Over
the
past
5
years,
I
feel
like
I
let
myself
go.
I
was
struggling
with
shoulder
and
back
pain,
being
overweight,
tired,
and
just
feeling
overall
uncomfortable
in
my
daily
life.
In
just
3
months,
I
feel
like
a
totally
different
person.
ABS
has
given
me
the
motivation
and
tools
to
get
my
life
back
on
track
and
where
I
want
to
be.
Over
these
past
12
weeks,
my
body
aches
and
pains
have
faded,
I've
regained
my
energy,
lost
a
significant
amount
of
weight,
and
I
now
feel
like
I
am
the
best
version
of
myself
to
date.
I've
realized
over
this
time
that
this
transformation
is
that
exactly
-
a
transformation,
not
only
of
myself
and
my
thoughts,
but
one
that
includes
my
daily
habits
and
overall
lifestyle.
This
challenge
has
made
me
realize
that
healthy
eating
and
exercising
regularly
is
not
a
short
term
band-aid
for
the
issues
that
I've
been
struggling
with.
By
sticking
with
these
healthy
routines
over
the
past
few
weeks
and
seeing
the
overall
progress
that
I've
made
both
physically
and
emotionally,
it
has
motivated
me
to
make
these
changes
a
part
of
my
life
not
just
for
the
short-term
but
for
the
long-run.
Seeing
the
inspirational
quotes
on
the
wall
each
day
as
I
do
my
daily
workouts
has
made
me
go
home
and
reflect
on
the
new
version
of
myself
that
I
never
thought
that
I
could
become.
Another
big
reason
for
joining
this
challenge
other
than
the
ones
I
mentioned
above
is
to
be
able
to
play
with
my
daughter
who
will
be
born
any
day
now.
I
want
to
have
enough
energy
for
her
when
she's
older
and
to
be
an
inspiration
to
her
and
let
her
know
that
she
can
do
anything
that
she
sets
her
mind
to!
I
feel
like
this
challenge
has
accomplished
this
goal
for
me
-
the
most
important
one
in
my
eyes.
