one
of
the
best
dining
experiences
we
have
enjoyed
in
a
long
time.
If
I
could
give
them
10
stars
in
every
category,
I
sincerely
would.
Or
even
better
yet,
can
somebody
notify
the
folks
at
the
Michelin
Guide,
and
inform
them
that
this
treasure
of
a
restaurant
deserves
a
star
or
two?
Our
dinner
at
Restaurant
Pearl
Morisette
was
one
of
the
most
sublime
dining
experiences,
which
we
were
ever
part
of.
Our
senses
were
not
prepared
at
the
gastronomic
onslaught,
which
was
presented
to
us
all
throughout
our
meal.
The
tasting
menu
consisted
of
around
ten
“smaller"
plates/portions
(those
who
have
dined
under
“tasting
menus"
at
other
establishments,
are
familiar
with
this
concept),
and
every
single
offering
was
perfectly
prepared
and
presented.
I
accompanied
my
meal
with
their
wine
pairings,
and
both
were
magically
matched.
I
do
not
recall
the
names
of
the
dishes,
which
is
not
even
all
that
important,
as
their
menu
changes
rather
frequently,
and
I
am
certain
it
is
already
different
from
what
we
were
presented
with.
Abandon
all
expectations
of
what
you
are
used
to,
and
do
yourself
a
favor
(perhaps
when
you
wish
to
celebrate
a
special
milestone
or
achievement)
…
and
be
ready
to
be
amazed
by
visiting
one
of
the
best
restaurants
in
Canada.
We
drove
down
from
Waterloo
just
to
experience
RPM,
and
we
would
gladly
do
it
all
over
again.
Bravo,
RPM
…
Bravo.
PS.
Save
a
little
room
for
their
sourdough
bread.
It
is
baked
daily
at
their
sister
establishment
"RPM
Bakehouse",
and
from
the
taste,
flavour,
and
quality
of
the
bread
(and
their
to-die-for
butter),
you
would
think
that
they
have
angels
baking
their
bread.
We
didn't
have
time
to
visit
the
Bakehouse,
but
we
will
next
time
we're
near
Jordan,
and
we'll
grab
a
loaf
or
two.
