Can't even get my name right when they call me. So unprofessional sent my orthopedics for repair months ago to a business that moved.Cant track the parcel or get the delivery company to find and deliver my order.Now finally after all summer making me another one ..Have a heel spur as a result of my last pair.Cant believe the customer service I have received thus far and it's not over yet.

To say Rob Was my life line would be an understatement, I was leary at first about using a therapist to help me deal with my anxiety. After 6 months working with Rob I not only was able to complete daily tasks on my own I was able to over come fears I was facing by using all the amazing strategies he would assign me! Thanks to the help of Courtney Pigott, physiotherapist and Wally Ows, Kinesiologist, I am now walking for more than an hour at a time. I fell and hurt my left foot twice this year and spent most of the summer in an aircast and crutches which really limited my ability to walk. It took 3 months of practising the exercises faithfully at home as well as weekly and later bi-weekly visits here. At times the kinesiology department was very busy with other clients, but I was still given the attention and directions I needed. Both Courtney and Wally are very friendly, respectful, and attentive to their clients. Almost as soon as I arrived, I was taken in for physiotherapy. Great service.

Being an NLL player I rely on the ability to recover quickly. I had an ankle issue that wouldn’t get better on its own, that’s when I called Byron. Fast results

I had treatment for an excruciating back injury here and within 3 weeks was almost completely healed thanks to the excellent supervision of both the physios and the excellent kinesiologist who supervised my exercise sessions. Also had wonderful results from Todd's treatment of my vertigo. My dizziness was cured in one session! Worth every penny.

After being off work for 18 months following two surgeries for throat cancer, it was time for me to get ready for my job again. My insurance company recommended Lifemark Physiotherapy on Pelham Rd in St Catharines and I'm glad that I got to work with them. The staff was wonderful. Todd did the intake interview and introduced me to Wally who would be taking me through my paces to build up strength, mobility and endurance in my shoulder (there was some nerve damage from the second surgery). I can't say enough good things about this office. I was always greeted and made very welcome by awesome staff, shown exactly what exercises were needed to help me (and explained the why and how each exercise would help me) and was given a clear picture of what my goals should be, daily, weekly and by the end of the physiotherapy period. Progress reports and updates were on a regular basis so that I would know how far I had come, what I needed to do on my own time, and what needed to be worked on next. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this office to anyone who needs the help.

I have been enjoying my treatment from the Pelham Rd. location. I've received an overwhelming amount of compassion through my physical and emotional healing. I think the team of therapists and receptionists are exceptional and I would recommend for anyone who is looking for treatment.

The staff at Lifemark Physiotherapy was nice and I had a great experience compelting my rehabilitation there as everyone was very knowledgeable and knew how to help me out. Byron Dickie was my physiotherapist and was awesome to work with as he helped me get back to my athletics as quick as possible while ensuring my recovering broken wrist healed fully. I strongly recommended booking physio sessions with him.

This Lifemark location is a world leader in professional service. The technical expertise of Byron, Wally, Cheryl, and Justine is unquestionably the best in the business. There is a family friendly atmosphere, which is another aspect of the patient healing first culture that Byron designed and maintains. The nurture, information, and challenges I have received at this Lifemark location have moved me forward from a post surgery state to a new level of health and awareness. This centre is one of the greatest resources in Niagara. The receptionists do everything possible to schedule appointments that accomodate any demanding position.

I had hip replacement and needed physio as part of my recovery. Courtney was very accommodating in terms of availability The Lifemark facility was extremely clean and they did not overbook so my appointments were always on time. I never waited even a few minutes. Courtney was always very professional and very approachable. She demonstrated clear and appropriate exercises with always a supportive and encouraging attitude. I recently required physiotherapy as treatment post surgery for a total hip replacement. A very inviting and comfortable setting created by a professional staff allowed for a relaxed but very focused experience. Byron and Cheryl’s care was definitely on point and expedited my healing process. Would highly recommend.

I came here for physio after a collision starting in June, and the staff were fantastic. They listened to where the pain was and gave me tips to help do my day to day stuff at work, that didnt cause pain. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, I've needed physiotherapy services a few times in the past 8 years. Fortunately, I found Lifemark withTodd & Wally and the crew. I had shoulder surgery and they were diligent and encouraging in my recovery getting better than expected results. Currently seeing physio Jenna and along with Wally again to get my knee back where it needs to be. If you need these services, do yourself a favour and attend Lifemark!!!

I spent 2 years at Lifemark Physiotherapy Pelham/Glendale after a very serious car accident in 2015 going 2 to 3 times per week. I had multiple back fractures, a fractured right ankle and nerve damage in my back. My team was Jenna, Wally, and Rob with help from Wally and Courtney. Carla at the front desk was always profession and helpful. I felt very damaged when I arrived and my team encouraged, supported and helped me to realize there was still a light at the end of the tunnel. I worked very hard and always did what was instructed even on days when I didn't feel like it. Rob was paramount in my recovery. I spent many hours in his office crying and having no hope of a "normal" future. He helped me realize that I could be the best I could be. With a lot of counselling and hard work I believed in myself again. Rob always told me I was tenacious lol. I came out of this a much stronger and happy woman who believes I can do anything. I first came to this location 7 years ago when I had surgery on my right shoulder. Courtney and Wally were amazing. Their knowledge and expertise, combined with their understanding of my abilities and needs allowed for a successful shoulder rehabilitation. They brought my shoulder back to 100%! And now I just had surgery on my other shoulder, so the obvious choice was to go back to Courtney and Wally! All of the staff there make me feel comfortable, right from the second I walk in. I’m always greeted right away by name at the front desk by Shelley and Carla, and they always want to know how I’m doing! Fantastic place. I highly recommend this Lifemark location!

Very pleasant place once you walk in the door starting with the greeting from reception of Judy and Shelly. Very clean and bright. The physiotherapist Courtney and Byron really know their stuff and have helped me so much with my healing. Wally knows his stuff. All the staff is great there and only thing on their mind is helping you and getting you better. The staff also looks like they have a great rapport. I would highly recommend this location to my loved one and friends.
