My boyfriend and I love coming here. The drinks are good and we love the food. I always get the spinach dip and we were very excited to see the permanent addition of mac and cheese balls to the menu. Being able to sit outside on the patio in the summer is an added bonus.

This location of Kelseys was a great restaurant with fantastic service. They have a new menu with alot more appetizing options for main dishes and deserts. Recommend

Just having dinner here. Amazing atmosphere. Very casual and fun. Staff here are very friendly and enhance the atmosphere. Very helpful. The food is absolutely amazing. The photos in the menu look like the real thing. The food does not disappoint at all. The drinks (beer) are ice cold and so good going down. Besides the food and atmosphere, I truly have to say the staff make this place a perfect dining experience. I am truly a fan now. Will return for sure. Thank you.

Quick late dinner with the kids here. The fish n chips were great. They gave me a hugeee piece. Wife’s salmon was good. Kids enjoyed their pizza. Our waitress was so kind and nice.

Nice atmosphere. I like the redesign and the colours. Menu is good, got the nachos. They undercooked cheese or used a little too much. Parts were soggy but flavour was good. Great drink menu and service was friendly. Our server had a good sense of humour which was since. I definitely like this split. Been coming here for years.

I went here with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. Our waiter was Bryson and he was fantastic. The food was great and so was the service. What more can you ask for! The food came out very quickly too. I would definitely go there again and I’d also recommend it as a place to go. Prices were fair and on par for current market. No complaints, 5 stars.

Went there just before the third lockdown, on Jan 4, 2022. Had Lemon Pepper salmon, and Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade. Both items were amazing, and bartender was very nice. Definitely coming back again, all the way from Mississauga.

Had dinner tonight at Kelsey’s. Our waitress Laura was amazing. So personable and engaging. It was my best friends birthday and Laura made it special for her. She brought out an Ice cream sundae for her for dessert. She laughed and jokes with us. Food was delicious. Thanks for a wonderful experience dinning experience Laura.

Had a great meal. Pizza, chicken tenders, “Lightlife” burger, fries, onion rings, veggies and ice cream. The kids ordered a chocolate chip cookie shake and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, we were so hungry we ate everything and have no photos of food! No reservations on weekends… that includes Fridays. Clean facilities and washroom. Server was friendly and attentive.

Great dining experience! The server was the sweetest and especially on my birthday! Had to wait a bit, but I didn’t mind it at all. Looking forward to dining again! 😉

Our family enjoys eating at Kelseys and specifically this location because of the excellent customer service. At our last visit, Stephanie (2.0), served us above our expectations. We also enjoyed meeting the lovely franchisee, Dorothy, who ensured that we were looked after and that we were having a great overall experience at the restaurant. We have been coming to this location since before the pandemic (even during, with all the restrictions), and we have to acknowledge that their customer service is consistent and that's the reason we keep coming back!

Service and atmosphere is 5 stars. But the portion of shrimps is as low as 3 in the Thai Bowl. Also, forget about serloin stake cause it's way fat from serloin. Nachos are the best in town. Burgers are on the average side and not bad at all. The management were nice enough to replace the fajitas' stake with shrimps and apply a discount to my bill without I asked. Patio is very nice at this time of the year and highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of having Steph as our server and can not say enough about how outstanding she is. We had a small issue with one of our meals and she not only allowed us to change our order but she also had the new item removed from the bill(we would have greatfully paid for it as it was a taste issue not fault on the restaurants part). We were given a free cheesecake as well, which was amazing, BTW. thank you, Steph, and the staff. As we are from another province and probably will not be there again anytime soon, I highly recommend you visit this location if you want great service and food.

Love this location!! Our waitress was super as were all staff and managers we spoke with tonight. Had appies here which were delicious as always. Must have the spinach dip!! There was an error with our bill which was taken care of so well by our waitress and management , thanks again. We will absolutely be back, and would recommend 10/10 ❤️

The chili garlic shrimp sirloin dinners my husband and I had were phenomenal, perfectly juicy and cooked rare & medium rare to perfection, my cut had a few tough strings to get through but that’s the only small inconvenience I had. The meal was fabulous, and our appy was delish too, buffalo chicken potato skins. Hats off to the kitchen crew! Our server Krystina was the highlight of the evening. She was so attentive, perfectly timed, great to talk to, ensured everything was perfect and if we had everything we could need or want, exceeded our expectations all around - thank you so much Krystina!

We recently reserved a lunch for our hockey team + their families. I don't even think I had my coat off yet and our pre-order was already coming out to the table. Service has bang on and very friendly. The servers were all very friendly and accommodating. Our order was very large and it was all exactly what we ordered. 5* review for the staff and manager that day. The Hamilton Hawks will be back again in the future! Thank you!!!

A friend and I went for Dinner and had the best service. Our waitress was Kristy, she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, friendly and an overall incredible server! She made our experience an 11/10, thank you again! :)

We sat at the bar to eat. The bartender actually made pretty great drinks... just mentioning as sometimes (often) at these chain restaurants they don't seem to have the 'bartender skills' that are more typical at other spots. Food was also well done and tasty. Would return. Nice experience.

I brought my son to Kelsey's for lunch. I had your four cheese spinach dip with was absolutely delicious, it's hard for me to find a good spinach dip. My son had the kids burger with fries and he actually ate it all which was impressive. Our servers name was Brie, she was lovely and very informative. She had alot of patience with my son and gave us lots of good recommendations for lunch, very attentive server. In all we had a great lunch with super tasty food, we will definitely be back!!

We came in for dinner at just after 8:30. Having already had a late lunch at 3, we opted for some appetizers and 2 kids meals. We went with the 1/2 pan chili nachos, and a side of the honey glazed cheesy bread. When our nachos arrived they came without the chili. Quick to rectify the situation the server brought a small bowl of chili for us to dump on the chips... we did. Then we compared it to our friends who sat at the same table and had ordered the same meal and the quantity of chili was about 1/3 to 1/2 of the properly prepared serving. I was so angry I lost my appetite. I told my wife not to tip, but she is a nicer person than I am. We had no complaints the kids meals. Glad they had the cookie as an option since none of them can have ice cream before bed. Server didn't remember if the apps were buy 1 get 1 free... but did confirm that they were. Leafs lost,but was glad the game was on the main screens.

Working in St Catherine’s stopped in for lunch and was very impressed with the cleaning of the washrooms and friendliness of the staff. If your looking for a bite to eat this is the place. Met Bryson at the bar he was hard at work making sure everything was clean and Bruno came out and made sure I was happy with everything and went above and beyond. For a corporate restaurant the environment feels like a family owned restaurant. Really surprised Highly recommend!

Server was super friendly and food came out quick and delicious. Got Patty Melt with salad excellent . Wife got beet chicken salad she said it was good. Kids burger and fries was a fan favorite with my son

First time at this location. We really liked it. Service was great, food was great. Definitely will be back to this location.

I loved it here. Friendly staff, managers (I assume) checked on us initially then when my daughter said “I would give this place a 3 star and only because the wait time is long” the manager came again to ask if everything was ok. I explained to my daughter that you can’t compare McDonalds wait time to a place like kelseys that makes it fresh, she then decided 5 / 5 star was appropriate. My son said 100/100. So they are both happy. I found the waitresses here (compared to other kelseys) more friendly and interactive with the kids, which I loved. Thank you!

Food was delicious. I used the website to order for pick-up. No problem with that. Just one thing.... they forgot one of the sides dishes I ordered. I called and they were very helpful. They promised that the next visit I will get something from the menu in return. Hopefully they keep the promise. I will update.

Great service, good food (the food won't knock you off your feat, though the cauliflower bites are incredible). Worth checking this place out for a night out.

Great food, even greater staff! Delicious dinner with no wait, but what made the experience wonderful was the hospitable service we received. Mark and Bryson are AMAZING! Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Edit… i changed my rating because I woke up at 3 am vomiting repeatedly so clearly, the food wasn’t cooked properly but that explains why it was ready so fast. I feel so sick, I have pains in my chest and my stomach hurts. I have no choice but to take the day off work so it turned out to be a very expensive meal. 😔 Never again!!!!!!! 🤢🤮 The food was good for the most part. The Swiss mushroom burger was a decent size and good taste. Dip was ok but it looked like it had been sitting around… definitely not freshly made. I was told the BBQ chicken sandwich was good too. Sides were really small portions but we weren’t that hungry so no big deal. The customer service was a bit cold and uncaring even though I tipped for take out. We had to wait outside in the heat but the food was ready fast so that was fine. Basically the customer service attitude was ‘take your food and go because there’s people who drink alcohol and tip more’ is how it felt. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Visit Sunday October 17, 2021. Lunch for four. Mobility impaired accessible, lovely outdoor dinning area. Clean, good atmosphere. Staff professional and attentive. Good food and beverage selection, reasonably priced. Always a good experience.

Service is phenomenal. Bryson and Dawn always take great care of my friends and I, the food is fantastic, well crafted, quickly delivered and the conversation is much enjoyed. Good prices on pints, great staff, convient location right off the highway. Chains tend to put me off but this Kelsey’s location exceeds my expectations and I keep coming back.

It was just as expected. Great service, good pub food. It's one of our go-to's because the kids love it.

Everytime we come here the staff are always very friendly and provide great service and the food is always delicious. It's one of our favourite spots for a night out because of this. Out of the many times we've been here over the years I think we've only ever had one time where the food wasn't quite what it usually is, and even then it wasn't "bad". Highly, highly recommend!

Went to Kelseys on YMCA drive and was treated with respect from Mark. What a fantastic person. I had a special request and Mark tool care of me with no questions. I guarantee that I will be going back and I will be mentioning my interaction to all my family and friends. Decided to try the chain food style for a change. And it is what it is. It's just okay. Menu is limited with not many good options. I went with the high price item hoping it would be good. The steak and mashed potatoes. And it was worst than expected. Meat was chewy and rubbery for medium rare. Potatoes are powder potatoes and vegetables were just bleh. Service was mediocre. Only thing I'd say that saved the experience were the Buffalo potatoe skins. Which were pleasantly good. All in all this is why I try to stay away from such places.

Ordered a half pan of nachos and spinach dip. Spinach dip was good, but the nachos were sad. Cheese on maybe 5 chips. As you can see, $15 got us chips lol. I will say though, the atmosphere is great and our server was excellent. Food was very mediocre.

Always a decent quality. Benchmark eatery. Not sure if they still do this but kids used to get a toy from a giant chest after dinner. Was always happy to come here as a kid because of that. The food it good!

We had a great waitress serving all seven of us out on the patio. After bringing our food to the table and briefly leaving us to indulge in our dinner she came back and asked how we all were enjoying the food. My grandson ordered chicken fingers however he did not realize that they would be covered in sauce. Our waitress made it right by bringing him a new batch of traditional fingers (no sauce) and also removed the first order from our bill. Food and drinks went down easily and we will return again.
