Their ginger was all mouldy. When I advised the red headed cashier with glasses who had the personality of a damp rag, about this (since nobody seemed to be working in the produce section), she rolled her eyes at me. This is what happens when you employ lazy, trailer trash.

Worst Freshco ever. The staff rude. Produce was not fresh but seems to be improving. If they have a retail establishment they shouldn't treat customers rudely as if they hate you when you've done nothing to offend them. Some of the cashiers are nice. After reading the reviews I see it's not just me so I feel a bit better.

Friendly staff. Good selection and stock. Plenty of parking. Cashiers are quick however not all lines are always open a peak times. Clean facility and easy to get around. No credit card surcharge. Free WiFi.

Staff was rude.make things uncomfortable for you. so, i went there for the first time to buy something bcz it was close to my house . The girl seems to me newly hired scaned products twice. when i chrck on the screen i talk to her she was like oo am in rush that why i scaned twice my mistake. don’t even said sorry try to pretend it wasn’t her mistake. i think freshco should hire better people than arrogant who always try so hard to shut down this business.

Lettuce, green beans, fruit were BAD. This is the third consecutive time this has happened. Has this store and its management become a clearing house for bad produce and fruit? Are their freezers or management needing replacement? Head office should conduct a drop in inspection. Don’t waste your time or money here.

That's just a pretty decent Freshco. It's been here for quite a while now and they still keep the store decently stopped and clean which is more than I can say for some Freshcos I've been at! We were able to find the items we were looking for.

This is one of our closest grocery stores that we frequent. Every time we seem to go their produce section is terrible. There has been too many times I can't count on my hands that I have had very bad fruit after getting it home. Today is the 4th time we have received bad watermelons. Stay away from their produce especially stay away from their watermelons they are terrible and they are dark and rotting inside always. I would also like to add they usually only have 2 cashiers on when at least 50 people waiting in line to get through. In my opinion it is very poorly managed managed and you're better off going elsewhere.

The guy that works the cashier night shift with the sort dark/grey hair will make you cry. He hates anyone under 85 with a passion. Do not buy beer from him if you're in the age range of 19 to 84 he will make you extremely uncomfortable. If you do go and do that never go back he will remember you and stare into the depths of your soul. Sometimes thier yogurt selection is pretty good.

June 8/2022. I bought 4 Blackberry containers all 4 were best before 22 of May2022 and some Korean strawberry milk was expired June8/2022 with no discount stickers on them. I don't expect expired food to be on the shelves But I will check for the expiry date

Amazing place to shop. I get help every single time and they always, ALWAYS go above and beyond. Special shout out to Sydney who took extra time to help with finding certain foods and waited patiently to come back. What a Gem! I look forward to now shopping for groceries, man!

Wow all I can say is wow. I needed customer service from deli at the cash today . Not only was the store owner todd standing 8 ft away having a personal chat with people letting the line go to 4 or 5 people, but the women that was called from deli stopped to chat with him and im assuming friends. they all just had a nice chat for what seemed like forever while myself and cashier stood there waiting 8 ft away. for a 5 second question to be answered. I am embarrassed for this store especially the owner. in 17 years working retail i have never seen such a blatant disregard for customers and there staff. Im just disgusted. Really cant see myself going in there again. Dont work in retail and customer service if your not willing to do your job. Rarely do you get a chance to voice your complaints to the owner of a store and the fact he was standing right there chatting is infuriating. You never want your customers leaving your store with such a feeling like that.

Showed up for 7am and waited for 20 minutes. Even made eye contact with girls inside and no one came to open the doors. Says it opens at 7.... even called and the girls inside didn't pick up the phone. Watched others go up to the door and leave. Then watched an employee access the doors and lock behind him. Don't even bother shopping here.

Its a grocery store....decent selection of produce prices are average. Staff are helpful..they were out if some produce on the shelf ..I asked a employee if the had any in the back and he immediately went back and got some. Not fancy like some ....but it does not have the fancy prices to match.

The store is alright but the produce is so bad. I'm constantly buying produce much before expiry date only to open it up at home and it's moldy. This weekend bought package of Green's 4 days before expiry. Go to use it and it's all black inside and unusable. 6 dollars down the drain. Strawberries another example open them up at home and half are moldy. This happens all the time at this store. So buyers beware

Fresh Co is alright. Things are expensive, crunchy Kraft Peanut Butter was six bucks when Walmart offers it for 3.47. there's not much in terms of selection or shelf space for a lot of things.

Have to write this review because I had a very upsetting and humiliating experience at this place today (Sunday, December 26, 2021, around 12:50 pm), unfortunately. I originally came to one of the stores nearby but decided to check FreshCo also in case they have this product as I have seen their advertisement outside. Inside the store I checked the isle where what I was looking for may be located, quickly realized that it’s not there and proceed to exit (without buying anything). On my way to exit I was asked by a cashier to show them my little backpack (the size of the small purse) 😬 I was shocked and confused, and despite I could probably deny to do it, I did show them it as it was literally empty. Then I went to the store I originally planned to go to, bought what I wanted and the cashier that asked me to show them my backpack suddenly approached me at the parking lot at their smoking break and asked me if I did steal anything. I said that for sure not and what happened at all? They apologized and said that they had to do it because one of the customers “pointed fingers on me”. I still feel bad.

At the beginning of covid they were sanitizing all shopping carts and baskets. They no longer clean the shopping carts. Lately there hasn't been any carts at the front of the store and you have no choice but to wait there for a stranger to bring their cart back.

It's not bad but it's my least favorite one in the region. The other stores do better at managing crowds, lines, and everything.

A good place if you want to find Latin American products. They also have a fair variety of beer and beverages, for those who like to find all in one. A line for the cashier is going to await you, just for the record 😉

Been going here since the coughing disease started. Barnes to know most of the staff quite well during that time. Most of the staff know me by my hat. And during the coughing disease I was shopping for three people at once so the staff got to really know me well. The staff at your location work very hard and very well they put up with some interesting problems from time to time when I've been in there nothing major. All in all 99% of the stuff I have interacted with have been in a positive frame of mind and do not look overworked and burnt out I have been to other grocery stores and I could see the dead in the staff's eyes from being overworked and underappreciated

Just want to leave a review for the young gentleman who helped me last night at around 7:30 pm (Sept 20th). I wish I asked his name but he's black, medium-build, wearing the Freshco T-shirt. I asked him where the Cheez Whiz aisle was. He was not sure and maybe because they did not have a lot of jars on displayso it's easy to miss but he told me ti just wait at my spot so I did not need to walk around looking for it alongside him. I told him that I did not mind but he walked so fast that I lost him. LOL. A couple of minutes later, he found me and handed me the jar. He went out of his way (literally) to look for the items and grabbed it for me. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars because the store needs improvement but for that guy alone, I give 5 stars for customer service 🌟

Very clean, my only complaint was that they have several carts where it sounds like the wheel locks are broken, and they make an absolutely awful noise. I get overstimulated very easily, so just being near those carts was physically painful.

Everyone is always friendly. Madison was my cashier this morning and she was friendly, upbeat, remembered to ask me for my scene card, helpful and super efficient!

This Freshco is always well stocked, and always has many discounted items. My favourite is their cheese selection. With prices going through the roof, you can be sure to pick up a couple of deals every time you shop. They have a great selection of beer and wine, always a winner.

Too long spent waiting at the checkout to give you my money. It's 2023 and you should really have self-serve but at a minimum you should have an express lane. I suggest the owner comes down on the weekend and observes how long the average customer has to wait. I've spent too much of my weekend waiting in lines at this location and I'll go to Ontario St where I've never had an issue getting served.

Nice grocery store to shop. They price match. Scene points card is a good way to $ave.

My go-to store for Korean food items like kimchi, gochujang, and snacks (when I can't make it to the GTA).

I don't know what the deal is with produce. But every time I go I'm shocked that anyone working there would thing ppl would buy stuff that is rotted or moldy. When you are replenishing the shelves. Pull the old stuff before you put the new stuff on. It's so gross

I looked everywhere for Watercress and Passion fruit and this place had everything I was looking for - for such low prices, the diverse selection is outstanding! Please pick up tropical avocados :)

Absolutely appalling attitude from a staff member at this location. Accused of stealing a carton of chocolate milk that was purchased from shoppers drug mart next door. When I happily offered to show her the receipt she had a very aggressive demeanor in front of at least 10 customers. I shop here very regularly and won’t be returning.

Just did a big grocery shop at this location. You think with the price increases they would remove expired product from their shelves. Found both yogurt and cereal we purchased today is expired from October. If you shop here, check the expiry on everything.
