This is a classic sub place. The thing to note is how fresh everything is. If you want an old school sub, go here; you will especially love the buns.

Just stopped at Submission for the first time. Excellent service, fresh subs and despite being cash only the ATM is less than a dollar to use. My only suggestion is for a fresh look for the interior to support the fantastic food being served. I admit it, I can be hard to please so well done guys. Shayla,

Ordered an assorted with double meat and double cheese. Massive sub, super fresh and great flavor. The sub sauce was perfect. Definitely recommend and am coming back!

Had their chicken Ceasar wrap it was great. Then tried there hot Friday special which is roast beef . Man outstanding plenty of beef they are not shy like subway of giving better portions. And now just ordered meatball sub and it is home cooked the meatball taste great and perfect sauce ratio. The prices are way better than any sub shop so far. Down fall is you must carry cash but don't let that discourage your taste buds

I love supporting local businesses and found this little gem while Googling for sub places (my son was craving one today). So from the moment we stepped my husband and I were warmly greeted and our order was quickly taken. We bought an Assorted and Turkey and everything looked and tasted fresh. Their homemade sub sauce was the best, we'll definitely return!

My brother ordered and shared a sub. Not sure what kind. It wasn't expensive so keep that in mind you get what you pay for. I'm sure a customized sub would have been better. What I had was a nice large bun lettuce, tomato, a little cheese and ham? Some sliced meat. It wasn't very filling. It dripped a lot of sauce. It would have been better with less sauce and more meat and cheese but I understand cost. Perhaps a smaller bun? I get more value from an Antipastos sub. But it did taste good and it was fresh.

Just had an assorted sub from submission subs. Walked in and the ladies were busy making sub orders for local schools. Didn't make me wait, made my order right away and it was outstanding. Fresh bread, well made, lots of toppings. Just found my new favorite sub shop. Happy I bought the two sib deal, can't wait to eat the other one!

Amazing subs, but the price increases are insane.. 50% price increase over night? I hope they reconsider the prices, I don’t know how often I’ll get subs from here now..

Very fresh and always prepared exactly how we ask. Never been disappointed, and staff is always friendly. Submission’s family deal for four subs is amazing to feed the family.

I tried their chicken caesar wrap. Pretty standard, homestyle. Priced very fairly. 2 people can get a decent meal here for cheap. I would go back.

I’ve been going to submission subs for over three years now- even before their new location! This is the best meatball sub in town. They order their bread fresh daily and it’s what makes the sub THAT much better. They have a loyalty punch card program, which I recommend signing up for so you can earn a free sub, and I’ve gone through 4 of them. Amazing fresh cold cut subs too but the meat ball is just fantastic!

Ordered three times…first two times food was good and delivered on time. The third time I ordered and was told would be out as soon possible. I had to call back two more times when two hours passed and my food didn’t arrive. I was simply told it has been a busy day. By the last phone call the delivery company was blamed for the extreme delay. I then find out when they arrived 2.5hrs after my order was placed that they literally just picked up the order 10mins prior. I assume the order had been forgotten to be made or forgot to call for company to pick it up. Requested a call back from owner and never received it. Customer service is key, will never order again.

Ordered veggie subs from here last week, wasn't sure what to expect but took a chance on their AMAZING name when I drove by. Subs were a proper 12", filled to the brim. If you are a fan of that old school sub sauce and bread (think 1970s subs) then this will blow your mind. Thank you, will order again!

Always love going to their shops ! We have been going since they first opened on Pelham rd, just a minute from our house ! :) And we kept going due to how fresh and delicious their subs always are and for a great price.. I particularly love their bread, its fresh every single day!! But the absolutle BEST part is just how KIND the owners and staff are.. We havent seen the owners in quite a while due to them opening a new second location here in the city, and we miss them!! But we are so proud of them that they are doing so well, they truly deserve it. This is a family business. Employees are super nice and professional. The subs are perfect portions and the price is awesome! Much tastier than other subs and literally half the price. The delivery was super fast and professional! Will buy from here again for sure!

Wish I could give a review on their subs, but since they only accept cash (always a questionable business practice in my eyes) and their bank machine was down I guess I'll have to use my imagination on weather their subs are good or not.

Love this place! Get so much for your buck and the subs are so fresh and delicious. Ever since we found this place we go here instead of Subway. Definitely a family favourite!! UPDATE (September 2022) As much as our family loves this sub place I had to lower my rating. It used to be just over $20 for 4 subs and 4 pops which was amazing. I could feed my large family for under $50. We have been regulars for years until some emergencies came up recently. Because of that it's been about 4-6 months since I ordered and today at pickup I discovered that it's now $38 for the exact same deal. Instead of being under $50 to feed my family it now coat me nearly $100 with tip. That is just insane to me. So, as delicious as these subs are, my family shall now stick to purchasing fresh cut meat and buns from Antipastos or another bakery and we'll make them ourselves. It'll be much cheaper!! Sorry Submissions. It's really too bad because like I said, we were regulars here!

Today I was running late for work and forgot to pack a lunch so I stopped in here nervous I might not make it in time but saw no cars in the parking lot so I thought I’d give it a try ! As I Went in and was greeted immediately which was super welcoming and the sub I ordered was made super fast! Just had it on my break now and oh my god was it ever fresh and tasty! The best sub I have ever had in my entire life! Will be a new regular as I live close by! Super fast super tasty and great price !!

Need to fix your atm, or need a debit machine. It's a huge inconvenience that I gotta be carrying cash, went there a few times and just left after a 10 hour day from work nobody wants to make double trips. Other than that, the people that work there are friendly, and subs are always fresh, good prices as well
