The
hostess
was
very
polite,
friendly
and
helpful.
She
gave
us
the
option
of
paying
for
our
room
via
etransfer
to
avoid
paying
resort
fees
which
saved
us
$20.
The
inn
was
also
situated
within
walking
distance
to
the
downtown
area
which
was
convenient.
However,
the
negatives
greatly
outweigh
the
positives
of
the
inn.
Though
it
looked
cozy
and
quaint
in
the
photos,
when
we
arrived
we
were
a
little
disappointed.
The
interior
of
the
house
was
kept
to
be
in-line
with
the
style
of
houses
in
the
early
1900s
which
is
neat
for
people
who
are
into
that
sort
of
thing.
However
we
felt
that
the
bedrooms
and
some
of
the
common
areas
of
the
house
felt
a
little
creepy.
I
guess
because
of
how
old
everything
was
in
the
house,
everything
from
the
floors
to
the
furniture
creaked.
Every
step
you
make
would
cause
the
floors
to
creak.
Our
friends
also
stayed
the
night
at
the
inn
and
they
left
early
the
next
morning
because
they
couldnt
handle
the
creepiness
of
the
house.
The
rooms
didnt
have
many
plugs
or
a
TV
which
we
didnt
mind
but
to
others
these
may
be
important
amenities.
Most
importantly
there
was
minimal
security
for
your
belongings
so
I
would
not
bring
many
or
any
valuables
with
you
to
the
inn.
The
front
door
remains
unlocked
until
1am
in
the
morning
which
would've
been
fine
had
there
been
locks
on
each
bedroom
door.
None
of
the
bedrooms
had
any
locks,
they
only
had
door
chains
which
meant
you
had
to
be
inside
the
room
to
somewhat
prevent
the
door
from
being
open.
So
if
you
decide
to
leave
the
room
with
all
your
stuff
inside,
anyone
off
the
street
could
walk
in
and
access
your
stuff.
The
worst
part
of
our
stay
happened
at
4am
in
the
morning.
I
woke
up
and
laid
in
bed
debating
if
I
wanted
to
get
up
to
use
the
in-suite
washroom
when
I
heard
the
door
open.
My
boyfriend
didnt
stir
so
I
though
it
was
just
my
brain
making
things
up.
I
decided
to
go
use
the
washroom
and
checked
the
door
on
my
way
back
to
bed.
Much
to
my
horror,
the
door
was
partly
open.
Had
we
not
used
the
door
chain,
it
may
have
been
completely
open.
I'm
still
not
sure
if
someone
tried
to
open
our
door
or
if
the
door
slipped
open
on
it's
own
for
some
reason.
Needless
to
say
I
had
a
hard
time
falling
back
to
sleep.
If
it
wasnt
so
cold
outside,
I
would've
dragged
my
boyfriend
to
the
car
so
we
could
continue
sleeping
there.
Its
unfortunate
our
first
experience
at
a
bed
and
breakfast
was
so
bad.
I
dont
think
we
will
be
staying
at
one
again.
Our
room
was
also
$170
for
one
night
which
I
think
is
too
high.
No
part
of
our
stay
could
justify
that
price.
For
an
extra
30
dollars
we
could've
gotten
a
room
at
the
Western.
Though
it
wasnt
as
good
location
wise,
it
woudlve
been
a
much
more
restful
night.
