I have worked in the 80 King Street building for a while now and I've been warned by co-workers not to go eat at the Hub. I was really hungry and didn't have a lot of time so today I decided to try it. The sandwich I ordered was burned, with barely anything on it and not worth the price. Every single staff member miserable to be there and acted as though I was bothering them by ordering. I won't be coming back, with so many options downtown I can go somewhere I will receive better food and service. I know this review will just be removed, as your company is known to remove all negative reviews however I thought I would still attempt to put in my 2 cents.

Got accused today of ordering a tea when I ordered a coffee. The server argued with me about this. I guess with The Hub getting busier, my business isn't required here anymore

Fantastic service and staff. 3D Turkey Club is the best sandwich! Occasionally I'll mix it up with a daily special. :)

Watch for overcharges... many times they try to charge for separate toppings Or sides when they should by includes. Sketchy indeed!

Love this place! The staff are awesome and learned my name after only a few visits - now I’m a regular because although there’s other options nearby, they always knock it out of the park. Try the egg salad! 10/10!

I eat at The Hub often. The employees are always very kind, polite and efficient, and the very few times there was an issue with something delayed or the website being a bit finicky, they are always quick to rectify the situation. All in all, great food and great people.

What an amazing team that strives to bring that small town feel to a business. Everyone knows your name and is excited to see you. I even had one employee run to the cash to take my order even though it was the end of her shift. It made my day! Kudos to a great team and great owners! Also good is great! My go to on the menu is the Chicken Finger wrap and their sweet potato fries! You can’t beat the price!

The breakfast is good. But be careful to ask for no salt and no potato seasoning. I always found the potato seasoning takes me out of the experience of breakfast. You also get a LOT. The bacon is not too crispy. Eggs are always good. Toast is thick and buttery. Coffee is hot and fresh. And they have monster cookies (m&m cookies)! YUM!! Staff is friendly. I dont kno who puts the smile on my styrofoam box but thank you.
