Lukas in Sales walked me through the process and even suggested that I test drive a car more local to my area. I have many things to say about this organization. I bought a 2018 Honda Civic from this location just a few months ago. The price was reasonable and the sales manager including the department at the used car office were friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, smart and knew how to treat a customer. Great thank you to this team. They provided information to me that made the process of making this purchase right decision. Financing and paperwork was fully explained by the sales administrator. Recently I had a mechanical issue that wasn't covered under warrantee. Knowing that I just purchased this car the service department took it upon themselves to take responsibility for the repair even though they didn't have to, including the diagnostics. The service center was beyond anything that I have ever experienced. They took the time to make contact with me over text message and keep me updated as during this time. The service advisor told me that they checked the car in, texted the mechanical issue that was easy to understand, felt like I trusted the service advisor as everything made sense. Very friendly, professional, courteous, and amazing. They even washed the new car.... spotless, clean job. I have decided to post my review of Performance Acura at the St.Catharines location because of how amazing everyone here treated me. The service was at the next level. I have dealt with dealerships before and nobody comes close to this organization. I will continue to be a customer at Performance Acura for many years to come. Bought a certified preowned TLX not long ago, had a great experience with the dealership, and car has been running great. Joe, the sales person we worked with was very thoughtful, even brought the car indoors when it started raining before our appointment. Preowned manager Stacy was quite knowledgeable about the car's history and warranty. We even got help from the GM Steve to help close the deal near end of day, saving us another long trip from Toronto. We visited a number of Acura dealerships in the golden horseshoe while shopping for this car, this place is noticeably better. I would buy from here again.

Dealing with Performance Acura Niagara, was one of the very few PLEASUREABLE experiences I have had with a car dealership over the course of my life (being a car enthusiast). I spoke with Lucas and Stacey. The regular friendliness was always there along with prompt replies, however the best thing was these guys stayed true to their word with prices, dates etc. The trade-in and sales process was a breeze, and even though most of it done via email, they honored the same quote when I visited them in-person. (unlike some other big name dealerships). They were straightforward with the car history/price and promptly replied to any requests I had. Their service staff (Alexander) was great as well, with suggestions, service and checkups done properly. I would have made this my Go-To dealership and service center, if only didn’t live 1.5 hours away. They had the courtesy to give me a complimentary second keyfob (Expensive) and mail me back some of the things I had forgotten in my old car - now that's what I call excellent customer service! Highly recommended.
