Changing our Eye clinic to Enlight from the one in Ontario Street, was the best decision we made!! My kids love going here. Friendly staff and Dr Bebawy is very accommodating. Child friendly as well.. My son has color blindness and when he mentioned that he wants to be a policeman to the OTHER DR IN ONTARIO ST. He said "FORGET IT KID, YOU WILL NEVER BE A POLICEMAN YOU CAN'T TELL COLOR" I was so furious!! Here at Enlight, when my son told the same dream to Dr. Bebawy, he told my son " there could be ways you can be a police officer" Everytime I'll tell my kids, we need to go for an eye check, my kids will say "we will go to the nice one, mom" Now that I also need glasses, I'm very satisfied on how they assisted me throughout the entire visit!! Definitely our go to Eye Clinic!!🙂🙂

Receptionist is welcoming. Dr. is very calm and knowledgeable. Took time to listen to all the questions. Explained everything clearly. Paid $125 for eye examination. Highly recommend. No wonder they are too the rated optometrist in St.Cathrines.

Great experience. Dr Bebawy was very friendly, thorough and patiently explained everything to me. Reception was excellent. My appointment was booked with ease. There was a good selection of frames and it took little time to find the ones I wanted. my lenses were ready in less than 10 days. I went back to have my frames adjusted and was a bit concerned that looking at screens was hard. After the adjustment no problems with screens - I’m looking at one now as I type, with no issues. Great location, lots of free parking, comfortable and professional office and of course everything possible is done to keep people safe during covid.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Dr Bebawy is so knowledgeable and kind. Amanda is absolutely phenomenal; I hadn’t updated my frames in almost 10 years and she picked out the perfect new ones for me the minute I walked into the clinic. When we moved to Niagara On The Lake we needed to find a New Optometrist in the area. My friend referred us to Dr. Bebawy, what an incredible find for our family!! Dr Bebawy was absolutely wonderful, thorough and professional throughout the exam. He explained everything that was going on with my eyes and vision. I was very impressed with the service. I have not been to an eye doctor in a long time and they took the time to walk through the processes I need to take and offer many products to assist. I needed glasses and the receptionist was very helpful with picking them out! When it came to figuring out our insurance plans, we had to call the company and they were more than willing to work through step by step with Green Shield to better their knowledge on how the system works. They made everything so smooth and a great experience for us!

Upon paying for my appointment, the staff didn't offer or mention my new eyeglass prescription, until I asked for it. This is poor service. Regardless of whether patients buy glasses at the clinic or not, the prescription is included in the exam fee, and there's no excuse to not provide it. Red flag.

I needed to find an optometrist last minute. They were able to get me in same day. The professionalism and competence from Dr. Bebawy was the best I have seen in many years from a optometrist.

Dr. Bebawy accepted us on a very short notice, when my husband needed an emergency appointment for this eye injury. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his examination and made sure my husband's eye heals completely. Dr. Bewaby was very kind and went out of his way to see me AFTER HOURS. Reopening his clinic to help me in an emergency situation after having my eye gouged by a heavy metal object. The doctor was timely, professional and polite. His services were gentle patient and compassionate and he ensured that I was comfortable at all times. Professional, diligent, conscientious and respectful. You are never left to wait, the staff and physician are respectful, and they will not be satisfied until you are. My eyes were inflamed from dryness and had to go back three times to verify my new prescription and they made me feel right at home every time. I recommend all my friends and family here.

Our whole family has had an amazing experience at this clinic, all five of us! We have been at the clinic now for four years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I also have some special issues with my eyes that need ongoing monitoring due to a family history of eye problems and Dr. Bebawy has been a great source of knowledge and expertise. Five stars, plus!

Worst service I have ever experienced. The doctor literally started yelling at me telling me I have to get use to it because I said I need a min for my eyes to adjust after he put the light directly into it. He rushed me to get out and had no patience. Extremely over priced on everything. Lenses are 210 and if you go anywhere else they are 110. Glasses are even worse for pricing. Do your self a favour and don’t waste your time and money.

The experience was very friendly, efficient and professional. The Doctor and staff were very helpful in choosing the right eye wear for me and did a thorough eye exam. They took me in right away and that was over the Christmas holidays. I got my glasses in just over a week. I would recommend Enlight Family Eye Clinic to anyone.

Best Optical location in St Catharines/Niagara Region! It was the most thorough eye examination I have had in years with state of the art technology. The Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful. The selection of eyewear and quality is outstanding, stylish, and affordable. I chose a Michael Kors frame, with bi-focal and transition lens. Amazing!!!! Nice doctor. However, Overpriced and does not care about those less fortunate. He charged $100.00 for appt and also charged $25 to write script as I was not buying glasses from him. Told him I had no coverage and had to get cheap glasses online. Oh well. Here is the charge. Did not even have throw away glasses to put overtop of my broken glasses for the sun after putting drops in.
