We are family with 2 small kids, booked this hotel because they have pool and hot tub to spend some time on Thanksgiving long weeked. After booking, I sent a msg to the property that we are coming with 2 dogs and would like ground level room. At the check in theybsaid they dont have ground level so we got 2nd floor room. The elevator area is very small, you have to open 3 doors with your baby's stroller to get to your room, non of them has automatic push button, people were holding doors for me so I can get out/in. We got to the pool it was super cold in there I asked the lady there if its possible to turn off the vents on top of us because its very cold, she said no its impossible it has to be on. The hot tub was closed because of the cleaning at 7pm while the pool opened till 9. Why dont you clean before or after the hours, why your guests dont get to enjoy the hot tub while staying in your hotel?? We went to the room to warm up so I turned on the heat and omg! It smelled like something burnt inside so i had to turn it off and get downstairs to complain about the smell. The front desk said awe we are sorry it's just because you were the first person to turn it on on heat after a while nobody used the heat (what??? Really?) They offered me a ground level room (now they do have a room for me, yay!) I had to pack everything to move to another room! It was already 9pm. So I had to keep my kids awake to move to another room. They fell asleep around 11pm and of course we missed the breakfast which was open till 10am because everybody were sleeping after such crazy evening. In the morning I asked the manager to compensate us for the horrible stay they refused. When I asked why the pool was so cold she said we ordered a heating part but it hasn't arrived yet. Then I asked why the heater in the room was so dirty she said its OK its not that dirty and the smell was not from this.

We stayed here over the Oct long weekend. With the feedback from the reviews, we paid a bit more for a King in the executive floor. It was an unusually warm weekend and the room was really stuffy, the AC was not strong enough to cool the room, and while we kept the sliding door ajar, there was so much noise from the road/highway and the lawnmower at 7:30am on a holiday Monday which made it difficult to sleep. Perhaps the rooms facing the outdoor pool would be better but definitely the rooms facing the parking lot & Costco are really loud. We also found a giant spider web by the sliding door and an earwig on the bed. A bit gross but somewhat expected for a Best Western. Breakfast was ok, appreciate they had hot options (hash browns were my favourite), along with fruit, yoghurt, and cereal. The indoor pool and hot tub looked a bit grimy, we didn’t use them; and the gym was closed on Thanksgiving Monday but looked decent with a variety of machines and free weights. Good value for the price, and great proximity to wineries in Niagara on the Lake and in Jordan/Lincoln region (both are about 10 min drive away).

The staff here is super friendly. Front desk was awesome and accommodating and Trawdel who runs the breakfast went over and above I’m taking care of our hockey daughters! The gym at this location is amazing as is the pool area. The downside is the bathrooms are very small and rooms not really updated. Would definitely stay here again!

Out of date, small dismal room and dirty carpet. Came for a late check in during the week with many rooms still available and still charged me full price for room. 2 nights over 300 dollars for a 2 star hotel. Will never ever go back. And woman who worked there told me I took too much food at the breakfast in the morning. It was after I grabbed 2 yogurts and she was extremely rude about it. I wish I had talked to her supervisor. The next morning at breakfast she followed me around while I grabbed a coffee and some fruit. So ignorant. With those prices for such a low grade hotel and room I shouldn't have to worry about an employee following me around with an evil eye. Ice machine was broken. Vending machine gave me pop twice instead of water. Oh and so irresponsible. The first morning at breakfast didn't ask or even seem to care for proof of my vaccines. But 2nd morning at breakfast insisted on seeing them and made me go all the way back to my room which was at the other end of the hotel to get my vaccine proof. Seriously? And know the family that owns the hotel along with owning the Holiday Inn and the Hampton hotel in St.Catharines. Being long time prominent business owners in the city should be on top of these issues!!! Brutal!

Though the room was clean, the location was convenient and the front desk staff was nice, I would not recommend this place in the winter. The sliding glass doors provide a draft even when shut and locked, and the heating system was virtually unusable. Couldn't not regulate the temp in the room, it was either surface of the sun hot or arctic cold.

Staff are nice but cannot care less about guests’ experience. The place is clean but dated and rundown. I will not stay here or recommend those who want to have a peaceful night to stay here. There were kids/teenagers with no parents partying and running around in the hallway in front of our room for three hours. Hotel had only one security guard who could not handle the situation. Overall not a good experience at all. I do not recommend staying here at all the whole situation was handled really badly.

We stay here often when we visit my wife's children in Niagara Falls. The hotel rooms are cheaper, they have free parking and offer a great free breakfast. The personnel are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. A great place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. During our last night our truck was broken into and items stolen. The front desk initially did not want to call the police, saying that the police "wouldn't do anything". We needed the police for insurance purposes. Inconveniently, this hotel doesn't have many handicap parking- so when we found some between entrance 3 and 4 of the hotel, we were thrilled. Later not so thrilled to find out that this is the ONLY PARKING AREA ON THE ENTIRE HOTEL WITHOUT CAMERAS!!! why would they put disabled parking here when it's not being monitored??? The police officer that came after we called said that "there are frequent homeless people who circle this building at night", that it's common for people to have their vehicles vandalized. It would have been nice to have known? We are not from the area. The management refused to help. The only person who assisted us within the hotel was a maintenance worker who was kind enough to bring a shop vacuum. Easy to say, we will not be recommending this hotel for anyone. When push comes to shove this hotel IS NOT ACCOMMODATING.

As described this is a 3 star hotel, but it felt a little overpriced. The hotel from the outside looks very worn, and once inside there is a strong smell of musk and chlorine from the pool. Thankfully the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we mostly enjoyed the stay. We had the complimentary breakfast one morning, it includes all the essentials. The location is approximately a 20 minute drive from the Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls area, there is some restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom a little dated. Aircon worked well but was quite noisy at night. There is an outdoor and indoor pool area. Both are again dated but were not too busy. The gym looked well stocked.

This is my favourite hotel to stay at when we are in the St Catherine area. The pool and whirlpool tub are excellent. Everything is kept clean and the staff are friendly with clean towels. The front desk staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. I have to also mention the breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel. The restaurant, Wrigley's, has an excellent menu with excellent food and great service. You cannot go wrong staying at this hotel!

Overall our recent stay was good. As stated many times here before, the breakfast was really good and the kids had a fun time in a pretty good pool. I did appreciate the effort made to accommodate me I’m with regards to an early checkin time. However, we had an issue with a blocked toilet that took around 5 hours to address (unsuccessfully, as the issue repeated itself the next day) The guy that came to repair it told me that he’d plunge and snake it and if that didn’t work he’d have to replace the whole thing. When he left he said that it was working “slightly better”. When I checked out I was offered an email of my bill. I haven’t received it as of yet and when I called 2 days after checking out to request it I still haven’t received it. Here’s hoping I don’t get overcharged!!!!! Could do better.

Room was expensive for what you get. Smelt like cigarettes, hall ways were noisy until 1130 pm. Reminded me of a <$100 night hotel. Staff was great despite these items.

We stayed two nights and it was nice. Clean modern room, nice beds, and a yummy hot breakfast. The pool was fun, and there's mini-golf in the courtyard. No problems here.

Our stay was great! The room was clean and what we expected. The breakfast had a great variety and was really good. My customer service experience since my stay, however, has been frustrating. We stayed at the Best Western in St Catherine's a month and a half ago and we are still trying to get our deposit back. Not just the $50 damage deposit, a $336 hold! I've called numerous times and spoken to at least 4 people including the manager. After 3 weeks, I was told there was a "glitch" in the system that was preventing this money from being released to me and I was assured it would be done manually and in my account the next business day. That was another 3 weeks ago! I called last Wednesday and left a message and have not received a call back. I called again this morning and left another message for the General manager. It has now been 6 weeks since we stayed there and we are still trying to get our money back. Let me be clear, this is ON TOP of the charge for the hotel. We have paid for the hotel already.

The rooms are dated and in our case had a leak. They are doing renovations so I can imagine it will be amazing when completed. The staff was professional and friendly and the Manager addressed an issue I had very well. Amazing location and amenities. I would go back and stay there for sure with a discount or when they are done the renovations. I recommend for sure.

They say they offer pool and hot tub but actually run a gym out of the hotel. Don't seem to want kids in the pool/hot tub area at all and encourage them to swim outside. Mini golf is rotting outside but arcade is good. Rooms are under renovation but the room we stayed in had paint peeling, crooked pictures and a gross bathroom. I do not recommend staying here.

This was the cheapest hotel in the area and I once again made the mistake of choosing it. As a result got to deal again with house keeping issues on check out. The place is quite run down and it’s full of people just walking through (was a liquidation sale for the public, it’s also hosts kids birthday parties). That could be overlooked given the price, but we had a knock at our door on the day of check out. Upon opening it a person wearing street clothes pushed into the room and asked if we were moving rooms. After forcing the door closed and calling front desk they called around and said it was house keeping. I asked why they didn’t have a uniform on or why they didn’t announce themselves and they told me it had been dealt with. At this point neither of us felt safe with our items in the room so left. I did ask for a manager at the front desk, but the woman who told us the owner was there and dealing with it then said no one was there and I was being difficult. On the way out the same “house keeper” was in a room just down from ours, guess that was how they dealt with it. Before the stock replies comes I didn’t try calling several times and emailing the manager, zero response. Have attached a photo of the house keeper in his string hoodie, no name tag, and not announcing who he was even when asked incase anyone else has this issue.

The service was amazing everyone was extremely sweet and understanding. The location is around 20 mins away from Niagara which is a bit far. The price for everything they provide and have ( for example: pool, gym, hot tub etc). The breakfast bar was also really good. overall we had a really good stay.

Whatever child or youth event was being held at this hotel during my stay had the children & teens playing in the halls loudly… morning, noon & night. 1. Informed/ complained to the front desk staff 3 times 2. Security was called once (no change) 3. Spoke directly to the children (no change) 4. Spoke directly to one of their parents (no change) All of this action to try and resolve the issue proved to be useless as the noise continued well past 10pm. Which caused me to simply surrender. To have the noise continue consistently is completely ridiculous. To have staff who do not handle the situation is completely unprofessional. One of the staff members suggested for me to direct the children to play in the lobby. The children are not a random guests responsibility! Any guest who desire a peaceful stay, do not come here! The staff do not appear to take guest complaints seriously. Or care about having a mutually respectful environment. Disgruntled. Frustrated. Unimpressed. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel location!

Our hockey team stayed at this hotel and we had a fabulous experience. The courtyard was awesome for the kids to play, mini-put, outdoor and indoor pool were also a great addition. The staff were very accommodating to set up the lobby for parents to socialize after 10:00pm when the courtyard shut down. It was a great time. Rooms were clean, the patio door opening to the courtyard was very nice to get fresh air during the day.

Typical OLD Holiday Inn. Long tired hallways with low ceilings. Rooms are nondescript with partially functioning amenities and haphazardly arranged “decorations“! Many rooms are beside a highway, fortunately our cooling fan contributed white noise to combat the drone of the passing vehicles. If you are lucky enough to have a “courtyard room” bring patience and ear buds. You will be delighted to participate with the many sports teams that book this facility for local tournaments. This space seems perfect for the rambling and rambunctious athletes but not the weary traveller. The inside space has an outdoor pool and mini golf and a BBQ area. Sweet dreams. Restaurant food was edible verging on pleasant, complimentary breakfast was better than average. Parking is plentiful and you are near many popular restaurants and shopping destinations. The staff… most are trying hard, others are just present and a couple are either apathetic or overzealous. If you have a team go for it, if you are desperate good luck and if you have a choice make it wisely.

The hotel is somewhat dated and needs to be refurbished badly, obviously Covid has a impact on things, my washroom toilet flush was not working, which I found annoying, having said that the hotel is off the highway, so quite convenient. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, as we did not have enough vegetarian options, however I appreciate the hard work the staff were putting on and they were very helpful, when I got locked out of my room.

One of the best hotel staff I have interacted. Very helpful and professional. Hotel is located continently off QEW. Close to Niagara Falls. Great breakfast choice to start the day with. Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, Arcade, mini golf lot of amenities on site to keep you entertain. They also have one Level 2 EV charging station for use. I selected this place instead of staying in a motel at Niagara Falls while paying the same charge for room and getting so many amenities. I would recommend, others to do the same.

This hotel is poorly maintained... Sketchy elevator, wallpaper bubbling and peeling off in big chunks, crusty/dirty bathroom soap bottle, musty smelling vents (coils covered in mold), dirty balcony chairs (uncomfortable too), no screen door fir balcony, extremely weak and broken lock system for balcony door... I was also told they could not match a lower price for the room that I found online. (On their website, it says you can). I could go on but I'll just leave it at that for now. It's a shame, I booked this place for my mom to enjoy a relaxing night but she had the opposite. She was placed at the end of the hallway next to the stairs and noisy door, as well as across the hallway from a loud family with a toddler. (She has grandkids so she enjoyed it at first, until they spent hours in the hallway being loud). I'll be sending her elsewhere to make up for this!

We really enjoyed our vacation. There were a few really great employees there, but a couple were a little hard to deal with, especially the woman running the breakfast. The gym and pool are used by regular local members, so they didn't seem pleased to be sharing the facilities with a bunch of loud children on vacation. We did our best to give them space, but we were also paying to be there. The attendant didn't bother to pull out pool toys for the kids unless specifically asked, and getting towels from her was a bit of a pain. They should be set out for the use of the guests. The mini putt course is in desperate need of attention but is free, so I don't want to complain too much. The arcade is a great distraction on rain days. Overall, we do recommend this location and will probably return in the future.

Not quite as advertised. Difficult access to outdoor pool from rooms facing onto pool, not as shown. Grungy bathroom. Damaged personal item possibly due to staff. Management was professional and made an attempt to compensate. Quick access to Niagara Falls. Very cranky breakfast staff member (manager?) biting off heads of customers and staff. Other staff professional.

USP for this Hotel is its location however the room condition, pool and other amenities conditions are really bad. Rooms are small and in very bad shape which needs immediate repairs and renovation. Not a place for long stay however if you do not get any other hotel then it is good for 1 night stay. Hotel and Kitchen staffs are nice . Front desk staffs are rude and doesn't care for customers. If renovated and front desk staffs trained/changed this Hotel can regain its glory. Based on all I would not give it more than 1 star

I have had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel on three separate occasions in the past. Regrettably, I must convey that this recent stay has been nothing short of a disappointment and has left me deeply unsatisfied. The gravity of the issues encountered during this stay compels me to express my utmost concern. To begin with, the condition of the bathroom was deplorable. The water in the shower refused to drain properly, subjecting us to an unpleasant and unsanitary situation. The sheer inconvenience of this matter prompted us to raise the concern with the hotel staff not once, but twice, before any semblance of rectification was initiated. The disconcerting fact that repeated complaints were necessary is both perplexing and distressing. Furthermore, the lack of maintenance resulted in a distressing situation where water from the malfunctioning shower inexplicably leaked into our room. The resultant dampness and potential damage to personal belongings are issues that should never have arisen in the first place. Adding to the litany of disappointments, the housekeeping staff failed to provide fresh towels and an adequate supply of toilet paper, which are basic expectations for any guest. The lack of attention to such rudimentary details further compounded the frustration of our stay. Equally disheartening was the dismissive attitude exhibited by the front desk staff. Despite taking the time to bring these significant concerns to their attention, they appeared to lack the initiative to adequately address or document my complaints. The sense of indifference displayed towards my feedback left me with the distinct impression that my concerns were not being taken seriously. In light of these numerous and egregious shortcomings, it is with a heavy heart that I declare my intention to never again grace this establishment with my patronage. The cumulative effect of these disappointments has eroded any remaining trust or confidence I had in this hotel. It is my fervent hope that my words serve as a stark reminder of the importance of guest satisfaction and the dire consequences of neglecting such a paramount aspect of the hospitality industry

The staff were great here which is why I gave that portion a 5 star, they were very friendly when we checked in and super nice throughout our stay. The morning kitchen/breakfast crew were also very friendly and helpful. The rest of the hotel though is rough. They’ve got mock ups of an exterior facelift planned in the next year or two but more than adding lipstick to this pig will be needed to make it worth staying at again. The lobby area seemed like it was renovated recently but that’s about it. The one elevator was located in a room tucked in the corner, and it seems like there’s only one for the whole hotel. It also seems that the rooms are accessed around the exterior of the building from only one start point, so if you’re one of the last rooms you’ve got quite the trek to get there. Yes there are doors located at each corner of the building with at least two sets of stairs, but that initial walk will be long. This hotel had an outdoor mini put course visible from our room, it looked like it was abandoned. Mostly overgrown and torn up, not inviting. We didn’t bother seeing if it was open. Exterior pool seemed ok with a smaller interior pool located in the same room as the gym. Rooms were fine but the washroom was comically small, the toilet was tucked right up against the sink making it impossible for anyone other than a child to use.

  • 4/5 Diane J. 7 months ago on Google
Rooms could use outlet by full mirror or better yet sink outside the bathroom. Bathroom is very small. Hardly get the door closed. The rooms are in a square with a nice courtyard with mini golf, pool, picnic area and sitting area. Inside has a sauna, hot tub and pool. Wiggly lounge on site. Remodeling of the rooms has been started. There are some adjoining rooms. Enjoyed the stay.

It was amazing! I loved it, it felt like it was worth paying and it includes a free breakfest. Also the staff was super nice, very helpful and very easy to find a parking spot. The room was very clean, the shower felt like home and it was great the air quality in the hotel that i was!

Well, we just moved to St. Catherine decided to spend the night here because our things were in transport, within an hour, bugs were bitting me on the bed, we gathered our belongings and head to the office, the receptionist wanted to offer another room!!!! I said no, thank you, we are leaving. My money was refunded the next day. Nice setup inside, but because of the bugs, I would not recommend there.

Unable to shower, was either too hot or too cold. Missing bricks in bathroom, part of toleit was rusty and something else fell off the wall because rusted. The Queen beds are actually full. Not worth the price.

I had called to book a room 2 weeks prior to our stay. The woman I spoke with was named Tammi. She was very helpful and pleasant. When we checked in for our stay, Tammi was the one who checked me in. She was as delightful in person as she was on the phone. Super friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable too. She's absolutely wonderful! Our stay was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff. We will definitely be back!

We choose this hotel mostly because has it a very nice exterior swimming pool. We called before going to be sure that the swimming pool was available. No one of the three days that we were there we can use the exterior pool that was close. When we complain about it, they only said to us sorry without given us any discount or reimbursement. I think when we pay for something and we do not get what is promise on the offer, we should receive compensation. The hotel it is ok very basic but like mentioned we choose this hotel only because they have a very nice exterior swimming pool and finally no even one day we could use it without any compensation or logic explanation.

Not sure why it’s only a 4-star inn but the guest services is OUTSTANDING here. We ended up getting stuck in st. Catherine’s and the woman at the desk was super sweet and helpful. The room and beds were above average I’d say, not AMAZING but they have pretty much everything you could need in a hotel room, and the price definitely made it worth it. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised staying at the Best Western. Attending a wedding so this was a group deal. The amenities were fantastic, they had mini golf in the inner court yard, outdoor pool was good, the indoor was more convenient for a dip at the end of the day with a Sauna in the same area. The gym was perfect, they had newer equipment (Pellaton) & it was spacious, not to many ppl either. If you get a room off the inner court yard it makes things easy to access and a patio off your room to sit out & have a snack. They serve breakfast early so check the time... We missed it sleeping in, but not gluten friendly. There is a fantastic gluten free bakery in the city. I actually enjoyed my stay here better than the hotel spa we went to the next day. You actually can eat & entertain yourself in one location! The water front & trails are a short drive away.

Extremely helpful staff! My husbands flight was cancelled and I needed to stay closer to the Toronto airport to pick him up before us going to st Catherine’s, the staff was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to cancel our first nights stay on very late notice, we kept our second night. Good location, we walked to restaurants, breakfast had lots to choose from and was in a spacious area so it wasn’t crowded. Kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and enjoyed the sliding doors to mini putt. Bathrooms are a bit small and hard to have adults and kids in there for bathing and they could use fans in the bathroom to prevent the mould and mildew starting to form in the bathrooms. Lovely staff couldn’t ask for nicer!

Honestly...this is a wonderful hotel to stay in. I thought when the prices were so reasonable that I should expect something less. I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast and really a lovely spot (especially the inner court yard rooms on the 2 floor). Much praise to the management here that is able to pull this off in theses times of labour shortages. I will be back!

Josh at the front desk is good - customer service would be better for him. No service to the rooms....I stayed for 3 days and had to really plead to get garbage removed or new towels. The AC doesn't really work either. I am paying a large sum of money here and don't know where the value is. The shower was something else as well! Super super pressure, which you would think is good, but almost blew me outta the tub.

Very disappointed. We double check/confirmed that pool was still open and lovely in pictures. What a misrepresentation. Run down, front desk employees unhappy and borderline rude. Room had to be switched as two bus loads of 16 year old teenage hockey players came in. Remote and TV did not work, however a nice young man came and switched it out. Toilet ran with 100% efficiency, EVERY 20 minutes all night through. At least the beds/sheets were clean. This hotel needs serious overhaul. No wonder staff looked miserable...I have stayed at much nicer Best Westerns and cannot, in good conscience, recommend...such a shame as the garden, patio and outdoor pool really must have been something when well maintained...note the lovely green pool...sigh!

We had to book into the Best Western St. Catharines very last minute due to repairs being undertaken in our home. Manager, Joshua, and his staff were extremely helpful in extending our stay twice as the work at home was not completed—even although their hotel was extremely busy. When we had to change rooms for one extension, Joshua ensured the new room was ready by 9am and we simply moved across the hall. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and breakfast had lots of choices, including really great coffee. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for a Sunday night over the long weekend and it was okay overall. CONS: 1) There was an odour when we got into our room, which was coming from the AC/heater unit. Once we turned it off and opened the sliding door to air out the room, it was much better. 2) There was a door to an adjoining unit in our room. No/inadequate soundproofing - we could clearly hear the conversation from the neighbouring unit and they happened to be up later than us and up earlier than us. 3) The room shows signs of aging, including peeling on the ceiling. PROS: 1) Breakfast included with a good selection. 2) Indoor/outdoor pool and small putting area. The indoor pool is heated and nice. The outdoor pool was too cold for me, but my kids enjoyed it anyway. There was also a hot tub, but unfortunately it was closed when I got there (closed for cleaning Sundays from 5pm).

The Staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimemtaey beakfast was great! Hot tub and pools are nice. The hotel is very nice but our room is like a different hotel. Our room is pet friendly so because of that maybe we were given an older area. But we are clean and clean up after our pet so it would have been nice to have a better room. The carpets seems dirty so I have not walked without shoes. The room could have been a little cleaner but it's not Terrible. Not sure what the other rooms are like. Also not enough plugs. Plugs are important now a days and only available in the lamps and bathroom and only one of our lamps works. Screen was torn so we had to tape it to enjoy fresh air without letting the bugs in. It really could just use some updating.

Staff member was rude ! I got married in sept and had to do a room block for my guests. Had a few people complain about the man at the front desk. Was apparently very rude. Told a guest that I did not have a room block at 1st. When we arrived to the hotel we where not told what way to go. leaving me and my friend wondering the halls until we saw friends telling us the way. The front lobby was nice the rooms where pretty average that cost over $200 a night. Shower water pressure was extreme. Tammi was a sweetheart and helpful ! It’s a overall average experience nothing special.

Booked for a place to stay and choose this Best Western as it was recommend for the wedding we were invited too. Check-in was fantastic, friendly and attentive. The room was clean and nicely arranged. The hotel is much bigger than we thought but we found it not too busy. The breakfast was part of the stay, and it was great. It had the usual affair: eggs, potato wedges, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, and coffee. If we are in the area again and need to stay we will return here.

It’s an older hotel but we’ll maintained. The staff is what made the stay pleasant. They were friendly and professional. We were there for a hockey tournament and one employee went above and beyond to ensure kids were having a good time! The breakfast is great with hot and cold options and always stocked up!

Refugees are being housed at this location, taking up half of the hotel. Very sketchy atmosphere. Many people just wandering the halls made it a really uneasy feeling. 2 lights in our room didn't work, drains clogged. Had to stand in 4 inches of water taking a shower, gross... My son got ringworm from the pool area. Very unpleasant experience.
