I have been to this wild wing last night and I had a horrible experience. we ordered butter chicken wings and Hot wings they said they have a deal going on for Boneless and we ordered that and the wings served were stale chicken on which they have this deal. First, they get it changed and bought another stale one we didn't have it and I was so hungry that I had salad on the side. I'm going to escalate this and the manager wasn't there and we heard the lady who served had a chat with the manager but the manager said to tell them I'm not answering my phone. such a pathetic food and experience I would suggest everyone not to visit this location at all and I'm going to take action against this manager.

The food is pretty decent! Usually not a long wait. One of the maple barbecue wing sauces is pretty good. Sometimes our server forgets to bring cutlery, but I guess thats understandable because most people just order wings and don't use cutlery. This place is a bit more expensive than most bars with wings.

Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. Went here with my family for a night out and our food was not only cold when it arrived but my nephew’s and sisters chicken finger were literally RAW and received absolutely no compensation on our bill. When complaining about the food being cold, our server told us they could put the food back into the microwave or oil fryer to “heat it up” after it had been on our table and touched (public health concern???). Not only this but the service was brutally slow. It took us 30 minutes of waiting to receive the bill, let alone there was absolutely no compensation or discount. There was no manager on site to speak to us so we told our server we will pay for drinks and come back to deal with the bill once a manager was present. However, she threatened to call the police on us even after offering to leave our IDs. There was absolutely no accountability on the restaurant’s end. Strongly recommend not going to this restaurant!

Everything was delicious hot honey and buffalo dry rub wings the garlic parm wings were absolutely delicious I though they did a great job.

If i could rate less i would. Have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for someone to take our food order. We have asked a few times and they have been rude each time. They seem very unorganized and unprofessional. There is a concert on today so we understand waiting, but they are serving tables that had gotten there after us. The servers themselves are being rude to each other.

I'm having a hard time finding words for this review, even more difficult than finding service at this establishment the other evening. My girlfriend, friend and I went in for a beer before a concert, and we waited at our table, which was dirty, for 15 min. with absolutely ZERO acknowledgement from anyone. I than proceeded to stand at the bar for another 15 min. holding my wallet clearly in need of service. The 3 staff members stared blankly, and blatently AVOIDED serving me, for no reason. What proceeded next is embarassing. A patron sat down right beside where I had been standing for 15 minutes, waiting for almost 30 minutes total now, And the bartender asked him what he would like to drink, instead of me. I had been patiently waiting, not saying anything at all, trying to give them benefit of the doubt. I dont know the manager, owner, or any workers there. It was my 1st visit, but, in all truth, I have never experienced such amateur hour service in what is supposed to be a proud chain. Egregious and embarassing is short of what was actually experienced that evening. The 3 of us will never go back, and will surely be telling all of our friends not to go either. Its quite sad... **customers at both neighbouring tables stated the same problems, as well as others ** DO NOT GO HERE. P.S. A driver from skip the dishes waited just as long as we did, and was still there when we left. I'd recommend not ordering take out from here either. So sad

Fish was crisp and hot on the outside and completely frozen on the inside. I then ordered the chilli poutine which lacked chilli and was overloaded with extremely salty gravy. While the waitress was friendly and empathetic, her inexperience was quite apparent. When the bill came, she said that the fish & chips price was still on the bill and actually asked me if I wanted to change it to the poutine. Well of course I did since I didn’t end up eating the fish dish and the poutine was slightly cheaper. What bothered me was that I was still charged the meal even though it was a major (and amateur) mistake on the chef’s end. Not even dessert was offered for the mistake and inconvenience. It’s my first time at a Wild Wings restaurant and it’ll be my last. Imagine if I had chicken wings and that mistake was made. Salmonella, anyone?!

There was no utensils provide with our meal. The table we were seated at was dirty. Then once we recieved menus we had to wait 20minutes for a waitress to take our food/drink order. Drinks took awhile to come and we had no refills. We had to wait awhile for our appetizers to come out. Then we waited 15-20minutes between each person getting their food as they served one plate at a time. The food wasn't good at all, the fries were cold and not fresh. The wraps had way to much sauce on them and were not wrapped properly so they were falling apart. The chicken tenders were warm but not hot at all. The quickiest thing to come was the bill as it came as soon as we asked for it. I would not recommend eating here at all.

We are wild wing fan and we have been to Mississauga and Milton locations. We just moved to the west end so were excited to dine here. When we came here for dinner and they had $12 wings special (8 wings, fries and drink). The waitress was attentive and fine but drinks took about 20 mins and our food came out after 40 mins of long wait. The presentation of calamari and Moz sticks were “0”. They were just tossed into white diner plate w sauce container.. no effort at all. The wings were tiny like 2” in size, taste was alright but one of wing order they were still cold so my son refused to eat. (We didn’t wanna bother waitress cause she was busy with other tables). They definitely need to work on presentation of each plate atleast a little bit… cause I didn’t feel like I was at the restaurant.. Speaking of atmosphere, it was a nice place but the ambient was totally intimidating. Loud rock music, couple of drunk guys at the bar talking loudly.., one lady (who high on drug) kept walking in and out of restaurant shouting and talking to herself and crawling on the floor at front entrance … then next we noticed she was eating left over food off from table that hasn’t cleaned yet 😖. My husband felt bad and offered her food to order but didn’t get any service done. What made it even worse was they had this Punching game at the front and once a while it made us jumped cuz one of customer was playing furiously. Like.. why would u leave such game like that at diner?!!! Over all, We didn’t enjoy the meal at all and couldn’t wait to get out of the place. Will never come back again, or suggest to anyone coming to this Wild wing location.

I have been a loyal customer to this restaurant due to my love for the wings, however, the service here is absolutely ridiculous. One example is i came in with a group of 6, one worker was on and only 3 other tables with meals on their table and we were not spoken to for 10 minutes and then we order with still no water on the table until 30 minutes of sitting here we got there at 7 and got food at 8. Wings were not saucey and were dry. There is attitude and its not a welcoming feeling. Server did not check in for long periods of time. Absolutely unimpressed.

Service here is superb and they have a talent for you feel welcome. The ambiance is a casual and fitting for a night out for a drink, but the food takes a while to come out and is not the best that I’ve had. If it were faster and a little tastier, it would be a 5 star. Last time though, I had a burger and it looked pretty disgusting. Tasted okay. Their gar par fries are good though. Love the service though!

I don’t know how this place has a 3.7 rating….should be 1 or less!! The service, food and atmosphere absolutely detestable. The waitress needs training in basic hospitality ie. Knowledge of the menu your representing, customer service and satisfaction. Anyone reading this PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! THIS LOCATION IS NOT A PROPER REPRESENTATIVE OF THE BRAND!!!!

This is one the worst wild wings locations ever. We went there Monday, 27Sep 9PM, an hour before they close. The server kept insisting for going for todays special (boneless wings), probably because she wanted to finish those off. At first they served wings absolutely cold, we asked to replace and provide us fresh wings, next time she brought wings, which we could tell were not fresh and heated in microwave. Left almost all of them at the table. I took my mom there who was visiting me from the US. It was the horrible experience for her. I’d never ever visit Wild Wings again in my life, specially this location.. Cherry on top is - we complained server about it, she said she’s calling manager. I could hear her manager screaming at her over the phone. She came back after couple minutes saying she can’t do anything about the bill as she was not able to get hold of her manager. Probably her manager asked to say so to the customers.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wings, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Good selection of beer and very nice place. Saying that I was not impressed and it felt like going to a McDonald's or a chain restaurant with young staff that seem scared of management. My lowest review I have posted... unfortunately this is probably due to covid and ownership trying to save money... Saying that here is my review... Waitress/Bartender was very nice.. when we first received our app the cheese was still cold... sent back and they put the same mot sticks down which exploded and were a disaster when they came back. My girlfriend took one bite and told the girl they were not eatable and she took them away. We no longer wanted to order more food so we got out bill... ...she didn't take the returned food off... we asked her and she said she had to call somebody to get approval to take it off... after 2 phone calls and about 20 min they did take them off... ...after saying all this, I really hope management of ownership sees this... we all understand covid is hard... but if your going to have 2 staff running your restaurant... give one control and atleast have someone with experience in your restaurant charging those prices.... Summary lowest rating for a reason, really unfortunate because I typically love the franchise however this ownership and how they are trying to run it and still charge the same is embarrassing Side note... bathroom install is hilarious, good material however again ownership wanted to save money on the install clearly haha In summary... if you are in the area this should be one of your last options

Waw...this is unbelievable customer service. The waitress was amazing in all aspects. The wings are truely wild, awesome and delicious. A great family place. Highly recommended. 5 Stars

Overpriced, low quality wings that are EXTREMELY small, like I’ve never had wings this small lmao. I guess if you want to try a novelty flavour this place might be for you, but otherwise stick to the local joints. Too bad, I was hoping this would be a great wing spot.

Food was delicious and single portion was more then enough food. Got gar par boneless wings and a spicy flavored breaded wing, as well as some other things, and both were perfectly cooked. Only problem was that I picked up my order, got home and realized that none of my orders had their fries and had to drive all the way back. They did give me my fries and apologize, I was just a little disappointed I had to wait longer then my scheduled pick up time, and then my order wasn't accurate. Food was delicious though so will most likely order again and make sure I check this time

my only complaints about wild wing is that the food could be seasoned better, and the music is sometimes too loud. otherwise, I love eating here, the spin dip appetizer is great!

Good for a friends meeting. We had boneless garm &parm and honey garlic (chosen from top 10). Both delicious. The single is enough. Every day a special offer. They offer 101 different sauces! Cool beer!

This place is really nice. Clean. Respectable. And really dense menu and options. Lost count of the wings option. Waitress was really nice too. Deffinetely a place to go too.

The 60 Oz Red Sangria pitcher that we ordered was filled with 75% ice and we were able to get only 20-22 oz of drinkable Sangria from it. The ice was in cubes and not even crushed. When we asked the manager why there's so much ice she's like oh, we added the right amount of stuff to it and that's the way it is. So sorry or any courtesy of any kind while trying to doing a very poor job of being a manager at a food service joint. Also the dish of Irish nachos was like a children's menu size and totally undersized. All portions of stuff we ordered was undersized as if the stuff was made for kids. Daylight robbery if you ask me. Never going to Wild Wings again and don't reccomend this location.

We went here out of pure convenience based on it's location and it ended up being the worst place we've ever been to. We went there just before 2pm on a Sunday. There was one waitress and apparently only one cook. When we got there we were the only people there (aside from two people sitting at the bar). The waitress was quick to take our order but it took her forever to bring our drinks. The pops were 3/4 ice. I had asked her for a refill on my drink when she had a moment. She acted like me asking for a refill was too much for her and made sure I knew that she was the only waitress and that she was busy delivering food (she wasn't). Half our table got our food about 45 minutes in, and the other half of our table got their food an hour after the first half had been delivered... One of our family members order had clearly been forgotten about and we had to ask where it was. She said there was only one cook, but we saw two men standing outside the kitchen for quite some time while we were waiting for our food... Our food was cheap, and by that I mean cheaply made. I ordered a chicken buger that was just ground chicken, not breast with kraft single cheese, not even real cheese. The fries weren't even good. We were there for over 2 hours and only got out that soon because we had to go up and ask for our bill. Our waitress only came to our table when she needed to deliver food and even then was gone before you could ask for anything, like cutlery. She remained behind the bar, eating for 95% of our time there. Despite writing down our order she didn't actually listen to what we were ordering because there were errors. There are SO many better options to eat at on St. Paul St. Huge mistake on our part.

I've had better wings. The fact that these guys have many different flavors to choose from, and that doesn't mean they are the best. I have been to other wild wing places and I find them to be small. You might get one with meat on it. I might go back but as fir the half prices 🤔 I have to purchase a PEPSI and I'm a Coca Cola man. P.s. they are never hot enough!

Went on Tuesday lunch for wing special (half price single order wings with drink). Texas honey were very flavourful. Wings on Fire were deliciously hot, made me sweat a little! Fries or salad included, as were veggies and dip. Service was great. Portions were generous. Prices have not increased since pre-covid (yet?)! Parking was pretty busy, but very reasonable at $2 for an hour.

Let's start by saying it was our second choice. The ice dogs were playing so we couldn't get into out first choice. This place was pretty quiet so we figured our party of 8 would have no trouble getting food and be at the performing arts by 7:30. Food was sporadically slow, the wings we very tiny but good. Trying to get our bills was another hurtle. Fortunately we made it to the show just in time

They forgot to send my sides, so it was $48 for 2 lbs of wings. The wings were really good still.

Pretty disappointed in this experience. It took around 20 minutes for our server to take our drink orders (during a time where there were only a few other tables)- in which we received glasses that were not washed out properly and a wrong drink. When we received our food the fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was not at all appetizing. We were also a table of 6 and our bills at the end had things we didn't even order on it. Our server was nice, however, it seems like they need more servers working to help out and maybe more attention to the food going out to customers.

Great food place around the corner. So many wing flavors, really good customer service. All precautions were taken as per covid restrictions. Will visit again.

It took the waitress quite awhile after our food was done to deliver it to our table. There was only 1 other group of 2 there but by the time we got our garlic bread it was room temp. Food was fine beside the delay.

Great place for hanging out with friends and enjoying beer with the best wings there are. Love their hot breaded chicken wings and ofcourse the staff is super friendly. Would I recommend a visit? YES.

Came here on a Tuesday at about 6pm. The one waitress/bartender was very friendly and did her job really well. Although there were a lot of tables, she still managed to cater to my table’s needs. I got the Catch Me If You Can wings and Thai wings - both were made very well! I would definitely go here again for wings if I’m ever in town.

Amazing place, great service super welcoming even at late hours. we drive from Oakville just to this location for the staff. Great manager, great prices never disappointed coming here. Charged a cancellation fee ($4) when they knew I was going to be re-placing an order with promo code. Didn't waste any food because I ended up ordering the same food. Sleazy tactic

After ordering $95 worth of food through Skip we received a 1 lb. of wings and a small order of fries. When we called the restraunt, they told us that there must be another order with my name on it . Highly unlikely as ny name is unusual. They refused to reimburse us after making the mistake. Will never buy there again

April 21, Glorious Sons Concert, My wife and I would like to personally thank Aubry for the exceptional service even though they were extremely busy. Aubrey and her coworkers were great, they kept our drinks full and the food was awesome.

Really love this place. The service is always good and our server last time was super friendly and very helpful. Food is good value too and tastes delicious. This is one of my favorite spots and I'd highly recommend it.

The wings were very small, gravy on the poutine wasn’t good, the cocktails were off — flavours didn’t mix well in the cocktail. The service was below average, barely understood English, forgot our waters, took a long time to attend to us. Wouldn’t go back.
