We wanted a getaway from the every day and chose Inn on the Twenty in Jordan, ON. Been in this area many times, just never actually stayed overnight at the Inn. My Mum and I are having a wonderful time here. The front desk team of Jesse and Alexandria are helpful and understanding, the suite #14 is just lovely! 2 queen comfy beds, the linens and pillows are amazing! The relaxing furniture, the fireplace, the high ceilings, the big window, the modern bathroom w/huge shower...it all feels fantastic! Our breakfast across the street was delicious and the atmosphere enjoyable. Thank you Christine and Missy for taking good care of us! We thoroughly enjoyed our spa treatments today! Sarah and Jesslyn at the front were a great welcoming team! Marlee and Hannah looked after us so well during our body wraps...the French Mud Wrap that I had was of a very high standard! Enjoyed the products and the space thoroughly. Easy, flowing conversation made the time so comfortable and zen-state-inducing! My Mum was treated with such care, her first time having a body wrap! Thank you ladies for the first in class service and TLC. Thank you to the housekeeping team for the special turndown service. To be transparent in this review, please note there is ongoing construction in the main road through the village Jordan. We weren't aware until we arrived. This will be an ongoing timeline for the coming months as per the signage posted. Dont let this deter you from enjoying this Beautiful Inn, the village of Jordan or surrounding incredible wine country! Thank you IOT20 for all you do! Memories made!

Our family had a phenomenal experience at Inn on the Twenty. The rooms were impeccable, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met. The quaint and cozy surrounding town added charm to our visit. The highlight was the amazing restaurant, where they not only served delicious meals but also took exceptional care of our son's nut allergy, allowing him to enjoy a fantastic and worry-free dining experience. Highly recommend!

Room was great. Staff fairly unpleasant. From check in right through leaving. A smile would be nice. Was very awkward feeling. As we as having over $100 charged to out card from someone in the restaurant. We did not go to the restaurant. When we inquired about it at check out, we were told it was our restaurant bill and that we had drinks there. No. We did not. We were at a wedding. When we said that to staff she replied "well its going to stay on your card until we talk to the restaurant". And it was said to us with attitude as if we were lying to her. No. Your customer service is terrible. We did end up getting our money back, but she should have looked into it while we were there, and not have been so rude about their error on our card. Spending almost $500 on a room for 1 night should come with a small amount of respect and hospitality I think. Never would have left a negative review about it if she had been polite and kind. Total of 5 staff and all were devoid of personality, not engaging at all. Just stood there. No smiles. Just blah. It was like we were bothering them.

We stayed here 4 times now and love it. Not sure why it’s rated as 3 star. It is much better than that. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms have always been lovely. It is an older hotel, but it’s elegant and charming. We love Jordan so the location is perfect. The restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is dated and pricey for the ammentities they offer. However, the location is picturesque and the restaurant is good. In the restaurant, our waiter Brian was fantastic - good natured, very helpful with the menu and drink options. He made a gin sour for my wife - who was impressed. Also, all the servers were on the ball when it came to top ups and clearing the table - this is a simple but expert touch! In regards to the hotel, they have excellent staff and excellent service. In particular their concierge service is top of the line and very quick to respond. The downside for the hotel was mainly the cleanliness - which was surprising and dissapointing. The remote in the room had something sticky on its back and the bathroom had makeup(?) on the counter. Having stayed in many hotels around the world - for this price range - this should not happen. Hopefully they can improve the aforementioned and update their decor. If these things are remedied then it would improve the experience greatly. *Note* The hotel apologized for the cleanliness issues in person and by card. We were given a bottle of VQA wine and $50 off the room. While this was nice - it did fall a bit short considering the overall cost of the stay and the lack of cleanliness in Covid times. *UPDATE* My review dropped from 3 stars to 1 star as I called the number listed in the hotels response. I was told a manager would call me the next day - this never occurred. They do not care about their customers experiences evidently.

We reserved a room here, but after seeing the price it was outrageously expensive, and had to pay an entire night ($372 discounted rate) as the deposit, so we booked an Airbnb. We cancelled the room and we have yet to receive the refund (cancelled mid October) and no one knows where the money is, although it looks like they double charged us. We cannot get a straight answer from the manager or staff. We spent $372 on a deposit to not even stay at this hotel and we cannot get our money back. Terrible service and still waiting in limbo for a deposit for a room we are not staying in two months from now. Update: our friends have been refunded and we still have not. The response from the hotel is that it’s not their problem.

I love this hotel. I booked here for a weekend with my wife for her birthday. I had only casually mentioned it on the phone with the hotel but clearly they were listening. They had left flowers and treats, a birthday card, informed the restaurant we had reservation at and everyone that saw her wished her a happy birthday. That is truly amazing, above and beyond service. Thank you for the perfect weekend and we will definitely be back again.

We got married at the Inn on Twenty July 22 2023! We had our ceremony at Cave Springs Vineyard (escarpment site) and then our reception at the Inn. The location and view is breath taking! Grace M was the wedding coordinator and she was so helpful and responsive to all my emails. The inn had so many of their own rentals that they offer (easels, wine barrels, etc). We were able to customize our day and I added the champagne toast/refreshments cart post ceremony that they were able to provide. My day of coordinator was Stacey and she was amazing! Made sure everything was going as planned. The food is amazing and top notch. The appetizers were OK but the main course had all our guests talking about how delicious it was. The staff are awesome! Megan and Becky were also so great to work with! Had so much fun chatting the night of our wedding. The staff packed up all our decor so we did not have to worry about anything! The often work with simply beautiful decor and joani so they facilitated the pick up and drop off times with them. The hotel is also so cute and spacious for getting ready! Book your wedding with them if you want no stress and just an amazing/beautiful day with great food! The only issue we had was with the restaurant at the Inn on Twenty the day before my wedding. My family was having one drink and some food the evening of July 21st. There was one other table there and they were loving my family’s energy. The manager told me family they had to leave and was not willing to give a logical explanation. I heard about this the next day and was very upset by this. It was addressed and the staff apologized for this and acknowledged the situation. I hope the manager can learn and handle these situations better whoever he was. Overall, highly recommend and we will be back for our anniversary 😊

The location is lovely, my wife and I stayed here on our wedding night. Picturesque stairways, foyer, lounging rooms and a cute garden area. However our wedding day breakfast was missed and served the next day minus a tea, which we had to wait for 45min before we received it. We stayed in the Farrell suite (21) which had a cozy vibe, but featured a broken fireplace, and the bathroom heated floor didnt work either. The biggest issue was that the carpet was absolutely filthy, they need to do a better job cleaning it or switch to hard flooring.

A lovely place to celebrate a special occasion. We were here recently to celebrate our retirement and 50 years together. To say we were loved and cared for would be an understatement. From the lady who took our booking to the young man clearing the tables, housekeeping, chefs, wait staff and concierge - every single person working in this place is lovely! The meals were works of art, the room was clean and the linens on the bed were superb. I can't thank everyone enough for making such a beautiful memory for us.

My wife took me to this hotel and stayed for a night. The place was amazing and food was great. I got a birthday card, a rose and free desserts! I enjoyed my stay. The spa was nice too.

A family member and I stayed at Inn On The Twenty for a few days over Christmas and the service was absolutely exceptional from check-in to check-out. Everyone was so friendly, very helpful, funny, and extremely polite. The attention to detail in our room was fantastic... room was clean and immaculate! We were celebrating our birthdays and other successes and so the team had left us a cute a little note, along with little treats and pretty cool toques! I will definitely be coming back here in the summer! It was worth every minute! Their restaurant across the street serves some of thee best food and their scallops are to die for! The service was top-tier too! I can't rave enough about our stay here!

Went to the Inn for our anniversary, we had their 2-storey room and had the dinner package plus breakfast too. The room was very nice, well lit and the bed was comfortable. My only concern was that the room was not totally cleaned after we came back from a long day out (bed made but only one bathroom cleaned, other was not), we did not bother to complain as we had to get ready for dinner reservations. The dinner and breakfast we had there were very good and the wine was excellent. Overall a great experience but not sure I would return to stay again for the price paid, it seemed steep for a little town in Niagara.

We're having our wedding here next week and everything has been absolutely incredible. The service, the food, the beauty. It's all top notch. Grace and Rachel have been the most lovely people to work with and I can't imagine getting married anywhere else. And this is coming from someone who was a wedding planner for 10 years. We're so excited to enjoy the beautiful suite and our massages the next day too! Don't hesitate to choose Inn on the Twenty as a wedding venue.

This visit was such a treat. My team stayed for one night on business and everything from food to service was excellent. There was construction going on outside, but wasn't disruptive outside of making us walk a little further. I will definitely visit with my wife another time!

If you need a quite, lovely and welcoming place to get away, this is the right place for you. Away from the niose and chaos of the city. Service is first class, environment is calming. I visited in December and its one of the best places I have been to. Members of staff are friendly and helpful, the wine tasting room is decent, the rooms are pampering.

Very loud construction happening at the crack of dawn, the hotel was vibrating with the jackhammering. Highly recommend avoiding! When checked out earlier than planned at 8am after being awoken before 6am the person at checkout shrugged instead of offering anything to compensate for the awful stay. Also, rooms are outdated.

Although we live in the area, we stayed here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and very clean. Although the rooms will need an update soon they have been well maintained and have quality furnishings.

Service was polite and friendly. Lots of parking available. The room was neat and clean, but chilly when we arrived. The bed was hard. The shower pressure was a bit low but lots of hot water was available. Overall a pleasant stay. Wonderful location and ambience.

I ate with friends at the restaurant. though the setting was lovely, the service friendly, the local wine delicious, the lunch menu was bland and uninspired, followed by 3 main courses that were almost inedible....soggy fish and chips, mushy fritters overpowered by rosemary, and an overcooked skimpy burger patty. Other diners may have been hoodwinked by your glorious website, but 3 of us will not be returning anytime soon. I would expect a much higher quality from your kitchen and you should too.

Really beautiful place. Lovely rooms well laid out. Excellent service in the restaurant really good menu. Breakfast was excellent as well. Spa prices reasonable will try next time. And of course you are on the wine route.

Wedding Venue- 10/10 Amazing!!! This venue was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process and on the day of. We booked in March 2021 for June 2022 and all of our e-mails/phone calls were answered promptly, and if that contact didn't know the answer right away they found out and got back to us quickly. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Sharon-Kay and Grace helped us throughout the planning process, and Iowana was there on the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly, and made our wedding perfect :). Plus...the food was mouth watering! All of our guests came up to compliment the food on the night of and in the following days. Seriously, this is the best wedding food my husband and I have ever eaten and we both used to work weddings.

The staff have thought carefully about every detail in the room to make it a luxurious experience for guests. Strong attention to detail. Clean. The outside garden area is a really nice spot for an afternoon tea time.

My stay at Inn on the Twenty was, hands down, the best experience I've had at a hotel in a long time. The room was stunning and immaculately clean. The food I had for dinner and breakfast was fresh and delicious. But, I think what stood out to me the most was how kind and accommodating the staff were. They really made my stay exceptional and I can't wait to stay at this hotel again. I would highly recommend Inn on the Twenty to everyone.

My husband and I recently visited for the first time; celebrating a milestone anniversary. We could only get away for one night but coming here felt like a truly relaxing escape! Love the convenience of the restaurant across the street. The food and service was excellent for both dinner and breakfast - also loved the variety available on the menus. The view from the restaurant really is incredible! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the good linens and details of sanitation in these Covid-times. We felt very comfortable, staff made everything easy for us, and we look forward to returning!

We had our wedding this August at the new Cave Spring Vineyard Barn. The day itself was amazing and it was such a beautiful location. The staff were wonderful to work with and extremely attentive. My only remark is that our room was quite dated. We stayed in the winemakers cottage which is separate from the main building. It was private and had it's own garden which was lovely. However, the carpet was musty smelling and the room and fixtures were quite worn. Compared to our family members who stayed in updated rooms in the main building I did not think our room was up to the same standard.

We stayed at Inn on The Twenty for our wedding and had our wedding reception there in early August. From the moment we chose the venue the team at the Inn on The Twenty was fanatic in making sure everything came together on the big day exactly the way we had envisioned it. Rachel Golob was our coordinator and was super responsive to all questions and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. All of our guests loved the food and service they got during the wedding. Those who stayed at the hotel, including myself and husband, loved the rooms. I highly recommend the Inn on The Twenty for a beautiful hotel stay and for weddings. The venue truly exceeded our expectations.

As a wedding venue, I would give this a perfect 5 stars! I had my reception here in the Valley View Room in early Aug, 2022. The experience from start to finish was smooth and stress free. Our coordinator Rachel was responsive, friendly and very accommodating. The venue itself is gorgeous with views overlooking the escarpment site + an outdoor patio where guests can hang out for fresh air. The food was amazing and we received so many compliments from guests. For reference we served the striploin, seared salmon, penne pasta, white chocolate cheese cake and pizza for the late night snack. The staff were amazing. The servers and bartenders were exceptionally friendly and everyone had such a great time! I highly recommend this venue for a lovely, charming, classy, elegant, wine country themed wedding.

The staff were amazing. They were friendly and seemed committed to making sure we had a good stay. The room was gorgeous. The exposed beams and the high ceiling was beautiful. The sitting area with a fire place was a really nice touch; it made the room feel very comfortable. The decor was put together really well. Whoever their interior designer is needs to be commented for a job well done. My one criticism is the washroom fixtures and the electrical look very out of place. They look like they are from the 80s or 90s with their Plexiglas knobs and toggle switches. I would have rather seen something that looked like it is from the Era the building was erected or something modern.

Lovely one night stay! Decor inside is a little dated but the bed is incredibly comfortable. Service was super friendly at check in and they made certain that we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

We had our wedding at Inn on the Twenty and it was the most perfect, beautiful day. Rachel was our event coordinator and she was so wonderful to work with, very detail oriented and responsive and went out of her way to make special accommodations for us when needed. The food was amazing and all the service staff were incredible as well. Could not have chosen a better venue and we will definitely be back to celebrate our anniversaries in the years to come.

My husband and I had our intimate wedding reception here on October 15. Our event coordinator was Meghan and she was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, kind and made sure everything was up to our expectations. Communication was great before hand and perfectly executed the night of. Food was amazing and so were the staff! Thanks again, Meghan for your expertise!

Beautiful location and very sweet staff. We stayed in the wine makers cottage for our wedding night. The room was beautiful, vintage and very boutique style. Some window coverings were broken and none of the windows had screens, but otherwise everything was incredible.

Inn on the Twenty was the perfect venue for our dream wine country wedding! We had our ceremony outdoors at the Escarpment site at Cave Spring Vineyard and booked the Windows on the Twenty room for our reception. The fall colours of the Escarpment and the vineyard provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Rachel (the Special Event Manager assigned to our wedding) and the team at the Inn truly brought our vision to life and accommodated all of our requests. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the entire planning process and kept everything running smoothly during our wedding! Not only was the venue beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful, but the food was exceptional. It was also lovely to be able to stay onsite with our family and friends and simply walk across the street to our beautiful suite at the end of a magical night. We highly recommend booking your wedding with Inn on the Twenty!

Our stay was flawless. The staff are lovely and attentive. The room was beautiful and quiet. Loved the little patio area for the dog, as well as the towels, bowls and blanket provided for him! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Hotel, we were there for a wedding and I could not believe how rude and untrained the bar staff was. One particular individual named Austin gave me the middle finger while serving at the bar, I caught it on camera and contacted management about his behaviour. Employee’s like Austin need further training on customer service or not be working where they can engage with patrons. You would not expect a hotel of such beauty to be hiring individuals like this. If management does not deal with this I will be posting the video of Austin’s inappropriate behaviour, I will upload the link in this review at a later date with an update on how this was handled. Disappointed.

Incredible hotel, and even better are the staff that run it. They treat it like the luxury hotel it is. We had our wedding at the Barn at Cave Springs and it was amazing. From the food to the service it was incredible. Highly recommend and don’t think twice about having your wedding here or facilitated by Inn on the Twenty!
