If not for the front desk i'd have given 5 stars. Honestly, the staff are all helpful, experienced and professional. The women at the front desk, namely the redhead and the curly haired brunette are miserable, sloppy, lazy, and couldn't do their job if their life depended on it. I use to empathize with their situation given some of the difficult people that come in and out of there. However I've over heard them talking negatively about other staff and their own personal lives (tmi). More importantly, they can't seem to pick up the phone. Expect to call 10 or 20 times if you need to get a hold of your doctor, don't bother leaving a voicemail...the Dr. likely will never know!

Extremely disappointed with the experience I just had with quest. Quest is one of the most talked about-- known for the greatest people to work with, talk to, etc in St. Catharines right now. Considering there are almost next to no mental health resources in this city. Niagara College gave me panflets and paperwork regarding Quest, explaining that it'd be the easiest step for me to take in order to getting help with my mental health. I just called for the first time to inquire about actually getting help with my mental health, finally. And was told Quest are not even accepting new patients. The receptionist was very short, rude and mean and very unprofessional sounding over the phone. Gave me absolutely no information about the "waitlist" she put me on or how long it would take, etc. Then, basically hung up the phone on me while I was in the middle of asking a question. So much for that. So disappointed.

This place is useless! Never answer the phones Dr called my fiancé to say his kidney looked enlarged wanted him to do a ultra sound said she would send the paper to the clinic to go and get it done almost a month later! And they still haven’t sent it and we have called 4 times about it! How hard is it to fax the form over or just tell us to pick it up since there’s clearly knowone working the front cuz there never answering the phones! Hopefully it’s nothing serious with his kidneys or this stupid ass place would be the reason it wasn’t looked upon right away!

Very good here. The doctors are very knowledgeable They explain the situation and options to you in a professional manner. You are not rushed out with a Prescription. They are thorough in testing or referrals and will help you overcome any issues you're facing. Definitely recommend.

I find this place very helpful. If you don't like the place then simply find another doctor and good luck at that. Front desk always helpful and very polite. Keep up the good work girls. As for the person insulting the redhead I say she is a tremendous help and always happy and answers questions.

My doctor had left the office months ago from October when I called wondering why I haven't heard anything from them, I had to call over a dozen times every other day for atleast 3 weeks leaving voicemails left right and center when yesterday I called in maybe a good 30 times before I connected with someone and got told he had moved to a different location and was unaffiliated with the office anymore... Unimpressed

Don’t come unless you have 3 hours. I’ve been waiting 1.5 hours in which they served 1 person. I’m finally in the hall in line to be seen next and the physicians assistant is on the phone speaking in another language for over 20 minutes now and who knows how long I’ll be here. Something doesn’t seem right here. There is no secretary I had to find out how things work from the guy beside me. I’ll post the outcome I’m still waiting cause I’m so sick and I’m hoping for help.

Honestly the BEST pharmacist and pharmacy in town. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. Accepts all different types of private insurance, as well as the Ontario Drug Plan. Also has a convenient walk-in clinic located inside giving access to a doctor via video conferencing. How cool is that?! Thanks Guys/Gals!! Aaron

My wife called twice got an answer with is good the first time she called was somewhat decent for a Tuesday but because we are so busy with dealing with FACS family court and looking for a new place to move to we forget to call week in advance to book an appointment, so she calls back to re book it to a better date they started disrespecting her stating you should of a week before. So I started treating them the same way than they turned around and told her if your partner shows up with that attitude we’ll call the cops. Well guess what we are not going to waste our time again here. Your better off going to a walk in clinic than these guys because I never going to suggest this place to anyone if the front desk are going to be disrespectful to clients. My wife and I are just as busy as these guys. If I could rate this a 0 star I would.

Great Service the team at the walk-in clinic are well informed and so helpful. Needless to talk about the wait time , The longest is 10-15 mins unlike other clinics that take longtime to see the Dr. Pharmacy stuff are so welcoming , tell you everything about your medications and work for your best.

I called to see if they are accepting new patients as they were highly recommended to me by several people. While I understand they are not taking any new patients. The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up before I could ask any questions.

Had a Nerve test done and my nurse was absolutely amazing. We had great chemistry, we cracked a bunch jokes and laughed through most of my appointment. She was very professional, and her jokes kept me at ease while under going the nerve testing.

I just got back from Quest Community Healthcare in St. Catharines, Ontario. I chose to accompany a client who needs some extra help from a psychiatrist. I must say it was by far the most positive experience I have had in a very long time in dealing with a member of the medical profession. The psychiatrist was extremely thorough in his examination of my client. My client was examined with a fine tooth comb and then some.

Prompt and efficient with no wait time. I left a walk in clinic with an hour and a half wait time to come here and be seen immediately. Was able to quickly get my prescription filled in the attached pharmacy.

Super helpful. Made sure we’d have everything we needed for special treatment before my daughters last radiation. Including syringes and sterile solution. The treatment before we went to Costco and the handed us a $2000 bottle of powder and said “thank you goodbye.” Personal treatment should never be out of style.

I went in with my 3 year old daughter and met with a gentleman who was incredible thorough, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely the best walk in experience I’ve ever had. People in the other reviews made comments about long waits(though I did not experience this)that’s due to the diligence of the staff. 10/10 recommend.

No wait. The Dr. Was so nice and professional. The thing I appreciated the most was the amount of questions asked and the transparently on everything she was filling out and why. I love when someone can tell me the “why’s” behind what they are doing. This is the best clinic of ever gone to.

Went in after trying two other clinics and didn't get service. Walked in with nobody waiting and immediately got seen. Got checked out and was directed by the (remotely connecting via webcam) doctor who directed me to the hospital. Service was prompt, clean and safe. This will become my go to clinic moving forward.

The Care You Receive in a Timely Manner is the promise this Pharmacy has made to their clients - and from the first time I walked in the door of this most capable and friendly Pharmacy - I was impressed and I am still impressed - The Pharmacists can answer any question that is asked and in the kind and friendly way they share their message is so appreciated by my self and my husband - we are so happy to welcome them to our neighbourhood - and hope they will continue to be with us for a very long time - Rhoda and Des Holder

I have been a patient at Quest for more than 12 years and have never once thought about going somewhere else. While it is a very busy place, with a broad range of clientele, every employee I have encountered has always been helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate.

I don't agree with this being the only Transgender source in St Catharines and surrounding area. Patients have to call to inquire follow up appointments, blood work..etc.. Not ALL but most of the doctor's and receptionists, not only speaking from personal experience. Do not have enough knowledge about hormonal therapy and have even argued with patient's. I would make an 8 hour road trip just to have my doctor back in Montreal again. I don't feel like this facility takes care of their trans patient's or help them be less confused or understand a situation better involving hormonal therapy and will just send you to the general hospital.

I've been going to the pharmacy/walkin Clinic for about 3 years now. They have been more than helpful. You have to speak to a doctor through tv broadcast and I've never felt rushed when I visit. Pharmacy is always great, sorry I only remember Peter's name but anyone there always helps you.
