Bought
a
couch
and
ottoman
$4000
It
was
delivered
When
we
got
it
up
stairs
we
discovered
that
no
holes
had
been
drilled
to
screw
in
the
feet!
Plus
the
washers
that
were
sent
for
the
feet
were
to
small
!
I
Put
in
my
complaint
a
few
weeks
ago
and
was
told
the
issue
would
dealt
with
.
Sent
a
message
for
an
update
had
no
response
!
Pathetic
customer
service
and
shoddy
workmanship.
I
like
their
furniture
and
was
going
to
purchase
more
pieces
but
based
on
this
experience
we
will
be
going
else
where
.
Had
really
good
experience
with
Casalife
in
Toronto!
I
wish
I
had
read
Urban
Barn
reviews
before
purchasing
from
them.
Lots
of
unhappy
customers.
Received
this
response
straight
after
I
posted
this

I
have

Are
you
able
to
please
send
us
a
photo
with
the
following;
1
screw,
1
washer,
and
one
screw
put
in
the
washer?
As
well,
I
have
been
advised
by
our
dedicated
team
that
the
Hensley
Sofa
actually
does
not
come
with
the
holes
for
the
legs
pre-drilled.
So,
when
customers
order
the
Hensley
sofa
specifically
they
drill
the
holes
in
themselves
or
they
find
a
furniture
repair
team
to
drill
the
holes.
The
services
for
drilling
the
holes
if
you
choose
to
hire
a
company
to
do
so
would
not
be
covered
by
Urban
Barn
-
I'm
sorry.
Once
you
send
a
photo
of
the
washers,
screws
and
one
screw
in
the
washer
the
dedicated
team
can
support
with
this.
