I recently purchased a watch for my husband and it occasionally wasn't telling the correct time so we brought it into the Pen Centre Charm where it was purchased accompanied with the receipt. We were greeted by a woman named Felicia who looked annoyed and inconvienced by our questions. She rudely told us there was nothing that could be done without the warranty. She was condescending and unpleasant. Thankfully another woman working overheard us and came over smiling with an alternative answer to sending back to the manufacturer. Hopefully Charm will now know they have such a rude representative and rectify the problem.

Thought I'd had a good experience shopping for an engagement ring, but found out on proposing it was too small. No big deal, we'll take it back and have it resized. Well, turns out that rather than the ring being size 9 as advised at the time of purchase, it was actually size 7, and the warranty won't cover a change of more than two sizes. Had to pay extra due to the negligence of their employee. Nice staff and jewelry, but be prepared for them not to address issues they caused without you paying for it.

Stopped by here in Pen Centre and was greeted by a super helpful lady. She helped show my sister a watch she wanted for her birthday. After trying on a few she decided on one and it was also fitted to her size. She loves it. They had a really great sale on so now would be the time to buy treat yourself .💰 Definitely would recommend for customer service 👍💯

Ended up buying a solitaire engagement ring around 3 years ago. Maybe for all the paperwork was there for it. I brought it back to get some sort of store credit. They said I could. I could get a store credit for returning the object which is the ring and then I could get something traded in for something equal value. But now going there today. They have told me that I can only trade it in and get something double the value and pay the difference in order to bring the ring in which is ridiculous. It's not going to happen. I will be looking into contacting the manager because of that and reviewing the paperwork and the person who sold me the ring 3 years ago still works there so there's no excuse. Very unfortunate about this I really changing your policy after a couple years should be honoring the old policy of when the item was bought and policy was promised . Also keep in mind this is also a ring that had a lifetime warranty with it for repairs and guaranteed exchange rate

Purchased a lifetime warranty for repairs and it has not been honored. Now my wife has a ring with a missing stone and they refuse to repair/replace. Avoid this place as there are many other jewelry options around.

I wanted to go in the store, but I was greeted by the older woman, who asked what kind of questions I had, rather then allowing me in the store to see what they have. What kind of questions will I have if I can't even go past the chains (nobody inside to begin with) it's fine I'll go elsewhere.

Had a great experience dealing with the Manager Bradley Chau. I had to return a gift for my wife as it wasn't right and he returned it with no issues. He showed patience, walked me through other options and waited until my wife could come in to select a different bracelet which we did last night. The experience was professional, quality and warranty are excellent. We will shop here again.

Clean and well kept store! Went in looking for a necklace and was immediately greeted by Omna. She was not only friendly and approachable but as well she showed me a variety of different necklaces lengths and styles. I appreciated visiting the store and being helped with such ease and efficiency!

She happily informed me that there was no charge for resizing my rings because of the warranty package I have . Excellent customer service . A necklace was purchased for a retirement gift. It broke the same day. It was purchased at the Hamilton location. We took it to the pen centre location and the manager replaced it on the spot. Outstanding service. I will shop there and recommend this location . After having a bad time at some other jewellery stores/companies, I decided to come to this store, and did not regret it! I had a few rings in mind that I had seen on their website and wanted to check them out. Mr.Bradley was there to help me. I ended up purchasing a ring, and I was completely satisfied with my choice, as well as with the price and quality of the ring. Mr.Bradley is everything you need; pleasant, helpful, informative and letting you have the time to decide. Some others push and rush you, just so they make a sale. But, Mr.Bradley listens well what do you want, and with all respect. Very pleasant experience! Thank you, and I will be back for sure!

I went to charm and Amna was so so helpful. Amna helped me find the cutest gold Daith ring she was also very kind. She also helped me pick a very pretty peridot ring. They offer free cleaning of their jewelry.

I am so lucky that Brian was at the Pen Centre location when I needed to take my engagement ring in for repair (two days after my engagement I had a stone missing from my Ben Moss ring). Brian was understanding, he cared about my ring and about how I felt. He immediately rectified the situation and told me that they would have the diamond replaced and size my ring for me at no cost. Brian has been moved to the Charm Erin Mills location as manager (IF YOU'RE IN THAT AREA, GO SEE BRIAN!). When I picked up my ring two days later, the Assistant Manager Anita was there along with Brian. She was WONDERFUL. Very understanding as well. She made sure my ring was inspected and all good to go before I left with it. She explained how the warranties worked in detail. They both truly care about the customer. The Charm motto has to do with making a customer for life. I will definitely be returning for our wedding bands and any future jewellery I need. They handled the situation right. If you go in and David happens to be there, ask when Anita will be in and don't bother staying. He will very likely rub you the wrong way and you will not have a good experience. (He wasn't the nicest about my situation, which is why I am SO thankful Brian was working at the same time). Thank you Charm Pen Centre for the wonderful experience.

I received a ring for Christmas from here. One of the diamonds fell out after wearing the ring only a couple of times within a month of receiving it. They replaced the diamond for free which was nice of them. The thing is, they did a terrible job replacing it. The diamond was larger than the other ones, and there were marks in the metal where they must have clamped the ring. An hour after I picked my “fixed” ring from the store, the diamond beside the replaced one fell out. Looking closer at the spot, there was a mark on the ring where the second diamond fell out that looked like the metal had been cut. The diamond could have easily just fallen out of its place because of it. I personally will not go back due to the quality of their product.

At first I bought a nice bracelet it Break so I decided to return back to the store to see if somebody could help me and this is the second time I go there always nobody to fix it. when I went there the person there didn't give me anytime she almost scream on my face asking me to wait after 15 minutes waiting I just left.

My boyfriend and I just came in to browse but the customer service that we received made us want to come back and shop. Brenda, the sales lady, was really nice and knowledgable and seemed like she was sincerely trying to help us find what we liked rather than just upsell. My fiance and I went to Charm at the Pen Centre to look for our wedding bands. When I told the salesperson our budget, she laughed and said "that's not going to happen". I felt incredibly embarrassed, so we ended up leaving. We went straight to Peoples Jewellers and found two gorgeous bands well within our budget. I will never go back to Charm.
