The reno made a huge difference. Before it wasn't the best, I could barely find anything. Now I find so much nice things. This is possibly my favourite winners to come too.

This individual with a baby and toddler walked right out of Winners with a large item in her stroller storage compartment. I mentioned it to the lady at check out and they did nothing about it except tell me that the sensor should go off as she exits. There was clearly no security tag on the item.

Winners isn't what it used to be, but they have a decent selection. Prices are okay. Other than Walmart and Hudson's Bay store (at the south end of the city), it's the closest thing to a department store in St. Catharines.

I enjoyed shopping at this store. Very clean, fully stocked and a comfortable atmosphere. I bought 4 peices of jewelry today and recieved excellent Customer Service from Representative Francine. Really confused. Purchased two makeup products, one of which was protected with a spider wire, so I couldn’t even open it to see it. Got home, swatched the products and decided I didn’t like them. Returned the next day with my receipt. TELL ME WHY when I go to return it and the (I’m assuming manager, or at least senior staff) was called over to process the return she gave MAJOR attitude. Stared at the product, asked if they had been used I said yes (because I swatched them) then when she saw I had swatched the colours she looked at me with complete disgust and said “you tested these with your fingers ?” And continued to stare at them back and forth for 2 minutes… I’m sorry, you can either RETURN or you can’t if you can’t I’ll take my $25 pallet and leave because frankly idc that much, but if there’s no issue then return the item and move on.. no need for theatrics because I tried out the product I PAID FOR. really odd behaviour.

This is the store I buy my bath towels and face-cloths from. The prices and quality are great. I also make a point to buy Christmas decor after the holidays as they have a large selection of items left over at wonderful sale prices. I also manage to snag a bag or two of flavoured coffee when I'm there.

Large store with lots of quality clothes from name brands. Huge discounts on products that are usually overstock, or previous years model. Great for Christmas shopping. I usually go here to get nice shoes because they've always got something nice and for the eight price

Great sales this week! Worth checking out. Beautiful tops down to $3-$5. Pants for 7$. This sale will probably end this weekend so invest a few hours and search the racks. You will not be disappointed!

Not my type of store, but they have a really good VEGAN jerky for a reasonable price.

The staff was fenomenal the merchandise was sad. Nothing really there, not much of a selection of anything. Wanted to buy a skirt, but unless you were 15 or 85 years old, there was nothing for everyone else in between. I would give the staff 5 stars. The store really needs a serious burst in inventory

Very limited selection of men's wear and shoes. More and more kitchen ware, candies and snacks. Winners used to be a good place to shop brand name clothing at low cost, this location has a poor selection of clothing.
