Still here with the charm that can't be replicated by the new Starbucks down the road. The fragrant aromas of coffee meets you at the door and draws you to the back where their roasted beans are. Under 25 for a pound with the extensive variety. Lots of decaf choices too which is unusual. Also a gift shop and a cafe to go. Friendly service and is dog-friendly which is a bonus!

Ordered caramel machiato. The coffee was smooth. Its little on the expensive side for a small cup of coffee. Overall the walk on the street was worth it. Very pretty and nicely planted flowers. A great coffee to go with it

My husband and I stopped in during our last visit to Niagara and decided to try a bag of vanilla hazelnut coffee. We were very impressed with the flavour and more impressed to learn that there were no artificial additives and was flavoured with natural oils. Our extended family also loved it so much that they all requested a few bags when we told them we were ordering some online since we live a few hours away. Definitely a hidden gem and will now be on our itinerary every time we visit Niagara!

Wonderful Shop! Best tasting coffee in Ontario! Nice that there are still non-chain coffee places around and that they make/sell such great coffee and teas. My wife and I always visit when we are in Niagara-on-the-Lake and also order from them online when we run out of coffee.

My wife (the tea lover) spotted this place online and we decided to drive down to look around. Was a dismal rainy day, but walking in here lifted our spirits. Quaint shop that is just packed with a large variety of teas and coffees, all packaged in proper vent hole bags to maintain freshness. And freshness was the key to this shop. The teas came loose or bagged and you could ask for a sample if you were unsure, My wife had finally found an Earl Grey that didn't have an odour she objected to, amongst other teas she discovered with the owner/manager and overall helpful person, Cathy. Cathy was also somewhat knowledgeable about coffee (she had to research for the business) and was able to guide me into some flavourful decisions. I decided to spoil myself with a small bag of 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain beans, but I will be back after seeing the wide array of coffees worldly, exotic and flavoured that this shop offers. In the Niagara/St. Catharine's region, this is the place to go. Great selection, great help, great price.

We visited this past weekend, and the staff is just extraordinary! We were looked after by a lady with shorter hair (didn't get her name), but she was very helpful, and knowledgeable. She deserves a raise! :)

Worst chai latte I've ever had, and for $7. No flavor at all, it was just like slightly milky hot water. Was very disappointed. Store smells nice though, so that's a plus.

Lovely selection of decaf coffees. For someone who doesn't drink regular coffee, I was in heaven. Jamaica-me-crazy is worth the drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. Massive selection of loose leaf teas are out of this world! Very helpful and attentive staff even tho we visited on a long weekend.

I visited Niagara-on-the-Lake with my family yesterday. Our wonderful experience at Victoria Teas & Coffees began the moment we walked into the store, which the great scent of coffee and very welcoming employees. The young lady working as the cashier was very friendly. From helping us decide which coffee to order - by allowing us to take a shot-sized drink of each coffee to see which flavour we liked best - to making great conversation with us whilst exercising a great deal of professionalism at her workstation. If you are a fan of exceptional customer service and great tasting coffee, I strongly recommend this store. I will definitely return!

Excellent coffee, speciality coffees and teas; one of the best. Interesting to see speciality coffees made using 60 years old espresso machine. Service is excellent although a bit slow as only one person responsible for everything with a long wait line.

This place is a gem. Skip the Starbucks if you are just strolling.
