I'm new to this country and I just discovered slurpees. Are baap re! Wow! Slurpees, where have you been all my life? So many flavours to choose! Sometimes I go crazy and mix the slurpee flavours together. Everyday I buy at least two slurpees. Sometimes on Saturdays I go a little crazy and have a third. Every day I visit 7-11 to find out which flavours are available. I get so excited. One day, in future, when I open a store, I'll introduce my own slurpee flavour: Lassi flavour. The local people are going to love it!

not as good as the other lake 7/11

Wow can't believe how bad the customer service has gotten . Sunday March 27th at 530 pm there is a young man working. He accused my child of stealing and then when he found out he was wrong and she didn't steal all he said was "Oh" he never even apologized to her for being wrong. The store was dead no one else in it. She went directly to grab coffee cream and then to the baked goods. She was in and out of that store in under 2 minutes so if he actually payed attention he would have seen that she knew exactly what she was getting. And if he actually had good customer service he would have Apologized for being wrong and say sorry. Was this a race thing? Did he judge her by the color of her skin? I dunno but that's what it feels like. Maybe he needs some customer service training and learn how to apologize when he is in the wrong. And when I called to confront him for it he was rude on the phone and still never apologized instead argued back trying to defend his actions. A simple I am sorry or I apologize would have been appreciated. Maybe teach them to apologize when they are wrong 711 at this location has seriously went down hill.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Good selection of drinks and snacks. Hot food and pastries are fresh and hot. Food behind the counter is tasty and at a great price. Believe that. Clean facility and fast cashiers. Stock is always full and fresh. Parking lot is small but never full. Ice machine outside.

When I was a kid we would come here for slushies and hang out. Throughout the years have been in passing. The staff do a good job. Yes there's some sketchy people out front but what can you do. Good job team!

Don't order here. They are guaranteed to mess something up on your delivery order every single time. I placed a $65 order today knowing to be careful due to previous poor experiences. I called them and asked that if there is anything wrong with my order, or if any items are missing, for them to call me. Guy on the phone was rude about it. Didn't even let me give him the name of my order before wanting to hang up. By the time my order arrived they STILL messed up some items without calling me. I called back and the guy said he told his coworker to call if anything was messed up. It genuinely seems like the employees aren't paying attention to what they are doing. The staff here CLEARLY need to be trained on how to talk to a customer properly and to double check if an order is correct before handing it off to a delivery driver.

Twice now ive got literally less then half my order delivered and charged full price each time. $20 dollars for nachos without the stuff just chips and 2 donuts is not cool........again twice!!!

An indian guy who works at night shift is very impolite and unprofessional. When take out a slush or a pop, he pour carelessly so the outside of a cap is all wet. That's not just once, several times.

7-11stores are always clean, their prices are clearly marked and the staff are friendly. I love their hot food when it's fresh Their prices are comparable to Avondale and they're both much more expensive than Big Bee stores.

New Review: This location may only have a couple of decent employees left and ever since the manager went away on mat leave, the store has been in free fall since the replacement manager took over. Old Review from 4 years ago: Fabulous location. Friendly staff. The only negative I would say about this location is some of the rift raft that strolls in during certain times at night, however as a local to the area and so close to downtown its semi expected. Go here during the day. Go to the other side of Lake Street during late night hours to avoid the downtown bar/festival scene.

I am always in and out quickly and the staff always make me believe that they are eager to help.

Decent coffee. Sketchy people can be found hanging around at night sometimes but it's not the stores fault. Probably the cheapest cigarette prices in the city!! The rewards app used to be great and kept me coming back but now fails on any of the good rewards... Hmmm. Fishy. Also store advertises multi deals but when rang up at register there's no deal. I want to like 7-11 but their business practices are pretty shady. Avoid unless no other option or need smokes.

Awesome experience at the 7/11. The staff their are amazing, one in particular Jared is very kind welcoming and extremely helpful. He surely makes the 7/11 a great store to visit. Overall incredible employee

I ordered food from here and it was all soggy the drinks were melted and I ordered chicken stips and I received chicken bites

SO LIKE A RESTAURANT I USED TO BUY VERY OFTEN THERE ICECREAM TREAT AND NOW I DONT THE SAME I AM DOING WITH 7/11 ON LAKE STREET STOP BUYING ANYTHING FROM LAKE STREET THE SAME HAPPENED TONIGHT AS SOME RESTAURANTS ARE STILL DOING THAT ARE WEARING COLONE AND PERFUME WHICH GETS TRANSFERRED TO THE FOOD PACKAGES COLONE I SEEN ON TV WOULD BE THE WORSTOF THE 2 BECAUSE THE GUY POURS THE COLONE IN THERE HANDS AND RUB THERE FACE AND RIGHT AWAY IN STORES AND RESTAURANTS GETS VERY STRONGLY ONTO THE FOOD PACKAGES TONIGHT REALLY BAD ON CHOCOLATE MILK CONTAINERS AND WHERE I CANT WASH IT OFF THE EXSTREAM TERRIBLE REAK UNLESS I USE A SPECK OF ORANGE I AM EXSTREAMLY SENSITIVE THIS THE THING I AM STOP BUYING FROM THIS STORE I THOUGHT IT WAS A BUSY STORE CUSTOMERS WEARING IT BUT NO WHO EVER STOCKED THE MILK AND OTHER PRODUCTS I AM REALLY TIRED THAT THIS HAPPENEDS FARELY OFTEN WITH RESTAURANTS AND STORES

It's a 7-Eleven, doesn't matter where in the world you are, top tier convenience.

ngl this place is great but sometimes the workers give me the wrong amount of change like i went in spent 11.25 i handed them a $20 the give me $8 and 30c like what i should have gotten $8.75 back like can you guys learn to count this is the 9th time this has happened it's so annoying buy a calculator for your workers 20.00 - 11.25 = 8.75 quick maths like its easy math.

I ordered wings and a jug of milk and all they sent was the milk and never called me to ask if I wanted to cancel or exchange.

Best before dates are months pas due and they are still adding this stuff to online orders.

Always out of cheese, customers not masked, rude staff

Slurpee machines are always broken, and clerks dont pay attention when customer redeem points. Not happy having to pay when i redeemed my points for it.

This 711 never sends slurpees with your UBER order. Lazy and incompetent.

Very clean store, amazing staff, but that door bell is so loud and unpleasant it makes being in the store unbearable.

I love slurpees. And nobody makes them like 7 eleven! A little more expensive than other convenience stores. But if your looking for a quick bite! Its the perfect store to go to. Or a coffee. And the ice coffee is delisious!

Very nice staff. I got all information over phone I needed, sells propane tanks. Bring in old one for less money. Clean store good slurpees... you can even buy gold rings at the propane storage. I don't suggest it tho think it's illegal.

Never ever trust this location if you’re ordering through Skip or UberEats. They will simply ignore half the stuff in your order and won’t bother to contact you. In addition to not sending things entirely, they’ll also substitute cheaper items for things you actually ordered and will not adjust your total accordingly. Complete lack of effort and professionalism. Pick the location on Hartzel Road, they’re much more reliable than these bozos.

I can't say enough about the immediate service we recieved at this store. My daughter went in to grab 4 orders of nachos and cheese. After filling the first order, the cheese ran out. She informed the cashier and instantly an employee came to assist her in filling her order. I was on a facetime call with my daughter and she was MORE than helpful and polite, making sure my daughter left with EXACTLY what we intended to leave with. THANK YOU!! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTENTUON TO CUSTOMER DETAIL!! Absolutely thankful!!
