*EVERYTHING* about this little spot is great. First off, the coffee is exceptionally crafted (roasted and brewed) and so far I haven’t had a cup I didn’t thoroughly enjoy. They also carry a good selection of gear for the home barrista/coffee enthusiast. Perhaps most important though is the service - vibrant, knowledgeable staff, so respectful, and pleasant. I felt like I was visiting friends for a quick hello and cup of joe - unlike the robotically rigid, and general lack of humanity we’ve come to accept as the new normal from many other businesses. So go meet your new friends at 416 and enjoy your coffee-loving-life to it’s fullest.

Honestly one of the best coffee I’ve ever had!! Drove about 45 minutes to get here and try the highly recommended coffee place and definitely was worth it! We got a Carmel latte, and ice Carmel espresso! The staff was super nice and friendly in helping us decide what to order.

Cool family owned coffee shop with good coffee, espresso and lattes. Prices are reasonable and the quality is great! We always take a walk from the beach to grab our coffee here. Service is great and normally not too long of a wait, but if there is just relax, it's worth it!

I love my latte, good temperature to drink. Very quick and friendly service. The place has cookies only. We thought they would have pastries like scones or muffins. It's okay, coffee is great. We liked it

Great coffee and they even got a nice selection of whole beans. I love Ethiopian Yirgecheffe and can't wait to try theirs. Best of all the staff is probably the most friendly and helpful I ever encountered in a cafe setting. Whoever is working Wednesday morning; she's a keeper.

Great little café with excellent, very friendly service. We like to drink decaf in the afternoon and 416 has one of the best decaf's I have tried--so I bought a bag of the decaf beans to take home after having a cup at the café. I'm from out of town, but will surely be going back to 416 the next time I'm in Port Dalhousie, and perhaps ordering decaf beans by mail too.

A guiding light in the coffee space, these guys are innovative and constantly adapting. Though I LOVE their coffee, the ownership, atmosphere, and premium service is profound.

Had a flat white from this amazing coffee shop and it was significantly better and cheaper than Starbucks. Highly recommend. The staff are friendly and a great spot to go for a stroll while sipping some quality coffee. Great job! 👍

I can not say enough good things about my first visit today! First off.. the coffee was hands down the best I have tasted in a very long time. The person at the counter ( sorry did not catch a name) was so friendly and helpful and made my day with his kindness. I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to try 416 but I will definitely be a regular now! Thank you!

The staff are always lovely to chat with, great service with a smile. I always get their drip coffee and it’s never stale or burnt. Good selection of beans too! We also get their specialty iced coffee and it’s WAY better than the chains out there.

Was visiting the area and needed some coffee. Beans. Stopped by at 416. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. I had questions regarding the types of beans that they had available and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. He helped me pick out 2 lb of beans, I picked up a latte as well as in Americano both of which were very good. Small shop, the menu is actually on the ceiling which is very cool. They do not have any pastries or snacks available, only beverages.

My new favourite local coffee place! The staff is always super friendly, and the quality of coffee is exceptional. Cappuccinos can be a hit or miss for me at a lot of different places, but have always had the perfect flavour from here. Definitely recommend 416 over Balzacs Coffee if you are in Port Dalhousie, and the best in St. Catharines overall!

The coffee here is full of flavour and aroma, making for a very good Americano and espresso. I bought a bag of beans at a very reasonable price, and they are now part of my daily intake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best in the area. We will return…frequently.

i got an iced caramel latte and it was the best coffee i’ve had in my life. it was expensive, but super good. the barista was very friendly.

Great local coffee place and they do their own roasting. I can't wait till it's warm enough for ice coffee and I can order lime lights again, they are so good! I thought it would be a weird combination but the flavours are honestly made for each other. They also sell all sorts of coffee gear and sometimes cool shirts/hoodies.

The location and staff are excellent. Unfortunately the coffee was not to my taste, but if you enjoy sour notes in your espresso, definitely check it out! I personally prefer chocolatey or toffee notes to my espresso, so the sourness took me aback. It’s very unique and the owner puts a lot of love into the craft. Worth stopping by to give it a try :)

I first had this coffee at Bistro Mirepoix last Sunday & it was DELICIOUS. I've since visited the 416 Coffee shop in port twice this week, I had the College street & the next day tried the Haitian espresso with water, or something like that made into a coffee. I told the girl I wanted something Strong and bold and she hooked it up perfectly. I didn't think it would make sense or be good but it definitely was. I run off Caffeine and this def gives me that much needed fix ! Highly recommend this place if you actually enjoy Coffee.

Always super friendly and knowledgeable staff. From changing up to decaf, to temperature of drinks and the awesome light comedy cups- its a daily ritual for me.

Enjoyed our coffee very much! The barista was friendly and quick, and the menu offered new flavours which we’ve absolutely loved. The cups had jokes printed on them which was cute.
