Our
experience
with
a
birthday
party.
We
walked
in
and
the
building
was
extremely
busy.
We
had
a
party
booked
for
12
noon.
All
of
our
guests
arrived
at
10
to
12.
There
was
a
group
signing
infront
of
us
when
we
arrived.
At
about
12:15
we
were
signed
in,
socks
on,
ready
to
go.
We
asked
if
our
party
room
was
available.
It
was
not
yet
ready.
At
12:30
we
asked
if
there
was
water.
There
was,
but
nowhere
to
put
it.
We
asked
someone
to
share
a
table
so
we
could
have
water
for
the
kids.
There
was
no
seating
anywhere.
The
place
was
BUSY.
There
were
so
many
children
at
each
station
that
children
started
to
get
hurt.
There
was
no
staff
supervision
as
they
were
extremely
busy.
At
12:45
I
was
told
our
room
was
available.
We
loaded
our
stuff
on
a
temporary
cart
when
we
arrived.
We
helped
bring
the
cart
to
the
room.
We
didn't
have
time
to
decorate
as
our
jump
time
was
over
at
1pm
and
the
children
needed
supervision
to
avoid
being
hurt
again.
We
gathered
the
kids
to
head
to
the
party
room
to
eat.
When
we
got
there
there
were
2
pizzas
on
the
table.
No
plates,
no
drinks,
no
cutlery.
I
headed
to
the
front
to
get
everything.
The
chips
were
forgotten.
At
12:15
we
had
drinks,
plates,
but
not
enough
cups...
Back
to
the
front...
Now
we
have
spoons
and
a
knife
and
the
cups.
We
need
forks
for
the
cake...
Back
to
the
front...
Ok,
the
party
is
over.
Wrangle
the
kids
and
out
we
go.
Time
to
pay.
We
didn't
pay
for
the
chips.
Wait,
what's
this?
A
suggested
tip
of
18%,
20%,
or
15%!?!?
Our
host
was
doing
his
absolute
best.
He
was
very
apologetic
and
said
they
were
very
understaffed.
He
was
running
around
the
whole
time
trying
to
fix
everyone's
issues,
and
it
wasn't
just
us.
If
it
wasn't
for
the
footwork
our
party
put
in
it
would
have
been
a
bust.
My
daughter
had
a
fantastic
time
and
her
friends
loved
it.
I
just
wish
I
had
the
time
to
be
a
part
of
the
day.
Edit
-
The
air
conditioning
was
broken
in
the
party
room.
It
was
80F.
After
seeing
the
other
reviews
online
this
is
how
it
goes...
Wish
I
had
researched
more.
