Am a frequent customer of this delicious restaurant. Easily the best Chinese food restaurant in Niagara. 100% must go. Friendly local business with super-friendly wait staff. They can speak English, Mandarin and conversational-Cantonese. Excellent prices with huge portions. Kitchen is incredibly fast and your food comes at the perfect temperature. Wide variety of soup-base and stir-fry dishes. Dine-in or take-out you will be full. The beef broth itself will keep you coming back. Appears they specialize in Central-Southern Chinese food. Simple fitting interior design with clean individual washrooms stalls to provide good privacy. Free Onsite Parking. Bus stops in front of strip mall. No WiFi. No credit card surcharge.

It was more like street food or food court. Self served, ordered and picked up from the order desk when the order was ready. The food prepared and tasted like street food, in the good ways. The Singapore style vermicelli was delicious. The house special beef ramen was flavorful.

I really enjoy the food here. It’s always tasty. Their noodle soups and the broth are so flavourful. Good selection and the price is right and very reasonable. It’s authentic Chinese food served much different from other restaurants. Seating is self serve and same for when you order. A must try if you are in the Northend area of st.catharines.

No expectations to go there. End up; everyone loves this noodle restaurant in N. St. Catherines. We ordered Beef brisket noodles which the owner recommended. The food quality and quantity were 10 out of 10. The amount is enough for two bowls. Oxtail noodles are also good. The reason I don't give 5 stars on service is that they don't have enough staff for full service and switched to self-service, which might affect the experience. Anyway, I highly recommend it if you are in that area or willing to travel away from downtown St.Catharines.

I have been here a few times now and have loved the food and friendly service every time! The C9 beef brisket noodle with subbed-in handmade noodles is my absolute fave - the brisket is a large portion, amazingly tender and tasty, and the bowl is loaded with bok choy, chinese cabbage, a bit of onion, tomato, noodles, and excellent soup! And the curry beef rice was really delicious too - a mild yellow curry. It's a cafe where you order and pickup at the cash (no table service) and their prices are fantastic! A hidden gem for authentic Chinese food, for sure! Must try!

Food was delicious. Complimentary green tea. We had the beef brisket noodle soup, salt n pepper shrimp and the onion pancakes. There was lots of food and it came very quickly. Friendly service. Only thing is newbies are kind of on there own. Understanding how to be seated, ordering and getting your own drinks. Left very full and satisfied. Will be back. :)

A hidden gem in St. Catharines! We had the Brisket noodle soup and house special, it was the perfect temperature, noodles were cooked perfectly, beef was tender, and the broth was so flavorful. The service was pretty quick too. Will definitely be coming back!

Very delicious food, the host was very welcoming and friendly. Huge portions and decently priced. We ordered the beef brisket with flat noodles and house special. The brisket was so tender and melt in your mouth. Apps were onion pancake and peanuts in vinegar. All were so tasty. Will come back again for sure. The store front says debit/credit but I believe they prefer cash.

miss dining in and held off on doing takeout because I genuinely didn't think the ramen would hold up.... but i missed it so much that I went for it and I regret waiting so long. already re-ordered takeout a few more times and will definitely keep doing so until it reopens. piping hot even after a 20min drive home

We have tried this little restaurant a few times now and I have to say that they are very consistent in the way they prepare their dishes. The food tastes fresh and savoury and the portions are generous. We absolutely love the brisket soup with noodles, it’s just delicious!! The onion pancakes are also very good although if they get cold, they become a little chewy. We have also tried the grilled calamari and it was very tasty. If you like duck, they also prepare a nice roasted duck dish that we enjoyed so much. I would recommended this restaurant if you want to try different Chinese food flavours!! The restaurant is ran by a husband and wife team. They are nice and pleasant and can complete your order very quickly. We will continue to order from this restaurant!!!!

Wow, truly a mom and pop shop with wonderful food by good people. They freely admit the quality of their service right now is limited due to Covid. They only have the two of them on staff, they allow you to eat in but with take-out containers only to avoid risk of spreading germs. But such a variety of good, freshly made, yummy food, and portion sizes are huge. Most people could share a meal and be full, especially at lunch. Try the appetizer "green onion pancakes", it is oddly similar to an authentic proto-pizza-bread type thing I've had in Italy (nothing like pizza in N.A.) Photo was C32, shrimp, egg, tomatoes, and rice.

Everything tastes great. The edamame appetizer was superb and complemented the chicken meat rice very well. We had the bbq duck, beef noodles in soup and seafood chowmein. The service is quick. They have an efficient way of operating with a no contact service mode.

Very disappointing. Food was OK. But absolutely no amenities. So why invite walk ins to sit down and eat. At least provide the level of service you would expect in a Mall Food Court. Plus the temperature inside the restaurant was about 85 degrees F.

A GEM. Run don't walk here. They should raise their prices, the quality is amazing. I have been craving good ramen for months, and this is much better. Big chunks of delicious tender beef. I ordered the cut noodle and added pickled veggies; as good as my favourites in Taiwan.

I’ve honestly never had anything like this before, all I can say is wow. I ordered the beef brisket Ramen, The flavours are out of this world and the beef is so tender. The portion sizes are huge as well, it is almost like a takeout restaurant but you can dine in which I really liked, it was fast and efficient.

Self-service restaurant. Authentic Chinese food. Recommended!

All the reviews on google for this place are accurate. It might throw new people off because it is not clear that there is no table service. If you aren't used to this style of restaurant it can be awkward and frustrating. You need to go to the front and grab an menu, then ring the bell when you're ready for your order. The food is extremely good, fresh and reasonably priced. It is very authentic, definitely not an American-chinese style restaurant. The beer brisket soup was amazing, wife had it. I'm a little more adventurous and had the tripe stirfry. It was amazing. We enjoyed our meal so much we ordered 2 more meals and 2 more apps to go. The (owner?) Even suggested one item wasn't recommended for take away, and suggested something that traveled better. Definitely will go again.

Awesome beef noodle! Much better than the ones found in GTA in my opinion. Due to staff shortage dine-in experience is like eating at a fast food restaurant but the food quality is unmatched.

Found this place based on all the great reviews and it didn't disappoint. We got the green onion pancakes and the beef brisket ramen for takeout. Great portion sizes and very yummy food!

Affordable and really good noodles soup! We've tried the onion pancakes and beef brisket with flat noodles and they're a must try. Lots of serving too!

C3 Brisket beef soup was 5*, A2 onion pancakes must be eaten right away while hot, A28 peanuts in vinegar were a bit over powered by the balsamic vinegar, I enjoyed them my girlfriend did not, maybe an apple cider vinegar would work better. We ordered the C22 Singapore Vermicelli & it had no spice to it at all, maybe we were given C21 by mistake. We were so full from the soup & onion pancakes, that we ate the Vermicelli the next day for lunch after adding some hot pepper oil to the dish. Next time I want to try the fried rice that got good reviews from others. The menu is huge, so look it up online before going! I would return to try another soup! Prices are not bad for quantity you get. We got dinner for two & lunch the next day for $32.

The best noodles I've had in the city. I'm no expert on noodle dishes but I tried this place out of curiosity and I am definitely coming back. I ordered C8. Beef brisket with sliced noodles and God damn do they give you a lot. I got halfway through before I couldn't eat anymore (even though I really wanted to eat more). I definitely would reccomend this place.
