I'm
very
sad
to
say
my
experience
at
this
location
was
not
the
best...
I
understand
that
retail
can
be
very
stressful
and
not
all
customers
are
going
to
be
pleasant
to
work
with
but
it's
unfair
when
the
employees
take
their
anger
and
attitude
out
on
customers.
I
know
first
hand
because
I
also
work
in
customer
service/retail
store.
When
entering
the
store
they
had
their
racks
outside
the
store
I
was
looking
for
some
long
sleeves
for
work
and
the
one
round
rack
had
holes
in
all
of
the
arms
and
they
were
still
trying
to
sell
them
at
full
price!
When
in
reality
they
should
have
been
put
in
the
back
with
defective
tags
put
on
them
instead
of
selling
them.
When
entering
the
store
there
was
next
to
no
shopping
carts,
the
person
at
the
door
didn't
look
like
he
was
enjoying
his
job
enrolling
his
eyes
at
customers
when
they
walked
in
**
I
honestly
don't
blame
him
for
being
a
little
on
edge
because
I've
had
to
do
the
exact
same
job
at
work
myself
I
can
only
imagine
what
this
poor
man
was
going
through
especially
on
a
long
weekend**
The
clothing
section
was
all
mixed
up,
they
only
had
one
women
section
with
all
the
sizes
combined
it
in
one
area
unlike
the
other
locations
**
they
have
department
sections
for
sizes
one
for
xs-xl
and
then
one
for
the
plus
size**
so
needless
to
say
I
couldn't
find
any
sizes
that
would
have
fit
me
properly!
So
I
wasn't
able
to
get
the
items
I
needed
for
work.
Most
of
the
clothing
racks
were
empty
to
begin
with,
I
asked
the
young
woman
at
the
fitting
rooms
if
they
had
an
item
that
was
listed
in
the
ad
and
she
just
looked
at
me
gave
me
attitude
and
said
it
wasn't
her
job
to
know
if
they
had
the
item
in
stock
and
if
I
didn't
like
it
go
shop
somewhere
else...
I
then
proceeded
to
the
men's
department
with
my
younger
brother
to
find
a
couple
of
items
that
he
needed,
well
needless
to
say
that
after
picking
up
an
item
we
didn't
throw
it
back
on/hanging
over
the
bars
or
just
tossed
it
onto
the
table
like
a
couple
of
the
employees
were
doing
and
just
walking
away
like
they
didn't
care,
I
folded
it
neatly
**how
it
comes
out
of
the
package
when
it
is
processed**
and
I
was
getting
dirty
looks
and
I
could
hear
them
complaining
about
me
"doing
their
job"
from
the
employees
because
I
was
putting
away
the
item
properly
and
hanging
the
item
back
up
on
the
hangers!
Excuse
me
for
having
common
courtesy
and
not
making
your
jobs
harder
for
you
**as
I
work
in
retail
and
know
the
struggle
of
having
to
straighten,
process
when
customers
are
in
the
store
during
store
hours
and
still
having
to
be
on
cash
or
showing
customers
where
items
are...
I
guess
it's
a
good
thing
I
love
my
job
and
the
customers
I
get
to
work
with**
We
then
proceed
to
the
grocery
department
and
there
was
almost
nothing
on
the
shelves
I
asked
about
an
item
and
I
just
got
the
"I
don't
know
go
look
yourself"
and
they
just
walked
away.
The
woman
who
was
cashing
me
out
was
clearly
stressed
and
was
having
attitude,
and
was
tossing
the
items
into
the
bag.
I'm
kind
of
happy
that
I
didn't
have
anything
that
was
breakable
and
it
was
only
clothing,
but
sadly
I
wasn't
thrilled
with
the
customer
service
at
all
at
that
store
location.
Hopefully
the
management
will
have
a
talk
and
work
on
a
strategy
to
help
their
employees
with
customer
service
or
head
office
will
be
hearing
about
all
of
the
negative
feedback
and
it
would
be
much
worse
for
this
location
in
the
long
run.
