Food was hot, made correctly, and came out quickly. The service was exceptional; Mary in the drive through was very nice, and her infectious personality really makes the quick visit that much better. You can tell she really enjoys her job and interacting with customers.

This Wendy's is absolutely brutal when it comes to getting a drive thru order right. They have literally forgotten something the last 6 out if 10 times and twice out of that 10 times they put wrong item in order. Multiple times we made it home before we realize the mistake. This is my closest Wendy's, as the reason I keep going back. Never had a food problem just always drive thru issues. The other reason for two stars is the couple regular ladies are always polite.

The fourth Ave location isn’t the best if your wanting wendys, everyone looks stressed and over worked, probably under paid for what their doing. Our fries were room temp and tasted VERY stale…. My burger looked like someone stepped on it. I also didn’t know they close at 9 cause their hours posted on the door says 11 and online says 11…. Maybe it’s 11 for drive thru and 9 for dinning but it should be specified clearly online and at the location on their front door for both dining and drive thru hours.

I rarely grab take-out. Today I drove through to get a quick burger and the woman at the drive through window was an angel. She was so kind and pleasant, smiling huge like this was her ministry and wishing me a beautiful day. I called later and found out her name was Mary. Please tell her she is a gift. She literally changed the perspective of my day. I would have hugged her if I could. Mary deserves special recognition and a raise. ❤️

Drive-thru was quick and friendly. Chicken asiago burger was excellent. Fry's weren't fresh. They were cool and limp.

This was the classic chicken patty I was served. Obviously stale, beyond edible stale. The chicken has began to turn transparent. I’m now eating 2 buns, bacon, pickles and cheese. How yummy. Never eat here, this will be going to the Public Health department.

Fries were not hot, even though Wendy's advertises now that they fries are always hot! I got your promotional free coffee with milk and sugar, and there was barely any milk and sugar in it!

It's good but nothing special, it's Wendys so it's not going to be amazing food but I good for a quick bite. Restaurant is clean and staff are atleast friendly for the most part.

In a world of all day breakfast, this place stops at 10am. I might never get to try this breakfast baconator. So if you want breakfast at Wendy's, eat first and then run errands.

The people working there are so sweet. I came in pretty late after work and had to walk over to this wendys. I don't have a car, but at the time they were drive thru only, no inside. I didn't know that they closed the inside dining area after 9, but I still wanted to order. I walked up to the window and was greeted by who i later found out was a new manager. I asked if I could order and was told no because of safety reasons. I get it, I worked in fast food and it's literally just safety protocol. I just was a bit upset, I mean I don't have a car, but I can't order? I ended up placing a mobile order through the wendys app and walked around back to the window after 5 minutes just to see if I could pick it up. I apologize as I ended up scaring the young lady who was also working, but she greeted me in a pleasant way. I asked if it was okay to order despite not having a car, and she told me it was still okay. I let her know what I was told previously and she reassured me it was fine. I let her know that I had placed a mobile order and she said it would be ready soon, and to wait outside the front door. Side note, if anyone else plans to do the same as me, place a mobile order!! It is a lot easier for them (because they don't have to worry about you standing there for a while and possibly getting hit by a car!). After a few minutes, she gave me my food and was super kind the entire time. I commend the two who handled my super huge order and the hassle I gave them. I don't know their names, but I give my kudos and adoration to the Wendy's team here, excellent job every time I've been there. Food was amazing, definitely would come back.

Seems like all the fast food places in this intersection all have horrible staff at night specially. Rude, racist and disrespectful workers. The managers and owners of these stores must be even worse. Save your headaches and drive elsewhere in the city. Zero stars is more appropriate.

Good breakfast a lot better than Tim Hortons,(expensive and misserable portions) I ordered breakfast sandwich with sausage. the portion is decent and tasty, the wedges delicious at the end felt very satisfied

Used drive through. They screwed up the dipping sauce for the chicken strips. Had to wait for the strips to be cooked. Fries were cold. You need to do better.

This location is the best Friendliest staff Always quick and when you wait they normally supplement you with something for your time If they have a shortage on your order they normally supplement it with something better They are truly good workers here My favorite location in niagara

I frequently go to this place. I go there for their Pop Coca-Cola Machine with more than 100 different flavors of beverages. Very refreshing. The owner or manager is very good person. 👍

Great service and food. Very wheelchair / disability accessible. Someone in our group was on a knee scooter due to a broken ankle and was able to get around easily.

Service was ar drive thru, should have known fries would be cold by how quick they filled the order. Always makes me feel like they are doing then a favor by taking my order.

The way the manager/supervisor spoke to the employees today was shocking. I felt uncomfortable for the staff. This is definitely a toxic work environment.

I was helped by a very hard working staff member at the busiest time of the evening; the drive thru was packed. They took no less than 1 minute to help me at the counter, and even apologized for needing to go wash their hands prior to serving me and additionally discounted my meal. I didn’t catch their name but attached some pictures.

I have been able to enjoy the hamburgers from different places and where I have been able to be more comfortable has been here, I usually eat too much and the Dave`s triple combo exceeded my expectations, generally when I order the triple combo from other stores I usually leave wanting more

My husband and I ordered 2 chocolate frosty-ccino's and they literally tasted like black coffee with ice. It wasn't creamy at all like pictures they advertise. It tasted horrible. I called spoke with the manager. She said she's the one that made it and she made it the way she was told to. She offered to replace only one of them even tho we poured both down the drain. Total waste of money. I don't recommend going to this location because they don't care when a customer isn't happy. Next time I'll go to timmys instead and get a creamy chill or ice coffee.

I went through their drive thru today about 12 noon. Wow. I just have to say that all the drive thru staff were very friendly, efficient and had a great attitude! I appreciated that it made my day! My food was served nice and fresh. THAT is so important to the customer because you know what? I'll gladly be back! Great!

I have experienced exceptional customer service at this location regardless of the time of day. The burgers are always fresh and tasty. This is the only place I purchase burgers. Dave's Singles are exceptional, Customer service reps. are pleasant and courteous.

The lady who often works the drive thru at lunchtime with the dark hair and raspy voice is such an awesome person! She is always so kind, efficient and just fabulous at her job. She may be a manager?! She’s wonderful and since I work nearby I’ve been going probably once a week for quite some time and she is consistent! Food is always good and hot. Great location and the friendliness is so appreciated!

Food was great as usual. Staff were very on top of everything. I noticed 3 young men come in after we were seated and eating our food. As is the practice, the cashier asked if they were eating in or taking it out. They replied, "take out". As each of them received their bag, they proceeded to take a seat at a table to eat their food. Almost immediately, the cashier grabbed the binder where they record your name and phone number, and walked up to their table. She advised that they told her they were take out orders and if they wanted to eat in, they would have to show proof of vaccination and supply their names and phone numbers. They suddenly jumped up and walked out the door. It made me feel secure that the staff were taking the vaccine protocols seriously!! Thanks Wendy's staff!!

I went to this location tonight and ordered a Dave’s single with no meat patty and a full size Caesar salad with no meat (no chicken, no bacon) I got home and my salad was full of bacon. I wouldn’t have been that upset but the girl at the window was a little snotty and I assumed she wasn’t listening. We called and I decided I would go back for a new order. The salad came fine but they also remade the burger as the one I had had now been sitting at home. I literally unwrapped a bun with a piece of cheese on it ...... that’s it. So needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location.

Always fast and accurate, good prices and large drinks as well, the small menu items are all more than worth it
