am
so
lucky
that
Brian
was
at
the
Pen
Centre
location
when
I
needed
to
take
my
engagement
ring
in
for
repair
(two
days
after
my
engagement
I
had
a
stone
missing
from
my
Ben
Moss
ring).
Brian
was
understanding,
he
cared
about
my
ring
and
about
how
I
felt.
He
immediately
rectified
the
situation
and
told
me
that
they
would
have
the
diamond
replaced
and
size
my
ring
for
me
at
no
cost.
Brian
has
been
moved
to
the
Charm
Erin
Mills
location
as
manager
(IF
YOU'RE
IN
THAT
AREA,
GO
SEE
BRIAN!).
When
I
picked
up
my
ring
two
days
later,
the
Assistant
Manager
Anita
was
there
along
with
Brian.
She
was
WONDERFUL.
Very
understanding
as
well.
She
made
sure
my
ring
was
inspected
and
all
good
to
go
before
I
left
with
it.
She
explained
how
the
warranties
worked
in
detail.
They
both
truly
care
about
the
customer.
The
Charm
motto
has
to
do
with
making
a
customer
for
life.
I
will
definitely
be
returning
for
our
wedding
bands
and
any
future
jewellery
I
need.
They
handled
the
situation
right.
If
you
go
in
and
David
happens
to
be
there,
ask
when
Anita
will
be
in
and
don't
bother
staying.
He
will
very
likely
rub
you
the
wrong
way
and
you
will
not
have
a
good
experience.
(He
wasn't
the
nicest
about
my
situation,
which
is
why
I
am
SO
thankful
Brian
was
working
at
the
same
time).
