Website is inaccurate. We called to book and were told they had decided to close for the end of August until kids go back to school, which is fine - but then we were told they have decided to just not offer the package we were calling about even though it's highlighted on their site. Kind of a let down. Edit to respond: Was just stating what we were told on the phone, using the exact phrasing that was used. We were told you had decided to remain close through the end of August until school resumed. The price discrepancy obviously doesn't matter since you're not open - was simply letting others know the website is inaccurate. Which you admit... it is. I'm aware you're by appointment only - we were calling to book an appointment... obviously. Kind of strange to respond to criticism with such a snarky attitude. We took our business else where regardless, and now I'm glad we did - we had a wonderful time at a much more professionally run facility.

Such a great place for your private party, so much fun for the kids and parents too! Roger is an awesome host, we always look forward to coming back! The food is great, lots of arcade games, and the kids have a great safe space to be kids!

Amazing place to have a party and not a great cost. When you factor in how much it cost to have a party at home it's a lot more than you think, decorations, loot bags, cake, to accept dress adds up quick plus a lot of times it's 22 week in the party perfect for your little one. Jungle Jim's you don't worry about one simple thing you can enjoy your child's birthday. I did the first time ever I got to sit back and watch my kids play. It was such a relaxing day I would suggest it to anyone.

We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday here and were so impressed with the facility and the owner Jim who was a great host. The facility is spacious, clean and the kids had a blast on the jungle gym. The food was great and the kids loved picking out their goody bags before leaving. Thanks Jim

The owner is rude and unprofessional. I called to ask when their next availability is for private play time and then he responds with “I need to discuss with my wife first and see what the kids are doing then I can let you know if there’s any availability” like what kind of business does that? I have never heard of any business doing that. And then he started being nosey asking what exactly was I trying to do. So I told him I was taking my kids out for the day because it’s my sons birthday and then he was like “well the birthday packages cost more than the play time so if you plan on coming for a birthday and bringing your own cake, that’s NOT what this is for” and he was giving me attitude while saying it and was pretty much just assuming that I’m poor and can’t afford to pay for the birthday package for my child when in reality I was willing to spend almost $100 just for my 3 children to play around for a couple of hours just to make my sons birthday special. And the funny thing is, I was originally planning on having a birthday party here this year and paying for the birthday package but I wasn’t able to because of extended family’s availability. I definitely do not recommend this place due to the poor customer service skills and I will be spending my money elsewhere. Even if I have to drive 2 hours away

Wonderful service, kids had alot of fun, very accommodating. Owner is friendly and super nice. Great place for birthday party's. Price is great, food was great for the kids. Very happy to have found this place

My two daughters attended a birthday party here and I was very impressed! There was such an attention to detail: from placing a piece of tape on the netting so kids having trouble would know where to place their foot, to a stocked beverage fridge and a bell to ring to call the kids down from the playground…excellent! The manager was very kind and in tune with what the needs were. Food was great and the kids all left very happy!

The person in charge went out of his way to serve us coffee and make us feel welcome. Great customer service. Children had lots if fun! I really enjoyed it. 5 star rating!

My friend held a birthday party for his kid. Amazing place. The place was great. The guy who runs it is extremely caring about safety. Food was surprisingly good. Has a fridge full of beverages always being refilled and makes coffee for you if needed. Every child there left with a big smile and great memories.

We attended an event here last night. Alexandro (sp) was a young gentleman who was on point with everything! The place was clean, and not a detail missed. Didn't even know this place existed before and am sad that my kids are post the age of these type of parties. Amazing experience! If you have little kids it's a must do!

My children, husband and I attended a birthday party here today and we all had a wonderful time. The facility is cozy and fun and everything that little kids would want. They went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter’s gluten sensitivity. They couldn’t have been more caring + on the ball about children’s sensitivities / allergies. The kids even got to choose what was in their loot bags which they loved!! Overall an amazing experience!

Had a classroom playdate yesterday at Jungle Jim’s organized by a thoughtful parent that just wanted the children to have an opportunity to bond outside of school setting. What a fantastic evening this was! The facility is super duper clean, and the owners are absolutely amazing at accommodating children with all their needs included dietary. My son usually does not eat at parties due to dairy, and peanut allergy. I couldn’t believe it when the owner offered him a vegan pizza and join the group to eat. The party ended with party favours for all the kids. Just incredible service, professional and caring ! I highly recommend this place for any kids age 1 to 100 that wants to host a special gathering.

I just want to say that this place is awesome! We just had a birthday party here recently and both the owner Jim and facilitator Aless are very accomodating. The place is very clean, super friendly staff, great play place with arcade, clean bathroom, the kids really had fun.. good food and cake-- plus it is private so everyone felt comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this place, your kids and yourself will love it here! as a busy parent of two I really appreciate the convenience. We will do a party here again! Thank you Jungle Jim's Place! We had the best experience for our child's first birthday party with her friends. The host was amazingly helpful, generous and patient. I love that it's private and the kids get options. All around awesome!! Would definetly recommend and go again!

We are so happy with our experience at Jungle Jim's. So many of our guests mentioned how it was so great that it was a private function, and not also open play with other families (less to worry about with the kids). Roger went above and beyond with accommodating my guests and any allergies. He was wonderful to deal with. The kids loved that they could pick the contents of their loot bags- I think it was one of the biggest highlights for them. Having everything included for flat fees made it easy to know how much the party was going to cost with no hidden extras- it also made it so that we only had to show up with some candles and the guest of honour! Super easy. Highly recommend this location. Thank you again Roger!

Great place to have a party for your kiddos. I had my son's 5th birthday here and all the kids had a blast! Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We had the best time here. My son can't stop talking about how much fun he had. Birthday package included everything, and the service was friendly and professional. The play place was clean, the arcade games were a hit and all our guests enjoyed the food served. Thanks for a top notch time.

We just had my sons birthday party here and it was by far the best birthday party we have ever had. A huge perk for us was that you are renting out the entire space just for your party, so there is nobody else there other than the people you invited. It is clean and the staff are so friendly. We liked that there was a fridge full of drinks to help ourselves, Roger made us a pot of coffee which was such a nice touch, the kids loved choosing items out of the toy cupboards for their lootbags, and the arcade games were included- no tokens required! Not only did the kids have SO much fun, but the adults all had a great time as well (big comfy couches to sit while you keep an eye on the kiddos!). It is one of the cheapest birthday places around and great value for your money. Highly recommend, and will be returning for future parties. A bit tricky to find, but if you give your guests detailed instructions (drive into the office complex lot and then drive to the back left) then it's not an issue!

We had my son's birthday party here and it was a great place for he and his friends to play without the absolute chaos of other places like Zippy Zooms or Cheeky Monkeys. There was no interference from other people or children and the owner was fantastic with gathering information about the children and their orders for food. He also smoothly gathered their attention for transitioning them to come and eat food when it was prepared and dessert as well. It really took a lot of the stress away from the party for us.

I had my sons party here today. I was so worried about whether the kids would have fun and whether the adults would be happy. The children and adults were playing in the arcade there’s so many arcade options and the kids adored the jungle Jim. Even I loved it because I’m a kid at heart and love playing in those things. The big slide was like shooting out of a rocket. The jungle is unique from the zippy zooms and in my opinion more enjoyable. The big seller was the privacy and the freedom of letting your kids roam without feeling the need to follow them. The pick your own goodie bags idea is brilliant lots of options and the kids loved choosing their own toys. Roger (owner) and his wife provided excellent customer service and impeccable attention to detail. I hardly had to do a thing because they just had it all figured out. They’re so polite and negotiable... they really do just want you to enjoy your time here and it really shows. Everyone asked about prices because they enjoyed the party so much. So I see a rise in business for these beautiful folks in the near future. I am so pleased with their hard work I will definitely be coming back myself. Not only for birthdays but for playtime too. Thank you guys so much.

We recently had my son's 8th burthday party at Jungle Jim's and it was fantastic. The kids all had a lot of fun and it was well priced. The owner was lovely and all of the big details were taken care of, so all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves.

What an awesome spot for a kids party, small enough that you aren't worried about where the kids are. Also the all inclusive package for parties is worth every penny. Definitely made for a great few hours to burn off steam. Definitely recommend jungle Jim's !!!

We attended a birthday party recently, great little spot. Staff were great! They had a couple of out of commission arcade items that I’d cleared away would definitely open it up and give a bit more space. Overall I would say the kids had a great time!

My son attended a birthday party here this evening. He has an extreme egg allergy and usually I need to bring a meal and dessert for him to friends parties. Roger went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me with what foods could accommodate my son as well as an egg free dessert which he could have instead of the cake. For once, my son felt included amongst his peers. He is the only child in his grade who has an allergy and constantly feels out of place. When I arrived to pick him up from the party, my son had had a blast. Roger was very kind to my 2 year old who was with me to get big brother, and let him pick out a rubber duckie as a wee treat. Would recommend over and over. 10 stars. Thank you for keeping your customers first priority.

I unfortunately wasn’t able to come to the party I had booked due to covid related things but I have to say that this was the best Customer service I have ever seen. I believe the man I have talked to is named Roger and he is so pleasant to talk to and super understanding and patient. I had complications booking the party and he helped me through it 100% and took the initiative to make sure my party was booked. He also was super understanding when I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation. We will definitely be booking our sons party through them when we get the chance too.

I had my son's 7th birthday here this past weekend. The place is amazing and the kids had so much fun. It's very clean and organized in there as well. They take care of everything for you and the kids. I really like how at the end the kids had the chance to chose their own goodies for their goodie bags! It was a nice touch. I can tell they really loved that. The staff is great there as well. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely excellent for a kids birthday party. You can see everything that is going on, enough to keep everyone happy and the private booking means you are never worried about different age groups playing harder than you are comfortable with. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be planning here again.

What a hidden gem with absolutely amazing staff!!! My daughter has many dietary restrictions and the staff went way above and beyond so that she could enjoy the party just like every other child. A big thanks, and well be sure to come again.

A private party atmosphere, without private party prices. Jim and his staff made my daughter's 5th birthday party special. Planning process was simple, organised and fulsome. Kids get to choose food and loot bags and lots of varied activities. Classic 1980's videogame arcades (no costs) for the Dads. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

Took my daughter here for her friend's birthday party. Amazing service, it's nice as it's private so the party we were at, was the only party. They served food, drinks and cake. A+

We held a party here in December and my family enjoyed it so much that they booked their son's birthday too. He made our cousin's 3rd birthday go as smoothly as he did ours. His attention to us is something that can't be taught and he is genuinely great to work with. He consistently asked parents about getting them coffee, put popcorn out for everyone to enjoy, and was extremely helpful when my son puked on me (he cleaned the back of my coat with a paper towel). I can't say enough about how awesome hosting a party here is.

This is a great concept and kids have a lot of fun picking out their goody bag items at the end of the party. Very tasty menu option as well. However if the kid is 7 and up you might have to plan additional activities like bringing a karaoke machine, hiring a face painter or a magician to make..the birthday party interesting 🥳

Took our youngest daughter to a birthday party at Jungle Jim's, and it was fantastic! The staff were super friendly, they accomodated our gluten intolerance, and the equipment was clean and very well maintained! The kids all had a blast and we will definitely return. Keep up the good work!!

An easy option for a young one's birthday party. Really makes it simple. The play area is great but the kids loved the arcade and games area too. Just being able to have meal options for each kid was awesome. The employee was very kind and helpful. I think they were the owner because of how much effort they put into making it a good time for every kid. Definitely recommend it!

The man that served the party was super friendly and easy going.. so accommodating and welcoming. Unfortunately there was a game out of order and the sensory room/toddler spot was emptied out.

Great atmosphere. We rented the entire place!! My daughter and her friends loved it. Roger was amazing and took care of all the little details, so we could just enjoy watching the little kiddoes play their little hearts out! We definitely be booking there again!!!

My son just had his 6th birthday party here and it was great. Everything was looked after from the cake to loot bags. The playground and games kept the kids entertained the whole time. Great value too. Jungle Jim was so accomodating with the meal options. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience, absolutely over the moon with our time here. We held my son's first real "friends birthday party" here this evening. We went with the highest package, which provides for the parents as well as the kids. It was well worth every penny. My son and his friends went nuts and had a great time. I'm happy to have allowed my fellow parents a great night's sleep for their kids. 100% would host a party here again.

We just had my sons 7th birthday party here and I have to say, the second we walked through that door I knew it was going to be amazing. The staff was out of this world, they made sure not just the kids but us adults had drinks and food and made sure we were comfortable.
