This was our first time to Flavour Fuel as we are not from the area. I will definitely be returning. First impressions it had a nice fresh baked bread aroma, the menu had a TON of options to choose from which was very difficult because after trying their chicken salad sandwich I could have taken 1 of everything. The bread was soft and fresh with just the right amount of chew to house all the ingredients of the chicken salad. The sandwiches are huge and stuffed full. You definitely get your money's worth from here. For a small place they pack a ton of flavour and freshness.

OMG! Been seeing the posts on my Instagram for awhile now. Today, hubby and I decided to check it out. What a gem. There were so many delicious choices it was hard to make up our minds. Hubby had a turkey sandwich. It was huge and stuffed with turkey. I had an apricot bacon cheese paying. Such great taste. Busy, but no wait. Everything prepared fresh. Delicious smoothies and desserts found here too. There is a seating area and cold drinks. Why spend $10 at a fast food place for lunch where here you get fresh made food. Definitely will be back. Oh yes they have, soups, salads, gluten free and frozen goods too. Check it out!

I love the flavours of their wraps!! So delicious! They are full, fresh and and tasty to the last bite!! I love their haystacks and Zucchini muffins! Most of all, their customer service is a 10 plus! You won't be disappointed!

Very pleased with my experience, I stopped off on a side road and googled "black owned restaurants near me" and they popped up. Upon my arrival, I was immediately welcomed with a genuine greeting from all the staff which is always greatly appreciated. We mulled over the many options they have to offer and I finally decided to go with the Portobello Mushroom from Dee's Paninis and 🤤🤤🤤 super tasty, balanced flavour that hits every part of the palette. What I will ask for when I return is to the leave the panini on the press a tad bit longer the really get the ingredients to melt together.

I moved to the area just recently, and when I am driving by the plaza I can see lits of people waiting in line near this place, so I was thinking of visit it one day. This day was yesterday and OH MY GOSH! A typical place that won't stand out due to lots of Ads all over social media or some super-fancy facility, but instead, this place stands out due to super-tasty, made on the spot food with the most lovely people in the whole St.Catharines! :D Come and try ANYTHING literally in here, and you won't regret it! The muffin was the best one I have ever had! It was moist and fluffy. This place sells quality products! The other desserts were okay, but not very good; one looked impressive though. Prices: My three items came to under $20.

Great place to stop for a healthy bite to eat. Homemade soup of the day. Ordered the quinoa fusion salad. Fresh, flavourful and reasonably priced. The beef and cheddar melt will undoubtedly solve your beef craving. The menu has loads of healthy, filling choices that will leave your hunger satisfied. Friendly owners and clean establishment. Tucked in behind the Shell gas station.

Tried this place for the first time today and fell in love. I've been doing keto/ low carb for years and this is by far the best buns I've had. Highly recommend. I had the cheese and ham grilled sandwich, also ordered 4 buns, 2 biscuits and 2 zucchini chocolate chip muffins all Keto! Thank you for making this lifestyle so easy by providing fresh yummy options. 😊 10/10!!

Saw an ad in the local Scrimp and Save coupon book and thought I would give it a shot. I am sure glad I did! The Portobello mushroom sandwich and sweet potato chili were delicious and kept me full all day! Will definitely be back soon.

Game changer for people doing keto.. Almost everything they have can be turned into a keto meal or snack. I had a hard time deciding but I tried the jalapeño popper grilled cheese and it was amazing. Felt like I was cheating! Can’t wait to go back and try everything else. Also, they sell keto loafs of bread which is hard to find anywhere and they are MASSIVE.

I love this place. The treats are epic and they are sensitive to people with specific dietary concerns. There is such a good range of healthy food options, great for ordering for meetings as well. Really lovely people too, a family run business

This place was so great. We were passing through town and wanted something healthy to-go. We got the chicken and cheese panini with chipotle mayo, a kale and quinoa salad and a personalized smoothie. It was all so good and healthy. I'll be stopping by this spot next time I'm in the area :)

Dropped in for lunch on the way to Crystal Beach. Muffeleta sandwich was on special and absolutely huge, tasty, well worth the price. Also got the chicken salad sandwich, egg salad sandwich, and Tex Mex burrito (some for the next day). The burrito was a bit wet and too sweet for our tastes. The salad sandwiches were excellent; the chicken salad sandwich was very very good and a great snack to bring along. They held up well in the fridge overnight.

Hands down best place to eat in st Catherine’s. They should open up world wide. Awesome customer service and the cook is amazing at what he does. Hit this place up. I feel like a million bucks after eating here everytime.

Let me just say if I could give this place 10 stars I would. I went here for the first time tonight and got the portobello mushroom sandwich, I almost died. The best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to go back. And if you’re reading this, stop wasting your time and go get a sandwich!

Just took the family for the first time as we have heard so much hype...well I got to say they hype is well deserved.. the food was incredible and the staff was beyond friendly and generous...highly recommend!! Thanks ff, look forward to our next visit.

I've had a few different sandwiches and they've all been excellent. I've also tried a couple sugar free dessert items that have also been quite good. It's so nice to have a place to get fresh healthy menu items so close to home. Very clean ingredient menu with lots of options. I encourage anyone who's reading this who hasn't tried Flavour Fuel out yet to definitely go!

Flavour Fuel is always a good choice for whatever you might be craving! All of their food is delicious, and I love all of the keto options that they have. My most recent visit to the new Ontario St. location involved one of my favourites (taco salad bowl) and the adult Dunkaroos, which were ridiculously good!! Support local!

I love the jalapeno grilled cheese! The food here is normally very good. Sometimes however they get new staff members and the food can be somewhat inconsistent. I will always recommend this place especially if the owner or her son are preparing the food

Stumbled across this place when looking for local takeout and it DID NOT disappoint!! Quality, service and delicious all in my place. I tried several items because everything looked amazing and not one thing didn't taste out of this world amazing. You will not regret the decision to eat here!

Just had a co-worker grab a sandwich for me from Flavour Fuel for lunch. Had the Roasted eggplant parmesan Panini. One word : Amazing !!! I will look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

Really good authentic home cooking, feel good food! Impressed with the quality of food products used. Fellow nursing colleagues and I ordered on our break on a busy day, the friendly woman who helped us order over the phone was accommodating to our larger order and even threw in some goodies to support the local hospital! Will definitely be ordering in the future.

Stopped in for lunch today, tried the Portabello panini as well as the Chicken&Cheese panini, both were delicious! I wish the cheese was a little more melted, but the flavours were great. If you want healthy and flavourful sandwiches, wraps and salads, you have to come here!! I’m a regular customer now! My favourites are the tzatziki wrap, spicy Italian sandwich, burrito and chicken salad salad. Their smoothies are also great! My kids ask for them! If you want a delicious carrot cake you must try the one they make. I also order catering plates or lunch bags when I have lunches with clients. EVERY TIME I’m praised by the lunch I bring, seriously, this place is amazing!!

Recently diagnosed with diabetes, wanted a healthy take out option. This place did not disappoint. Everything is made fresh to order. My wrap was packed full of flavour and clean ingredients. Family run business, I am so happy to have in my neighborhood!

Food was fantastic!! Ordered through Ubereats and they were sold out of the salad we wanted so I picked a different wrap- we ordered 3 sandwiches/ wraps all together and received 4. Definitely will be back!

I was looking for an alternative dessert for my daughter for Thanksgiving as she has strict diet restrictions due to health reasons … an impossible thing to find … until someone referred me to Flavour Fuel. I spoke several times with Kelly and she made a point of asking a lot of questions and referencing with her daughter, who does the baking, to ensure our needs were met. The outcome were the most delicious lemon curd and blueberry cupcakes! They were decorated beautifully and tasted absolutely delicious!! Aside from the delicious dessert… what impressed me the most was the loving care that Kelly and her daughters gave me. They were so kind and caring and courteous. Those qualities are not easy to find these days in customer service! Thank you to the staff … you are all wonderful and you will definitely have my business again!

I don't often leave reviews, but Flavour Fuel was delicious!! The staff were super friendly and helpful (I am celiac and they walked me through all the different options that I could safely eat for gluten-free) and the food was very tasty and fresh! It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside, but 100% worth a visit! We will be back for sure.
