I honestly wish that I could give Love Story Bridal 6 Stars because they truly exceeded my expectations in every way possible! From my very first appointment at Love Story, I knew that this place was special. They have an amazing selection of dresses, the boutique is absolutely gorgeous and the owner Chelsey is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable in the bridal industry. Before going to Love Story Bridal, I had been to 7 other Bridal Stores and had tried over 50 dresses and I can honestly say that no where else compares to Chelsey and her beautiful bridal boutique. She instantly felt like a friend that I have known for years which made my experience that much better. I would also like to mention that the alterations expert, Kelly is AMAZING and truly makes miracles happen. I went back for several alterations, and each time I was there she took her time to make sure my dress was exactly how I wanted, and if it wasn't perfect, she wanted to make it perfect. The final product was truly amazing, and fit like a glove!! A moment I will never forget is when my family and I (and Chelsey) shared our 'Say Yes to the Dress' moment, it is such a special day that I will always remember. Worst shopping experience of my life. Paula was incredibly rude as well as dishonest and the staff had no clue what they were doing. Please save yourself an enormous amount of stress while getting ready for your important event and shop ANYWHERE else. Better yet, just order online. That's all they do anyways, they don't have anything in stock. It's cheaper and you won't have to pay for her staff's measuring and ordering mistakes like I did.

Chelsey was an absolute dream to deal. She got my vision and understood what I was looking for right away. I had come from a previous bridal appointment that was not a pleasant experience and I left feeling not confident I would find my dress. Once I entered LoveStory Bridal I instantly felt comfortable and knew I was in the right place. Chelsey helped me find the most perfect dress and I couldn't be happier and recommend her more! This is by far the best dress shop I have ever been to. Please read this entire review because this shop is so much more than just great dresses. The two owners, Paula and Chelsey, are so kind and their showroom has absolutely any style of dress you could ever want. I personally went to shop for a prom dress and was delighted by all the styles they had to offer. They have a level for brides and an entire separate level for prom/grad. They squeezed us in at the last second, and remained so helpful even though we were not originally in their schedule for that day. It was almost closing time, but they did not rush us out or try to push us into buying a dress. This was the only store that had similar trendy styles to what I envisioned, along with many other popular styles that woman want. Chelsey was patient with us, super friendly, and very excited about finding me the perfect dress. The prices are also amazing here, and it's very clear from their reviews that they are so focused on amazing customer service and don't just want people's money. We were able to call back and purchase the dress without having to drive back over to the bridal store (as it is very out of the way for us, but clearly so worth it!) Overall, the dresses are beautiful but what really makes this place so special is their customer service. Both ladies are so kind and truly want you to find the perfect dress. It isn't about the price for them, it's about what makes the customer happy. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will for sure be back for my next big event!

We went dress shopping for my sister and Chelsea was incredible. She was so personable and pulled perfect dresses. The space was welcoming and comfortable. This bridal shop was extremely accommodating for my sisters 10 person bridal party. We had some unforeseen circumstances leaving us with a few hours between appointments, so we asked if they had availability to fit us in earlier than our scheduled appointment. They graciously welcomed us in, and even opened up their dressing room so we could see the bride from either side. They listened to each concern, and were meticulous in each decision. Paula and Chels were exceptional, professional and above all else.. kind. Thank you, ladies, for such an amazing experience.

Chelsey was absolutely fantastic! She suggested styles that fit my body type, beyond what I thought I wanted (and thought worked) and respected my budget! She was so helpful throughout the entire process and when it came to alterations too! Kelly (alterations extraordinaire) was so amazing with my dress and making it fit like a dream. My daughter went here for a bride's maid dress.  When she went to pick it up, it was waiting at reception... they weren't even going to let her try it on!  When she got home and put the dress on, we noticed the seams in both hips came to a point.  Long story short, when we brought the dress back in, Paula was upset that we bothered her with it.... she was "only the middle man" and took it as a personal insult!  We weren't even upset at that point, but she was immediately defensive.  She did send the dress back to the makers and when it arrived, the seams were puckered down both sides of the gown!  When we brought it back to Paula SHE was angry!!  She insulted us with a sarcastic, "Well I'm sorry it's not up to YOUR standards!"  She refused to see the issues and actually threw a hissy fit when we insisted she get it repaired.  She actually called US bullies when she was the one attacking us!!  Even though time was of the essence as this was a destination wedding, she held onto the dress for an extra two weeks and THEN showed it to HER tailor who agreed with US!  Only then did she send out the dress to be repaired.  We did received the dress, and it was beautiful, however, between her ridiculously high prices and rude, haughty attitude I would never shop here or recommend this place to anyone.  You shouldn't have to pay high prices for bad dresses and bad attitudes.

From the moment you walk into Love Story Bridal it is the most lovely bridal experience!! The boutique itself is so cute and welcoming. Gorgeous dresses to choose from lining multiple walls. Mirrors in the perfect places to give glances at dresses from different angles with different lighting. Alisha was lovely and helped to make me feel gorgeous in every dress. I said yes to the dress on my very first visit! I couldn’t imagine a better experience.

Just the most amazing experience from start to finish! Today I had my very first dress shopping experience and it was at Paula's Elegant Bride. I can't tell you enough how amazing the appointment was. My consultant Cathy took the time to sit with me one-on-one to chat about venue, date, style, budget, etc. She then gave me a tour and let me and my group browse and pin dresses we liked. Cathy gave me space to try on dresses but was always right there when I needed help or done up. The salon is beautiful and set up perfectly so that we had our own private area. I never once felt pressured and I was even encouraged to try dresses elsewhere. I left to go to another appointment and was back in an hour to say yes to my dress! Paula's was my first and only stop for wedding dress shopping and I was floored by the amazing service, professionalism and advice I received :) I emailed on a Thursday for an appointment, and was able to get in on a Saturday... Paula herself was there that day, and sat down with me to learn what my wedding was like, and what I was looking for. After letting me pick out a few dresses on my own, she then brought a dress of her choice to me based on my style preferences and budget that I said yes to! Even better, because I purchased a dress my first visit I received a promo for no taxes on the dress! What really makes me want to give them 6/5 stars (is that even possible? haha) is that a day later when I had an email about the dress on order, I got a prompt response that answered my question, and put my mind at ease! I just bought my dress at LoveStory Bridal yesterday working with Chelsey. This was my first time wedding dress shopping so I wasn't really expecting to find the one that day. With the sale they had going, they had dresses as low as $499 (which were beautiful!). Chelsey was great about suggesting dresses within my budget. At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase, even though it's a sale weekend and if I walked away that dress may be gone next day, there was no sense of pressure which was so appreciated. We had a really fun afternoon trying on a variety of dress types. I am so excited about the dress I found, I never would have expected to find a dress my first time out! This is the first store I shopped for my wedding dress and no other store could compare to the amazing service I received. Chelsea was who I had and she was so kind, caring and gave great advice. I am so excited to have had this as my wedding dress experience! They have lots of cute, unique and on trend dresses. 100% would recommend to anyone of any size as they accommodated me very well being plus size women.

Paula was so helpful! She explained how the store was laid out and which dresses would be ordered and which would be off the rack. Once i had browsed around and picked some dresses to try she was very helpful in showing me what alterations could be done to the dress to ensure it fit perfectly! An amazing experience, and we got champagne!

I bought my dress before COVID and just got married now in 2022. I can still remember how painstaking finding a dress was, but my experience here was amazing. I had went to multiple other stores and was having no luck, until I went here. Compared to everywhere else I had looked their dresses were more updated and keeping up with styles. I actually felt listened and heard on what I liked and wanted. Chelsey is super friendly and accommodating, and stayed that way all throughout multiple rescheduling during Covid. As a bonus Kelly who did the alterations was an angel sent from heaven!

This bridal store is a hidden gem above Picasso’s hair salon. The store and staff are welcoming and have the most beautiful dresses, accessories and they offer alterations. Staff are so friendly, helpful and flexible with appointment times.

I said yes to the dress at Paula's Boutique before it become LoveStory! Then Covid hit and we pushed back our wedding a couple of times. Two years later we were ready to go to Mexico and tie the knot so Chelsey helped us figure out what our next steps were! Kelly was an absolutely phenominal seamstress (Covid weight is rough) and didn't make me feel self conscious about what she had to do - if anything both Kelly and Chelsey made me feel beautiful and excited for my dress! Thank you so much for making what could have been a disaster into such an enjoyable experience!!

I got my dream dress from love story bridal yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The store is small and private but I preferred that more because the staff gives you 100% of their attention. Chelsey, the owner, was amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. After I picked my dress I went home with a bottle of champagne and a gift basket full of skincare goodies which was such a nice touch. There’s also so many different types/styles of beautiful dresses. Definitely recommend going here! 🥰

Not enough positive things to say about Chelsey and Love Story bridal! I just said Yes to the dress and Chelsey was so patient and helpful throughout the entire experience (both times I visited!). The dresses here are absolutely stunning, and it was the only place of the 7 in total that I visited where I felt like I had options in terms of dresses that I liked. She was also super accommodating in terms of fitting me in last minute, letting my try things on as many times as I needed to, and even had prosecco and a take home skin-care gift after I got my dress. If you are questioning whether it's worth the visit- the answer is YES.

I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress at LoveStory Bridal! When my group and I first walked in, we were greeted kindly by a few ladies at the hair salon and were then instructed to go upstairs to the boutique. It was very clean and well- organized. The dresses were gorgeous! We had the whole place to ourselves so it was private, which made us feel very comfortable browsing. I’m a picky and indecisive person, and I sure didn’t expect to find a dress so easily! Alicia and Chelsey paid close attention to my likes and dislikes and were BEYOND accommodating. I love and am in love with my dress! I truly, truly could not have asked for a better experience. They even surprised me with beautiful gifts! I left feeling incredibly satisfied! I'm beyond thrilled with my experience here! The boutique is beautiful and has ample parking, and we were warmly welcomed by Chelsea (the owner) who made the whole experience incredible. Her store is gorgeous, but what really impressed me was the dress selection--some of the styles she had were not available at other places I'd tried, definitely something for everyone. The dresses were hung with ample space between (not packed in together), which made it really easy to get a good look at everything. Chelsea asked me about style preferences and to see pictures of things that I'd tried on and liked and helped select dresses that were akin to my preference. Honestly, I have never tried on so many dresses that I loved! Although I ended up saying yes to a Vera Wang gown, I really could have walked out with any of them! Chelsea went above and beyond to make the appointment special by offering suggestions, veils, and finally some delicious bubbly to celebrate the purchase! I can't say enough and am just so excited to get my dress in. I'd seen it online and never imagined it would be "the one" LOL. Cheers.

After having some issues with my first wedding dress (purchased somewhere else) I came to LoveStory Bridal for their designer flash sale hoping to find something last minute for my wedding in a couple of months. Had the most amazing experience at Love Story bridal yesterday. I was in need of a dress last minute, as another dress fell through at another boutique. I booked the appointment the night before, and Bella was so accomodating and understanding! She saw my vision, and picked out the most perfect dresses for me to try on! I said yes to dress #1, and it was the perfect fit and I was lucky enough to be able to take it home on the same day! Bella was so helpful, and gave me the perfect amount of time to make a decision, and accessorized the dress perfectly to match my vision. We finished the appointment with a lovely champagne toast courtesy of Love Story bridal, and Bella also provided a basket full of her favourite products from Picasso's Salon on the main floor! I could not have imagined a better experience, and I am so thankful to Bella and the Love Story bridal team for providing the ultimate "Say Yes to the Dress" experience!

I had such a great experience at Paula's! The store was gorgeous and I love that they allow customers to wander around the store and tag the dresses they want to try on. Chelsea was fabulous; from the very beginning of my appointment, there was absolutely no pressure and she was so lovely. I ended up finding my dream dress at another local store, but would still highly recommend Paula's. The only thing that could've made the experience better was a wider range of ballgowns. There were a decent amount as final sale, but it would've been nice to have more options for to-order dresses.

For years I have driven by Paula's Elegant Bride dreaming of the day that I would get to go there for my wedding dress. Picassos hair salon is the best

Had an amazing experience at Paula’s! It was my first stop for looking for my special dress and I found my dream dress with no difficulty. Paula was great with listening to what I was looking for, she gave me a basket of clips to clip on dresses I was interested in and once we started trying on dresses she listened to what I had to say about each dress and she brought me dresses that met what I was asking for. She allowed me to try on all different styles, in fact she encouraged it; until I found the one that fit my personality! I would definitely recommend Paula’s elegant Bride to a friend!

I found my dress here! Paula was patient and took the time to understand what I was looking for. She educated me on the sales in the store and how the dresses were organized. The dresses were reasonably priced and the dress I ended up buying was cheaper than my favorites at any other stores! We had the whole store to ourselves and we even kept her open a little late while we enjoyed our "say yes" moment. She was knowledgeable and suggested just the right add ons to get the dress to be exactly what i wanted. It was a great experience! Only criticism I would have is that I was separated from my group at the beginning and they couldn't choose dresses with me. It was a little strange to be separated in this way, and was different from the other store we had been to, and was not quite as fun. But hey, maybe this strategy works, as I found by dream dress all on my own! Thanks Paula!! :)

We came here the other week to find my sister her dream dress, We booked an appointment for later in the day but the place we originally booked with put in the wrong booking and was unpleasant. We showed up and Paula's to see if they could let us come in early and they were able to accommodate. We had 10 girls in total with us we got sat in the book room and none of us were complaining but Chelsey ( I think her name was) went over to Paula and I could see them talking they then came over and said You guys don't seem comfortable let's re arrange and make this work. The fact they let us in early and went above and beyond to make our girls feel comfortable was just the cherry on such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is so pleasant and elegant. Paula and Chelsey were so funny and kind and informative. Was a 10/10 experience I highly recommend.

Although I didn't say "yes to the dress" at this boutique, I did want to commend the staff here for the AMAZING and POSITIVE experience I had! It was my first stop, and right after stores "re-opened" during Covid. Both my mom and I felt very safe with our masks and could see the extra measures the boutique had taken to comply with new guidelines. Chelsey was absolutely lovely to deal with - and I believe it was Paula that was also with her this day. Both ladies were fantastic, never made me feel pressured and were both very honest and knowledgeable. There's a lot to be said about individuals who actually care about what they're doing. I had an amazing experience with Paulas elegant bridal shop. First off I had made 3 appointments that day for bridal and bridemaids dress shopping. The 1st one at Ballets went very well and dresses were gorgeous and staff was very helpful. The second one was at Anettes, where they pretty much turned me away as they had assumed I had only booked for bridesmaids and not for myself (the bride). So long story short we went to Paulas 2 hours early for my scheduled appointment. They were very accommodating and took us in, no problem. Also on top of that, I had a pretty large group, which was a little unexpected and they opened up another section of the store (which they've never done before) for more seating so that all my girls were comfortable. And I found my dream dress! The whole experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend Paulas to any woman !

I had the ultimate experience of playing dress-up at Paula’s! Beautiful dresses in an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere – from the Angelic Arista to the Playful Princess to the Sexy Siren - there is something for every bride. Yards of lightweight tulle, delicate lace, brilliant beaded bodices. I (a clueless ‘walk-in’) was graciously welcomed and enthusiastically counselled. Paula herself took me around the store to look at dresses and choose the right style. She was so great and friendly with my family, while they waited for me to put the dresses on. I pinned the dresses that I thought I liked the most and actually ended up saying yes to one that Paula picked out for me, from the many styles of dresses offered. I am so happy that she was there to help and I can't wait for the big day to show everyone! Thank you again Paula!!
