In all my 10 years experience with subway restaurants, I've never felt so disappointed and discriminated against as this one made me feel . A white couple just cashed out after receiving their food, im up next, just me and a friend in the store. I was told I had to pay first! That's not how it works madam, but its ok, I will respectfully refrain from entering your store again. God bless!

I walked into the subway, was told it'll be a few mins because of delivery. TELL ME WHY YOU WOULD START A 8 SUB DELIVERY WHEN THE UBER DRIVER ARRIVES AND PROCEED TO TELL ME ITLL BE A FEW MINS. 10-15 IS NOT AFEW THATS A WHOLE BREAK! I DONT CARE IF YOUR BUSY TELL ME IT WILL BE SOME TIME NOT FEW MINS WASTE MY WHOLE BREAK DIDNT EVEN EAT. I WILL BE CONTACTING HEAD OFFICE.

New staff. Hours aren't up to date and don't match what's on the door or online (opening and close). The store is filled with fruit flies and the person making subs had their mask not covering their nose. I don't think it's safe to go to this location right now.

Service was great. Your decision first tip option is grossly offside. It's a sub. An expensive one at that. Making people pay 14 dollars for a sub and then asking for a tip is not cool. Made the whole experience uncomfortable and awkward.

This place open until 11pm I got there at 10:57pm and the door was LOCKED. If you post hours on the internet stick to them. I am ashamed at this location and will never ever attend again. I will go to others since I enjoy the subs. The guy answered the door locked at the business at 10:58 pm and said they are closed and who knows when the door was locked. I will never recommend this faulty location to anyone at all. Wants to get out fast probably because his GF waiting in place for him. I just received coupons in the mail and trashed them for first time in five years. Open until 11pm and worker answer the locked door at 10:58pm and say they are closed, shady location. Lock the door at 11pm and if serving a customer finish serving the customer and let them out.

The beyond meatball sub is delicious!! I've always loved Subway's marinara sauce, so it's really awesome to see a plant-based option to enjoy it with. Decent amount of toppings and they add extra for free. The coupons make it beyond worth it too ;)

Just in to grab 2 subs and the woman at the counter was just Great! Made it with skill and friendly conversation. Thank you, they were so good. 100% will be back.

Order number: 71B423D9-D2 We recieved our order not only wrong, but missing toppings aswell. We ordered two subs and they mixed up the bread types, which luckily i am not gluten-free cause that could have made me ill! A few select toppings and sauce missing from one of the subs entirely with no explanation to why its missing. Ordered both subs grilled/baked, neither were. Don't waste your money at this location

The service was super fast. My foot long Meatball sub was very good.

I have always gone to this particular Subway store,and the subs are great! I would give more stars but the App was not working properly so I lost out on deals 3 times in a week!

I ordered through door dash. Worst sub I've ever had. The bun wasn't even baked completely. It was mushy and doughy. Absolutely Disgusting. I can't believe you'd serve that to anyone.if I could give you zero stars I would.

IT’s THE PRINCIPLE OF THE THING. I ordered a sandwich through SKIP as I currently have an illness that has affected my mobility. I also ordered a bag of chips and 2 cookies. When the order arrived I immediately noticed that the chips were missing. I called the Subway store and left a message. That was about 3 1/2 hours ago, but I haven’t received a return call. The sandwich was great, but the cookies were hard, as if they were cooked two days before. Not impressed. A return phone call would have meant so such.

I ordered veggie sub first they send wrong order then I ordered again even they send me same sub which one they make before has too much salt pepper. So disappointed. I will never order again at this place

Take your small 12" sub abd shove it up your you know what, overpriced under sized shait, go under already

Great subs and very clean restaurant. More staff needed during busy times. I saw the staff have to turn down an 8 sub order from the Ice Dogs due to being busy and ran out of bread.

Most unreliable subway. Are always out of Italian herb and cheese bread. Then the one time they had it I proceeded to order. Once the sub was toasted they told me that they were out of certain toppings now. I Would not have ordered the sub if I knew that. Need to be more prepared.

Downtown subway offers lots of choices in hot and cold sandwichs. Good customer service, lots of choices and fast turned around.

Theyre closed on the weekend and you have to park really far and walk in which is fine IF they were open!!! Would be nice to have hours online or even on their phone message as I did try and call ahead

Staff is always really friendly at this location and they do a great job keeping things clean and sanitized!
