My husband loves their pizza so I gave it a try. Very delicious. I ordered the Butter Chicken and Pineapple. Yummy 😄😄

First time ordering and im impressed with the wings and only thing I'd like better is a crisper bottom of the pizza. Shae has the best personality over the phone. Definitely going to order again.

Decided to take advantage of the 6.95 deal that is being marketed so heavily right now. The pasta has raw onions in it and is heavily doused with Italian seasoning on top. Service staff barely spoke English and had to repeat themselves multiple times to be understood.

I paid $55 (incl tip) for two medium pepperoni pizzas and 12 wings.(honey garlic and hot) The wings were bland and not crispy at all, however they were pretty decently sized. The pizza was soft, which really freaked me out. The toppings were dark so I wasn’t expecting a soft and pale bottom. The crust felt like I was eating plastic, and I am a huge fan of sesame seeds so I thought I was going to love them. I did not. The sauce was where I made my determination that I could never order from here again. I kept getting notes of Chinese spice mix (5 or 13 I’m not sure), I love Chinese cuisine more than Italian and I generally love the flavours used in this pizza, but mixed with the standard tomato sauce they used, it was off putting. Eating this pizza felt like I was at a global cuisine buffet and all the food on my plate melded together to make something unappetizing. The flavour was akin to the feeling of juice spilling on your toast at breakfast and it becoming soggy and your parents still forcing you to eat it. It would make more sense to have specialty pizzas with different flavoured sauces rather than using this version of sauce for just basic pepperoni pizza, or just change this sauce to something that tastes good, I’m traumatized.

I can only give 4 stars on the food quality & the crust & sauce & toppings for the vegetarian pizza were great. For the pepperoni I ordered chorizo sausage as an extra topping but was given Red Swan’s take on chorizo which is likely Italian sausage that is dipped in Tandoori spices then put into a pizza oven to dry & stick to the sausage. It does taste good but it is 100% NOT anything like CHORIZO SAUSAGE. Do not try to fool your customers by doing this as it’s simple dishonest & deceptive OK 👎😳🤬. I will order from Red Swan again but I trust you won’t attempt to give me this product again. In fact you should take chorizo off your list of toppings until you actually have proper CHORIZO SAUSAGE in stock to offer your customers OK…Smarten UP !!!!!

This is good pizza. Someone told me this was the best pizza in St. Catharines, but it isn't. That doesn't mean you shouldn't try it out though. The pizza was really good, the menu for toppings/configurations of pizza is deep, and really what I think sets this place a part are the deals. I found that the deals being offered here for the quality of food are what make it shine and what will bring me back. Sesame seeds on the crust too was a nice touch, reminds me a bit of Maker in Toronto.

Pizza was definitely....different. A bit small for the price and the sauce was unlike anything I had tried before, some unfamiliar spices and quite sweet. The toppings were fine and crust was good, but it's definitely different.

We totally loved their pizza with sesame seed. only tandori chicken topping is halal. Recently, we got pizza and found pizza sauce very sweet, hence didn't like it. I guess they have changed the recipe.

They have the best crust and lots of toppings. Always fresh. Have switched to Red Swan from Papa Johns.

Today was a great Day for Pizza. After reading many times this was good pizza, I have to say choosing to have our Bday dinner from here was a Great choice. We ordered Sesame, Pepperoni and cheese, and Alfredo Chicken and bacon with peppers onions and spinach. The pizza was amazing, both pizzas had great taste and the sesame crust is definatwly an added bonus. We will order here again. Tuesdays Xl is the special, 2 items $11.95.

Always have the best service and amazing pizza. It’s always fresh and piping hot. I have never been disappointed. Every time we visit Niagra falls we always make detour here for lunch. Pizza are super tasty

Love the sesame seed crust and how many specialty pizzas there are! We had the veggie pizza with green olives on half. So happy every thing can be customized! Great app

You'll love their pizza f you like it cheesy cheesy. The sesame seeds on the crust are a fabulous addition. Also, if you like anchovies, they don't have them.

I've had thier pizza a few times and it was always amazing...except for tonight. The pepperoni was burnt and definitely not the same as my previous orders. The pizza was dried out but still kinda raw on the inside and the sauce was completely different from before. The menu prices online are also different than when you order. I will definitely not order from them again...it was beyond disappointing.

Pizza is good but they lost tons of customers (us) due to the greed that other companies don't display. They charge extra for extra tomato base, and when asked to replace mozzarella to cheddar cheese, this was not possible. Every pizza company I've ever been to adjusts to my likings. When it comes to pizza I'd like it my way or no way.

It's ok, maybe I'm just not exploring the menu enough. My favorite part about their pizza is the option to have sesame seeds on the crust, it tastes very unique. But beyond that a lot of their pizzas can be very hit and miss.. for example the taco pizza was like biting into a slab of lettuce. I'll just stick with the tried and true pepperoni pizza, maybe a custom one, and not really bother with their absurd experimental menu.

The ingredients on the two pizzas we got were absolutely delicious. Medium price point. And for that one of the better choices. Great crust. Passed the next day test. Only complaint was it was more on the greasy side. Staff was great. Overall? Worth a try. Great selection. Cheers,

Order took longer than expected. Almost over 40 minutes. I guess they were busy and not enough hands to work. But the quality of food was amazing- NO compromise there and server AAKARSH and other girl gave best service they could. Great job👍

I always go to this place , pizza is great ! But customer service is really bad !!!!Christy promised me a free pizza for next time , when I tried to order the pizza , she took her word back , and said they can’t do that , honestly at this point , I don’t want anything , and will never go there again or recommend to anyone !!!! Learn some customer service ppl!!!!!

Red Swan pizza has wide range of variety pizzas. Highly recommend this place. Staffs were excellent.

Our go to pizza place. My whole family loves their pizza and nachos. Great portion sizes for the price and everything always tastes fresh. Sometimes takes a little long but well worth the wait and the staff is always friendly

I’m appalled at their lack of basic customer service skills. We ordered a pizza for delivery and received this mess (look at the photo) so we called and brought up the issue in a polite manner simply looking for a simple solution to an unfortunate issue….. our pizza looked like it was kicked around by a team of 24 professional soccer players. The women who will remain nameless since she refused to provide me with her name, said the delivery driver did not work for them therefore it was not their problem. Pardon me?? Who just delivered our Red Swan pizza??? We ordered from their website and the man who showed up was wearing a Red Swan uniform. Anyways, she promised she would call us tomorrow after she talked with the manager and then promised me the manager would actually call me back the next day! She also mentioned there is absolutely no refunds or reimbursements of any kind so we’re kinda screwed anyways. It’s been well over three weeks and nothing. I’ve emailed support. Nothing. Absolutely bs customer service so you better hope to God there is nothing wrong with your pizza because I’d there is, oh well, your problem, not theirs ;)

Since I have tried the pizza it's my favorite pizza ever I love the sesame seeds crust .customer service is great .I love their employees I usually visit them 3 tines a week.

I love red swan pizza! It’s the best chain. However when I went to go buy gift cards as prizes to a work party, the staff spent 15 minutes rummaging through unorganized drawers full of receipts and loose papers and ended not having any. It’s not the staff fault, I can only blame the management’s lack of organization in the workplace. If you advertise ‘gift cards available’ on your window - make sure your staff know where to find them

Tried to order over the phone to avoid waiting for takeout but English is definitely a barrier. Managed to place the order but then I get a call 10 minutes later saying they don't understand. By this time I had arrived so I placed my order in person. I really am not sure what I will be getting for dinner. Fingers crossed. The food is always good but prices have gone up tremendously $30 for two small 3 topping pizzas???? I won't be coming back if I can't order ahead.
