Previous pricing was fair, the pricing Is just outrageous now, I spent 75 dollars just for 3 people to trampoline, does that seem remotely balanced. With their previous pricing it would have cost me 50 dollars which realistically is fair and balanced. Other than that it's an indoor trampoline park, kids will have fun, teen will have fun. Just price fair, I understand inflation and everyone wanting to make a buck, but that's just ridiculous. They also said group discounts start at 15 people. What? So you want someone to pay what 500 to 1000 dollars before you offer them a discount. They should be giving groups of 5 or more discounts, think how much more money you would make by everyone bringing in larger groups and not being bankrupted with your rates.

I’m assuming they’re under new management since becoming Aerosports but our experience for the first time back since it’s changed was less than ideal. First of all they increased the prices by $2 making a 1 hour jump for a 2 year old almost $14. They also now charge for the parent accompanying the child when we used to be free with each paying child. Secondly it needed a big clean. There were coats and garbage all around the park. Even a lollipop just sitting by the foam pit. Clearly no one had done a walk through the evening before or morning of. 🤢

I come here quite often. Especially during the winter. My kids love it. Great place to burn energy and get exercise. Could use more food options which gives it the 4- star, otherwise it would be a 5 - star

very very very disorganized and way too crowded. arrived for the birthday party that we booked 15 minutes early like we were told. Total disorganization. Took Staff a half an hour to get our party their socks and wrist bands. already 15 minutes unto our paid time. finally at 25 minutes in all children were ready to jump. then came time for the room. it was not ready and again took almost 20 more minutes. finally the kids get to eat. cold pizza flat pop with no ice and wasn't even cold. all in all we paid for an hour of jump time and an hour in in a room. that didn't happen. then when it was close to the time limit of the parry. the Staff came in and rushed us out with attitude. boy am I not pleased. rush us out but we lose out on what we paid for because of the Staff in competence. money over quality. I usually don't have bad things to say but this place. never will I go back. over 300.00 and didn't get our full time or money's worth. sorry but please verify with this place EVERYTHING. or you will be disappointed. Hopefully our party was the only one that received awful service.

My daughter loved it. It’s a fun good place for kids. Was shocked with how filthy it seems though. Seems they never clean. Bottom of me & my sisters socks were DISGUSTING. Would be 5* rating if it was more cleanly. Especially during covid. Was surprised to see the foam was even open.

My kids have been here on many occasions, often for a birthday party. Last time, my wife and I went jumping with the kids and had a blast! It's a safe and fun year round activity, and service is always good. I am obliged to knock off a star because there are no recycling bins anywhere in the facility that I could find. The garbage bins are full of plastic, which just isn't ok.

This was a good location. I thought it was not too busy but not quiet either. Some of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, others not really. I feel that they may be understaffed though. The baby jumping areas were not supervised as staff were very busy. Big kids would come into the baby areas and jump, run and such and it makes the environment unsafe for the little ones. Someone should always be in those areas at all times. I've been to other locations and staff was always supervising the baby areas. I did however find a staff member to assist and she was so super helpful and disseminated the situation. Shortly after adults came with their kids which you would think would be fine, but the kids jumped on their own and the adults were fully taking over a section of the baby section literally. I didn't bother looking for staff again and just ignored it. But just an ok experience more because of the uneasiness and concern for the little ones. I think if there was more ample staffing and staff supervision this would have been a 5 Star rating.

I visited this place on a bustling Saturday. The performance of the staff was satisfactory, although it could have been enhanced if they had assigned one staff member to each activity, similar to how flying squirrel operates. Such an arrangement would prevent older kids from monopolizing an activity and ensure that everyone gets a fair turn. The only criticism I have is that they were conducting maintenance on certain activities, which led to their closure and consequently increased crowding at other already busy activities on that Saturday.

Probably the most poorly organized venue in the Niagara Region. Toddlers mixed in with teenagers jumping in (dirty-looking) foam pits, and banging into each other on the trampolines. Absolute chaos. Why there isn’t a young children’s area is beyond me. This place is all about money at all costs, including their socks which cost $10. To use on the equipment. The place looks like a germ factory. Any good personal injury trial lawyer would have a field day with this company’s “waivers” to avoid legal action.

This is a great place to go for adults and kids! This large indoor trampoline park has multiple zones for just jumping, foam pits, basketball hoops, a joasting area and an ultimate ninja course! It's a very clean facility staffed by super courteous and friendly staff. If you bounce and get hungry, you will find a nice snack bar with the usual fair pizza, ice cream and whatnot. Also they do kids parties and handle most of it leaving parents to jump with the kids! Definitely come here if you are looking for something different to do!

Completely disorganized, only in business because there are no local competitors. Even before covid staff never answer the phones and don't reply to emails. Often I gave feedback about the cleanliness, bandaids still being on tramp weeks after complaining. I wouldn't trust their adherence to cleanliness now when it's even more important. They only have one cash person at register when numerous people are checking in making long line ups. It's like the owners and management have no business training. Spoke to one of the owners Jeff on the phone and he was so condescending.

Very expensive for what service we recieved. They gave us our rented party room 20 minutes late, then rushed us to eat. (a 45 minute pizza, cake and presents timeframe, pushed to be done in 25 minutes) and get out to make room for the next "scheduled" party. I seen little urgency to get the last party out on time and us in the room on time, so I don't know why the preceding AND following party was far more important than us. They pushed a room full of little kids (5-8 years old) to eat their pizza, cake and get out, while reminding us to look at the clock. I know I could've spent my close to $600 elsewhere and got far better value. Thankfully, these young children had fun bouncing around and weren't aware of our disappointment with our experience. I would've given this a 2☆ review, but I gave the review 3 ☆s because THE KIDS HAD FUN. I just found the services paid for, to be fairly poor.

Brought my 2 toddlers for the first time. It was smaller than I expected but still big enough to have plenty of space to jump. Glad we only went for an hour. The staff was nice. If you have toddlers i'd probably recommend to go during toddler time or when it's less busy. We went early Sunday morning and started getting busy with older kids. We still had a lot of fun but I think it would have been better with kids in the same age group.

It's a great time for kids of all ages. My sons always have a blast here. I had my oldest sons last birthday here, and it went smoothly. Although, it's a real shame how expensive it's gotten. I'd bring my kids a lot more if it didn't cost so much. It would be nice if they offered some kind of annual deal.

The children love it here. But we had to buy glow shirts for $10 +tax for glow jump, meanwhile many other children were wearing dark colors. You could barely see them. I feel like the young staff here are too timid to enforce any rules. Also the bathrooms are disgusting and need to be thoroughly cleaned.

Love this place, my daughter comes here a couple times week. What concers me is the bubble gum machine. I caught my daughter and her friend running around with gum in their mouths. This is so very dangerous and shouldn't be taken lightly. I understand that I am responsible for them but it could easily happen to another child.

This place smells like a men’s change room. *barf*. While we were there celebrating our daughters birthday also with our three year old they started the glow in the dark jumping with no warning. My Husband is epileptic which we then had to leave instantly as they glow in the dark and flashing lights can trigger him into seizure. This cut our jump time short of what we paid for. We haven’t been here for a few years but the last time we were here they announced they glow in the dark would be starting.

Amazing Park. Best place to have fun in niagra region. Staff is polite. Place is nice and clean. Recently, we celebrated our daughter's birthday at Aerosports St. Catharine's, and we couldn't have asked for a better time! The personnel was outstanding and caring. They completely prepared the party space for us, added decorations, and inflated balloons. As a parent, it was wonderful to see my daughter play with her friends as the Aerosports staff set up the party area and assisted with serving our guests. Additionally, the location was spotless and well-mannered. Any parent seeking to have a birthday party here, I would suggest!

We love skyzone for our children. The staff is usually friendly and enforce safety well! We appreciate the young staff who do a great job. Just a few recommendations, because tonight our son lost his phone there. He was there at close and frantically searching for it. While multiple employees, including the manager reminded both me and my son we had “two minutes” to find our phone, one FANTASTIC employee ‘Ethan’ went above and beyond. He searched under the trampolines and while it only took a minute, I recognized his efforts to do more than his manager/fellow employee felt necessary in that moment. I would like to add that this should be standard practice. Young people lose their phones and if you’re catering to young people frequenting your business you should at least set aside a few minutes to help them if they lose their phones/ wallets/ keys etc. I’m very surprised that a staff member refused to check an area where there public can’t go (under the trampolines), especially considering it took less than 3 minutes! Thanks Ethan!

Great place for the kids, and older kids(teenagers). I witnessed a child, lost his mom, crying, between the two doors at the exit, i feel it should be supervised at all times by staff, or it be a secure door, locked, with a code adults have to enter. Had someone let that child out, he would of been in a very busy parking lot. Food for thought

The frequent flyer and membership passes are great. Hope they come back! It would be nice if it was a socks only facility yo maintain cleanliness. More jacket hanging space is needed. Having the shoe rack away from where people walk with their outdoor shoes would be great. Overall we love the place and relaxed environment.

The girls at aerospace were amazing to deal with, Olivia and Proscilla went above and beyond in helping our girls make a fun, enjoyable and unforgettable experience and evening. These two girls are essential to the jump park and because of their dedicated time and etiquette you can say we will definitely be back and will highly recommend!

Haven't had a problem here yet. It's always a blast to get to jump around with my daughter. Also a crazy good work out!! I'd recommend anyone with a kid to go at least once. I mean... even if you don't have a kid... who doesn't like jumping and doing flips.

Great place to take the kids for a good amount of fun & exercise. Reasonable prices as well. I highly recommend the massage chairs for the parents. Best $5 spent in a long time! I think there's a dad out there from Dec 11 who might agree. Lol

I will definitely be booking future parties here in the future

Been here a few times in the past but quite frequently lately. I have to say yes the facility is a bit small but the staff there are like no other! Rah was one the first people I met at the desk and she was amazing!! She's knowledgeable, fun and hard working! Matt is so kind and helpful always willing to play dodgeball with the younger kids. And Naz, who also works at the desk will answer all the questions you could possibly think of ensuring you and your kids are safe to jump!

Really enjoyed coimg here and my son had a blast. Would have like to see more staff engaging with the kids and paying more attention to what they were doing and saying. I had to tell staff like 4 or 5 times that older kids were picking on the little kids and actually hurt one of them. And of course the mother had her face down to her phone the whole time they were there so she didn't care

We had our sons 6 birthday here and it was not only fun but ran so smoothly! Our host, Audigan was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He kept us aware of his location at all times so that if we needed anything we didn't have to go searching. I didn't have to do any set up or take down myself in the party room so I was able to just focus on watching the kiddos have fun. For 10 kids the price was very reasonable and everyone had an absolute blast. Highly recommend a party here.

Our experience with a birthday party. We walked in and the building was extremely busy. We had a party booked for 12 noon. All of our guests arrived at 10 to 12. There was a group signing infront of us when we arrived. At about 12:15 we were signed in, socks on, ready to go. We asked if our party room was available. It was not yet ready. At 12:30 we asked if there was water. There was, but nowhere to put it. We asked someone to share a table so we could have water for the kids. There was no seating anywhere. The place was BUSY. There were so many children at each station that children started to get hurt. There was no staff supervision as they were extremely busy. At 12:45 I was told our room was available. We loaded our stuff on a temporary cart when we arrived. We helped bring the cart to the room. We didn't have time to decorate as our jump time was over at 1pm and the children needed supervision to avoid being hurt again. We gathered the kids to head to the party room to eat. When we got there there were 2 pizzas on the table. No plates, no drinks, no cutlery. I headed to the front to get everything. The chips were forgotten. At 12:15 we had drinks, plates, but not enough cups... Back to the front... Now we have spoons and a knife and the cups. We need forks for the cake... Back to the front... Ok, the party is over. Wrangle the kids and out we go. Time to pay. We didn't pay for the chips. Wait, what's this? A suggested tip of 18%, 20%, or 15%!?!? Our host was doing his absolute best. He was very apologetic and said they were very understaffed. He was running around the whole time trying to fix everyone's issues, and it wasn't just us. If it wasn't for the footwork our party put in it would have been a bust. My daughter had a fantastic time and her friends loved it. I just wish I had the time to be a part of the day. Edit - The air conditioning was broken in the party room. It was 80F. After seeing the other reviews online this is how it goes... Wish I had researched more.

The staff are friendly and my granddaughter enjoys the park. I strongly suggest, though, if you havea "jump the que option" (the whole process is done on line), then you need a "jump the que/seasons ticket holder" dedicated line. I completed payment and waiver on line the night before , followed the instructions by a staff member, (I had to ask because when we arrived there was ONE long line, this is what I thought I had avoided). He said to head to the front to be scanned in. A parent became angry toward me for "cutting in". I do understand his frustration as he is a seasons ticket holder and another parent had also done "jump the que" but was caught in this long line up. Her scheduled time had started 30 minutes prior. Simple solution: a sign at the front desk, separate line for the advance payments. Otherwise, we do enjoy the experience.

Not recommended for younger children. My daughter (6) went for a birthday party and it was pandemonium. There is no segregated section for smaller children, so the larger kids and teens are a constant danger to the littler ones. Excessive lack of supervision or direction given by staff. There were about two other parties taking place alongside regular customers on a Saturday in October, meaning it was BUSY. Some form of max capacity might be something to look into. In the time my daughter was there (an hour), she managed to get a sprained ankle (during the moment my wife apparently turned away for a moment to get her water bottle since there wasn't any available), another child (around 2) fell over a bench and severely injured her mouth upon impact with her head, my daughter's friend hurt her leg (fortunately, didn't seem to be a sprain), and a grandmother got clocked in the face with a dodgeball. With this being said, again, not recommended for small children unless they implement a separate area for smaller kids or have staff capable of managing things a bit better.

Always super fun but I am rsting off of my most recent visit. Signs said it closed at 11 and phone said it closed at 10, for some reason we walk in and it closed! At 8!!! That's all. I will update this in the future if anything else happens.

Everything was great except for lack of supervision. Attended today and I went 3 times to complain about 3 boys who were pounding 2 young kids with balls, and threatening to hit them. The first crew .member talked to the boys. And they in turn threw a ball at him, hitting him in the back. He just walked away. Very sad that these 3 boys(who were at a party) wearing a green, blue and black t-shirts. The 3 boys followed these kids hitting and pushing .them until they left. These kids should have been asked to leave. The staff need better training in handling bullies.

I have recently visited St Catherines at my brother's place for a short holiday. Being a mother of toddler and aunt of 2 cute nephews. We were looking out for some fun place for our children. Someone suggested us about this place and I must say it's just awesome. The staffs are so polite and cordial. My daughter and her cousins enjoyed the fullest. We also had a fun family get to gether. Highly recommend this place for recreation and stress buster. It's widely spread with so many facilities. The best thing they will not burn a hole to your pocket, it's affordable and one of my recent favourite.

Good place to let the kids burn off some energy. Although last time we were there. Some older children brought dodgeballs into the jump area without balls and started mercilessly hitting younger children. My son seemed to be the target of these older children. Before my son could run out of the area with the other younger kids that were just trying to jump. He got smoked in the face hard. Turned around to avoid that individual Boom! The other kid point blank chucked the ball right at his face. One of the Workers saw some of this ordeal and asked me if my son was okay. I told him it wasn’t cool how these kids literally just chased every kid out of there by hitting basically all of them in the face. He walked away after and left the kids be without even giving them a warning. Me and my kids along with a large group of parents and their kids immediately left. No rules? 50$ for 2 kids to jump for an hour. I swear it was much cheaper last year. The boys still love it here but I’ve been soured by the lack of attention to cleaning of the bathrooms and Adult Supervision on site.

Went there with friends. It's a little bit small. They don't have my favorite platform jump which is too bad. The locker can only be used once. If you need something after you lock it, you need to insert another loonie. Overall, it's a good place to do exercise and lose calories. You can have lots of fun, just be careful don't hurt yourself. One hour may not be enough. 2-hour or day pass are better.

Maintenance is needed yesterday, a week ago, a month ago. Fun place but the obstacle course in the middle has duct tape doing nothing. Wholes are pretty large in the blow up floor. Can fall threw very easily. No barricades and the holes are right beside the ladder to get out. Accident waiting to happen. Other then that great place to take the kids. Use CAA and get discount.

Great place for the kids to play. Prices are reasonable and they have 3 different large Trampoline areas, one area with 2 basketball one on one games, a good size foam pit with 2 activities within it. The obstacle course has 3 different levels with 3-4 obstacles long. Staff are wonderful, very friendly, helpful and informative. I understand anything with children it's very difficult to keep clean, that is where they lost a star for me, I found the bathrooms and food area quite clean (very even) but everywhere else was a need for improvement on cleanliness/disinfecting.

It can get pretty hectic during busy hours, but it's a trampoline park so it's naturely going to be very hectic.

22 people in line and only 2 people working at the check in on a Saturday night. Honestly.....$25 a person to get in and 20 minute wait in line. Please hire more staff

its a great place but its always in need of maintenance also the play all day thing is really stupid because the kids doing it just hog up the basketball nets you you spend half your time at sky zone just waiting

Best family activity center in Niagara, fun for kids & adults too!

Well the kids had fun, that's what really mattered. The place seemed understaffed but I found it confusing that the front desk was left to one attendant who was also running the snack bar while 3 staff members were playing aggressive dodgeball around young children. Even if it was their break, maybe just tone it down a notch? The Groupon was a little vague on the drink options and the pizza we ordered for 7 came 25 minutes late. The washrooms were also rather messy, considering people are walking around in just socks it's a little off putting the amount of water and toilet paper on the floor.

My son loves sky zone. Easily one of the best ways for him to burn off some energy and have fun. The prices are a little high but if you have a regular jumper they do offer packages that are decent deals. I do wish the staff payed a little more attention but all in all we enjoy the time we spend at sky zone.

it's an absolute blast! The park is massive, with trampolines galore and so many awesome activities to try. The staff is super friendly and always ready to lend a hand. Whether you're bouncing around on the main trampolines, flipping into the foam pit, or playing dodgeball with your pals, you're in for an epic time! Trust me, you won't want to leave.
