asked me for all proper identification.... We sat at the bar and met Cody.... Cody was very friendly, and a wonderful bartender. Stayed longer than expected and ordered food I will definitely go back.... I

Had Burger with bbq sauce and bacon so perfect I'm like wow I cant believe it's so good had ribs and wings by far the best ribs even better than Montanas or my Moms (sorry Mom) I couldn't believe it just everything so tender and smokey like it was on the grill all day ready just for me. Thank you for making incredible food this place is underrated should be 5 Stars all day!

It is my daughters birthday so I'm glad the food she ordered was good. My husband didn't really like what he had. He said it's not a place he'd ever go back to. I didn't like what I got either. Wish they wouldn't put their hands/fingers on plates when bringing them to the table with meals or as a side plate. Also don't carry the tray anywhere near shoulder area which is by hair and don't talk while over plates for obvious reasons. There are a couple other things I won't bother talking about. We likely won't go back. The only way we would end up there again is if we are out with others and get out voted on where to eat. On the positive side of things my daughter enjoyed her chicken salad and we ordered drinks which were really good 🍹🙂.

Ordered take out from here. Taco Salad and Meatball Sub. Was delicious. Best part was the packaging and how they took the extra care to wrap hot and cold items separately, tons of condiments, and super fast from the time I called in.

Ordered a taco salad that came in a tortilla bowl, the salad was amazing, fresh ingredients, and the portion was huge! Ate half and took the rest home for later, our server was amazing, very friendly and attentive! My friend ordered the chicken souvlaki wrap off the lunch menu, the naan was fresh, chicken was tender and flavorful. The Menu has so many options! We can't wait to go back and try something else.

Decided on rickijos for dinner tonight so glad we did food and service was excellent! The food ever better.. I had beer chipotle burger fries with a Greek salad, was so good 🤤 hubby had Souvlaki he said it the best he's had! If you're in area, I recommend that you give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Wow. I am honestly surprised. For the price range I was really not expecting much. I was blown away. Nice old sport bar vibe, not dingy! The staff are sweet, super nice people. Very welcoming. The food was so good we didn't take a picture until I was half done! Definitely recommend the burgers and upgrade to a poutine! But come hungry, cause it's a big burger! And they don't skimp on sides either. Absolutely loved it and will come back if I am in the region again!

Came in for dinner tonight with a friend I had the chicken quesadilla and she had the beer and chipotle burger. Food was amazing and so was our server Felicia! Will definitely be back again.
