Called and ordered a pizza for pickup. VERY limited toppings; oh well, I figure the place has decent reviews so I don't care as long as the pizza is good. At the bar, I'm told that the debit/credit machine isn't working and they'll only accept cash. Why didn't you tell me that on the phone???? I said I didn't have cash, but "luckily" there's an ATM in house. I ended up paying the surcharge to get cash to pay for my pizza. Bartender couldn't care less. The pizza itself was some of the worst quality in St.Catharines; namely the canned mushrooms. I picked them off, but the whole thing just had this weird taste/texture to it. Not sure why this place has such a high rating - probably for the bar???

My son and I tried this pizza for the first time a few weeks ago and we both looked at each other and said "well found any pizza place". I will never go to another pizza place again the crust was just perfect everything was perfect there are polite on the phone when taking our order going in to get her order was not a problem. Just try it I promise you'll love it. We sure did and do.

We've been looking for that different pizza... This was definitely it... It was amazing! The first bite you realize it's like a homemade pizza dough but better. Each bite this pizza gets better and better. The next day the microwave pizza was still just as delicious as fresh. This is now one of my favorite pizza joints in the area. Finally I've found what I've been look for... The wings were great to but the pizza is to die for.

Best pizza and wings in town! Also the owner Tony cooks from the heart so all the food is amazing and the staff is friendly and service is quick. Overall a great place to go relax

The pizza is good. They just got new wings. Less per pound but worth the price! Hard to find good meaty wings anywhere now a days.

Sandy(owner) made my moms bridal shower perfect!! Her food is amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my guests had a great day. Delicious pierogi panzarotti and wings!!! Bartender Sanda did an amazing job as well. Highly recommend visiting!!!

Stopped in for lunch Sunday, had chicken wings and mozzarella sticks. Excellent. I must say it is difficult to find good wings these days, but I did at Westside. The service is wonderful and friendly. Stop by and find out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.❤️🌷

So I was coming home from work and my mom let me know she ordered west side pizza. I was excited to get home and eat from my favourite pizza place since I was super hungry after a long shift. West side pizza has never disappointed me and I’ve always enjoyed the pizza from there until today… I come home hungry ready for some good pizza just for my mom to tell me it’s burnt and gross. I go to check it out myself and I can barley even bite into this pizza- it’s like cardboard. I don’t know who in the right mind would sell this pizza- especially for the price… $22 for a burnt medium pizza which didn’t even come with the usually celery and carrots? No thank you. I’m very disappointed this time- the least they could have done is called and notified us that the pizza is burnt and made another one instead of inconsiderately giving a burnt cardboard pizza.

The wings were awesome! I had hot and my friend had suicide, both were awesome and tasty. Pizza looked pretty awesome too but I didn't get a chance to try it. The bartender (Janet?) was really funny and took good care of us. Will definitely be back.
