Great to be able to go monthly. They have a new set up. Handing out groceries monthly, instead of every other month. Option of shopping or getting food handed out at the window.

I was just there today to pick up my order of clothing and just before that last month I was there for food they're extremely very nice polite staff and yes because of this COVID -19 groceries are prepackaged which is fine by me I bring my own bags to put their bags in cause it's easier for me to get it home I don't drive I have to depend on the city buses or walk and clothing every 2 months you put your order in and wait for a call that your order is ready for pickup which is still fine with me again staff there are extremely polite and I've had absolutely no problem with the staff.

I spoke on the phone with Ethien (sorry if I didn't spell it right) I was there today and the lady on the window denied food help for my senior parents. Ethien was so listening and wanting to help after listening and made a note for my case. My parents speak little English yet. Today the lady on the window service was rude and lack soft people skills. I think community service is about serving and caring but this lady is completely opposite. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, no need to assume people want to abuse the system but they really reach out when in need.

Unless you enjoy getting hung up on and treated like you are the last person on earth they wanna speak to,, use another service. Secondly, the amount of actual food given to a single person household supposed to assist one for the month is almost laughable if eating wasn't such a dire issue for folks.

Love them they help out people threw the year with food and clothes plus every winter they have Christmas vouchers to help with low income families if it wasent for them many times people would go hungry and they also help with back to school backpacks filled with school supplies

Great service, friendly people. Just remember to take a number ticket at the entrance, or you will have an even longer wait. Every 2 months from when you first go, you can pick up some free clothes. It's very organized. Lots of help. You just need to be patient. 🙂

Went to pick up extras , asked if they could give my son a small snack … Cooper the guy working in the trailer was very rude and stopped his coworker from grabbing a snack and told us to leave. Wish they have nicer people helping people in these hard times

Connie Anderson is the true definition of a beautiful soul. Working at community care is beyond a job for her, she goes above and beyond to make people feel alive during these trying times. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance, she is a Jill of all trades and a top notch employee. Grateful to have cross paths with her, the world needs more Connie’s.

Shout Out To Connie, what an amazing person, I was at my wits end and didn't know what to do, I recently started a new job and was in arrears for my Electric, I got called saying it was going to be disconnected, I was so stressed I didn't know what to do, but thank god for Programs/Services and An Amazing Woman !
