Dr.
Baerg
is
excellent,
and
I
would
rate
her
with
5
stars.
She
is
conscientious
and
took
the
time
to
discuss
and
thoroughly
explain
my
eye
health
to
me.
This
1
star
rating
is
reflective
of
the
poor
customer
service
of
the
lady
at
the
reception
counter.
I
arrived
15
minutes
early
for
my
eye
exam
and
waited
at
the
counter
behind
one
person
ahead
of
me.
When
the
receptionist
finished
with
that
person
she
went
immediately
to
the
phone,
and
stayed
on
it.
I
was
never
acknowledged
(by
anyone
there).
After
5
minutes
of
waiting
standing
up,
I
sat
down,
waiting
for
her
to
get
off
the
phone
so
I
could
check
in
with
my
appointment.
Other
staffers
walked
by
me
waiting
on
people
for
glasses
and
after
20
minutes
of
waiting
for
the
receptionist
(with
still
no
acknowledgement
that
I
was
there)
I
wandered
back
into
the
treatment
area
to
ask
someone
to
help
me.
Eventually
someone
checked
me
in,
20
minutes
after
I
arrived.
That
person
was
the
first
time
that
my
attendance
in
the
office
was
acknowledged.
After
my
appointment
with
Dr.
Baerg,
I
was
brought
out
to
the
front
counter
and
the
receptionist
was
on
the
phone
(again).
"She's
just
on
the
phone
and
will
help
you
when
she
is
finished"
I
was
told.
Nope.
Promptly
ignored
again,
until
someone
else
came
out
from
the
treatment
area
and
offered
to
help
me.
The
lack
of
service
from
the
front
counter
receptionist
is
very
disappointing
to
have
to
deal
with
as
a
patient.
I
really
did
feel
like
I
was
just
being
ignored.
The
more
concerning
part
is
that
I
really
don't
think
anyone
there
was
that
concerned
about
it,
as
it
seemed
to
be
normal.
Dr.
Baerg
was
excellent
and
I
can't
speak
more
highly
of
her
service.
However,
I
was
very
disappointed
in
the
receptionist
and
the
lack
of
customer
service
upon
walking
in
a
waiting
for
20
minutes.
It's
the
initial
reception
that
leaves
a
lasting
impression
with
any
business.
I
sincerely
hope
they
take
some
action
to
correct
it.
