They have a really nice little lake view. It's a very clean place for that price point. The staff is a nice welcoming family. It's easy access to the highway so it works out great 👍 Lovely place to crash when visiting neighborhood vineyards

Such a lovely experience! I was initially skeptical but the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff blew me away. Mary Nguyen will take care of you! The room was absolutely spotless and so comfortable. The River view lived up to the hype. I would 100% book a room at the Capri Inn again. Just know that they will collect a deposit for incidences up front during check in.

Had to stay in St.Catherines due to an emergency. The first night stayed at a big name chain hotel which pride itself on being an upper level 4-5 star hotel. The second night I stayed at the Capri for half the price of the big chain. The Capri was not only a better value, it was a better room. Bed was more comfortable. The room was nicely renovated and the grounds and location were great. I would definitely recommend this nice family run business.

This place is a gem. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. We've been to all the other hotels in St. Catharines and this is by far the most reasonable and the nicest. Will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at the Capri Inn three times and enjoyed it each and everytime. Its affordable, clean, and always quiet. I was lucky to stay in one of the lake view rooms and the view is gorgeous!! Its an older building with retro decor, but well maintained and super clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, welcoming, provide coffee, tea, and housekeeping services. Great location to explore St. Catherines or any of the Niagara area from.

Newly renovated, laminate flooring is just freshly installed. I make frequent trips to Niagara, and this is my go-to. Best bang for your dollar, in a no-frills motel. The management cares, they are constantly spending money on up-keep, and upgrading. This motel has been around for decades, truly a hidden gem. Get your best price by calling directly, and not through other sites. Management takes concerns or questions seriously, just reach out. Friendly staff always smile and waving when we arrive, it's nice to have the home away from home. Security cameras everywhere, it's nice to have that peace of mind

We chose to stay here for the location and the great reviews. We were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and cozy. We had fresh supplies and cleaning daily. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Julie is a fantastic hostess and treats her guests like family. Thank you for our home away from home and I look forward to our next visit.

I had a get two day stay at the Capri. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. Her husband was also friendly. The room was clean. I would stay there again. The staff do an awesome job keeping the rooms clean. Lots of restaurants on the strip you can walk to. I requested the lake view. Can't beat that view for the price. A++++.

Spent last night there, the room was absolutely amazing! Looks like everything thing in it was brand new! It was spotless! The coffee maker made enough for 2 large cups, also had tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay there again.

Two thumbs up! We were in town for a family funeral and wanted a clean safe place at a reasonable cost. The room is designed for travellers. Boot mat, luggage rack, large area to hang clothes, cubbies and a fridge. We have a water view and saw swans this morning. The room was very clean and well maintained which is most important to me. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!

On a trip to Niagara Falls, my family and I decided to stay at Capri Inn based on the positive reviews online. As soon as we entered the office, we were welcomed by the happy and smiling staff. She was able to accommodate our family with 2 side by side rooms at a great price! The rooms were spacious and clean. Any staff member we met was always friendly and kind. My 3 year old daughter LOVED the koi pond! We could see it from our room! Will definitely stay there again! Excellent customer service! Excellent place to stay! Thank you for a great experience :)

Wonderful surprise. Older hotel but very well maintained and clean. Comfy beds and lots of towels provided.. very good price compared to other nearby accommodations. Discovered a koi pond in the front of building.

Staying at the Capri was a good experience. It was quiet, very clean, and not expensive. The staff were most curtious and accommodating. I have stayed there several times this year and would highly recommend it.

Exceeded our expectations. It is relatively cheap compared to the surrounding accommodation. Service is A grade and they couldn't have helped us more, great people. Location makes it easy to get wherever you're going and a fecent decent places to eat close by.

Although the decor is dated, it is very clean and spacious. The view of the lake and sunset was a wonderful surprise. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Conveniently located next to highway exit yet super quiet! There are several restaurants located close by. The grounds are spotless and the room was super clean. The gentleman who checked me in was very courteous and even remembered my last name and pronounced it correctly the next morning while checking out (which most people don't). Our room looked out over the water so we had a nice view. Rate was very reasonable. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Wonderful place to stay when in or around St. Catharines. Ideally located right off the QEW Niagara at the Ontario Street exit. Have stayed here four times and have never been disappointed. Mary at the front desk is polite, helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, well appointed and sound proof. Beds are very comfortable and the hot water in the bathroom is plentiful. Complimentary pastries and juice in the morning from 7-10. Excellent service and accommodations.

One hotel screwed us over, and the sweet lady and young man helped us out and we got the last room. It was right before my cousins wedding we thought we were going to have to get ready in the truck. We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The ratings and reviews were all good, but having grown up near the "hotel by the highway", it was surprisingly quiet. Really well-kept and equipped with all we'd need, our stay was very pleasant.

Stayed overnight for a wedding. It's a budget motel so the room was as expected – a little dated and not all that great in natural sunlight. Checking in was fairly straightforward (and points for the clerk who sanitized everything) and check out was quick. The bed itself was so-so (mattress felt like it was close to retirement) and the room seemed clean, although we didn't want to look too closely. The only real detriment was the 3:00 AM noise from the other guests – if you're staying over the weekend, bring some earplugs. **Just wanted to add that I would never write a review for something/some place that I'd never experienced. The reservation was under my partner's name and we stayed in September 2021. We didn't get our initial reservation of a single queen room and instead got a double on the main floor (which was fine). And I appreciate the response from the owner, who I thought was great. The review stems from our experience from staying overnight (the state of the room, the quality of bed, the noise, etc.).

Mary Ngyuen overcharged me when Teddy charged me $85. Mary charged me north of a $100 plus a $300 security deposit. Unacceptable. Go to the Holiday Inn for cheaper rates and better service and amenities.

It was a last minute decision to stay and due to the reviews we chose to stay here. Great customer service, clean room, comfy bed and a hot shower. We had a view of the pond which was nice and right off the highway. It wasn't even really all that noisy being so close.

Great room at a great price. Owners and staff clearly take a lot of pride in the place. (Feels good supporting a local business!) Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Try and get a room on the east side of the inn for a very nice view of the river, bridge, and sunset.

Close walks to restaurants and a moments distance from the highway. From here, you can tour the area, if need be. White fluffy towels, comfortable beds, super clean. Friendly helpful check in.It is an older building but has been tastefully updated. We had a river view and swans were nesting and swimming right out our window. It's close to so many amenities, gas, restaurans drug stores etc. I would stay again, it is a gem! It also was very quiet despite being right off the QEW.

Conveniently located next to the highway and yet we couldn’t hear it. Comfortable beds, good quality towels, view of the river… great value for money. Good central location for us as we were there to explore the wineries, the falls and the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and informative. Morning refreshments of fresh juice and muffins provided.

Great rooms in regards to cleanliness and noise isolation due to concrete partition walls. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the service desk to the cleaning crew. Location is great and in walking distance to great food options. Provided breakfast consists of orange/apple juice and muffins/cookies (individually wrapped) and an ice machine on site was quite useful.

We stayed at the Capri Inn for the first time and we just loved it. Our room was spotless in every way, beautifully appointed, comfy beds, view of the river, nice shower. Continental breakfast was limited but adequate. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.❤️

We were lucky to get a room with a view! Very nice stay during busy festival weekend in St. Catharines. The staff was friendly and we had a great sleep as the hotel was very quiet even though full of guests. Bed was very comfortable too!

Upon arrival the young man checking is in greeted me by name, (what! do you offer psychic readings I asked). He laughed and asked me how my hike was. I couldn't believe that he had actually written down when I made the reservation weeks before that my friend and I were hiking the Bruce Trail for 2 days. He stated he put us in an end room to make sure it was quiet and we had a view of the water. The room was perfect, clean, comfy beds, (we hiked 23 km that day), great water pressure in the shower, mini fridge for the left over pizza and coffee for the morning. Woke up the next morning refreshed and went to pick up muffins and juice in the refreshment room. My friend and I would come back here each time we hiked but unfortunately the Bruce Trail end 900 km from there. Hope this review gives you the confidence that booking The Capri Inn is a great choice.

Fantastic! The staff was wonderful. The room was very spacious and very clean. The room had everything you could possibly imagine or need. As well, the location couldn't have been better. It is right off the QEW. There are lots of amenities close by.

Was a very nice hotel and experience - especially for the price we paid! View of river, great location, very comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, great showers and nice bathroom. Absolutely no complaints and for $139 including taxes for 3 people on a Friday night !! Will definitely return!

Have stayed here so many times. The woman at the front desk is lovely, and the rooms are clean and comfy. It’s right off of the highway, so super convenient. They also usually have muffins and juice available for a quick and easy breakfast!
