I was in on Black Friday and was greeted very kindly by the ladies. They were super knowledgeable and offered help whenever I needed. In specific a short brunette I believe her name was Brenda. Made me feel very comfortable and hyped me up while trying on clothes. However, I was getting uncomforting stares from an older lady with short blonde hair who also worked there. Being a smaller built young woman I struggle with body image issues and this definitely did not help.

Big shout out to Virginia, great personality and very customer focused attitude! While, I was looking for some items online, I had experienced problems placing the order. Instead, I decided to call the Pen Centre location and was fortunate to speak with Virginia. I gave her the product numbers and she confirmed all were at the Pen Centre location. Virginia placed them on hold for me and when I picked them up a short while afterwards she greeted me with a very welcoming smile and completed my purchase. She's a great asset and a very pleasant person. This makes a big difference!

I brought my Daughter in for the First time, and the Ladies were great. They got her fitted, and had her trying on styles in no time. She was so happy with the experience, she can't wait to go back for more!

All of the staff I encountered were friendly but Catharine and Gia were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I found a bathing suit! As soon as I walked in Catharine made herself available to assist in picking styles and sizes. The fitting rooms were busy and Gia was helping everyone with sizes, straps, styles etc. For a shy woman it is not always easy to bathing suit shop and these ladies made it an enjoyable experience for me! Thank you again.

Wonderful products!! Even better staff. I was wonderfully surprised with the amazing help I received from Dawn when shopping for swimwear recently. It's been a long time since I've experienced such good customer service. I will definitely be back!

Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me figure out my bra size and made some great recommendations thay i ended up purchasing. I felt like everyone in the store helped me in one way or another. Wonderful experience.

From the minute I walked into the store at the Pen Centre the staff was friendly and very helpful. And it was also there Black Friday event and they were super busy. But they had enough staff to still help me with what I was looking for. I actually had 4 different people offer to help me but not in a pushy way at all. Even the ladies looking after the change room said if there is anything I need just ask. I cannot say enough good things about this store and the people that work here. Great job! Keep up the good work.

Loved it. Being a man, and going into a store that mostly sells intimate apparel for ladies, can be daunting for sure. However, the ladies there were not only helpful and knowledgeable but kind, understanding and professional.

Love to shop here with my beautiful wife. Nice selection for many tastes from cute to super naughty sexy. La Vie en Rose is slightly lesser quality stuff but very good overall. - I look forward to future visits and subsequent satisfaction.

The stuffs here are very good. Except the customer services. When I was browsing in the store tonight ( Feb-12), there were 2 staffs didn’t say a word to us, not even say “hi”, FYI we are Asians. And after 30 seconds, there was a “white” lady walked in and they welcomed her nicely. We decided to left the store without buying anything, even though i’ve been buying “a alot” from this brand. What a disappointment!!

I had the most fabulous (window) shopping experience - February 19, 2022 around mid afternoon. 8/10 overall. Wide selection, trendy pieces, wardrobe staples ;), something bold, something simple, STAFF GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, music is bold I would prefer jazz, R&B or instrumental (something sensual...) for a better vibe. however, if you tolerate moderately loud pop music you probably will never want to leave! seriously lol

Pretty nice lingerie at this boutique but I didn’t like that had to spend $20 more per bra than I wanted to because they didn’t have any in my size on all marked down bras in the styles I liked

This is my second time shopping at this store in the last year. First for a new bra after wearing maternity ones for 5 years and just today for bathing suits. If there’s anything I hate most, it’s shopping for both. All the ladies I have dealt with these 2 times have been fantastic! Super helpful and honest. I recommend this store to everyone.

Really bad experience due to one sales clerk today. As I was paying I was told the only option for a bag was a 2.95 reusable one. I understand the ban on plastic but I don't understand charging 3 dollars for something that costs less than a dollar - or just give out a paper one like your competitors. After paying I was leaving and she said "By the way smiles are free" Rude, aggressive and out of line just because someone says something about being forced to buy a bag or walk through Penn Centre with their underwear in their hand. I went to La Senza and bought something from them and then returned the purchase. Unfortunately I won't ever be buying from La Vie again.

Love this store!! Katherine and Sam were super helpful. I also loved how Sam was willing to share her own experiences and recommendations for bras as her waist is tiny and so is my daughters and she guided us to some great products. Love the vacation/swimwear section here as well.
