Everything is so expensive, and they change prices all the time. I don't like places like w alma rt but I rather go there, than zehrs. Despicable brand, and I only associate all loblaws brands with exploitation and abuse.

I have shopped and Loblaws owned chains my entire life and none have been as bad as this Zehrs. The staff are incredibly rude. As if it’s not already brutal to shop for groceries at such inflated prices, having to deal with rude, poorly trained staff that walk around with a sense of self entitlement is just not worth my penny. I will not be shopping here again; I’ll take my money where I’m welcome.

This place, as many other Zehrs‘ is well-designed, looks nice and neat etc., and I really like those stores in general... but I can not tolerate that they sell something like green salami, dead salad and unwrapped sausages on sale, AND say „honey, it is just the skin, it‘s good inside“. It is not the first time I see something like that, and the most upsetting is that it is kind of a corporate policy, as I think.

I have a severe allergy to dairy and gluten, love the fact that they had a variety of goat cheeses and yogurt which was a nice surprise and welcome so I bought them all.

Terrible prices. Terrible selection of products. Service is so so in a highly negative unionized environment. ..I do not recommend this store...Service is better at Brampton, Toronto and Mississauga..Terrible selection of produce... Products out of Stock constantly . This is suppose to be a Corporate Loblaws store..DISGRACEFUL.. Cater to University students while ignoring other customers..

Wondering why some of the associates are not wearing masks? You would think that what transpired at one of the other Zehrs stores that you would be more pro active. I am disappointed to say the least. If I can manage to do my part and wear a mask in your store I am sure your associates can at least do the same. Plenty of options in St. Catharines.

The bakery closes at 8pm and we were there around 7:45 and it was already closed. We wanted to buy some special birthday cakes from here. As it was closed we asked a staff lady if they can do something because it wasn’t 8 yet. The young tall lady replied rudely , i was on break”and then a guy who is not even a staff probably her friend, he said you can go check with someone else which was more rude. So I didn’t understand if it closes at 8 then who goes on break before that and if thats okay then who gives the right to that guy to reply rudely to us who doesn’t even work there. We felt insulted and disappointed. Which makes it 1 star A nice lady asked if she can help and she did try to talk her manager if they can do something but manager denies which we understand but we were happy with the gesture of that lady. 🩷 Coming to cakes Finally one day we managed to have some pastries from there. The pastries are good and affordable. Everything is fresh and looks delicious. The plenty of options to try (chocolate truffle )is my personal favourite. (Chocolate raspberry moose) we can have every dayThe only thing (mixed fruit tart) has no taste at all.

I shopped Monday April 13. I had the loveliest conversation with Elizabeth. We discussed Easter and how different it is this year. It was a warm and engaging encounter and I left feeling wonderful. Shopped there for years...not going to happen again!!! Tried to contact the manager or anyone else...was kept on hold for a very long time. My issue was the Zehrs shoppers going down aisles in the wrong direction without physical distancing or wearing PPE. I'm not impressed with their pandemic safety measures...I'll take it on down the road to Sobeys

The Zehrs is too expensive. I went all the way up there in pen center and found out that they are selling my favorite pasta sauce for 2 - for $6.49 that's crazy! I turned around and took the bus up to No Frills and found the same items 2 jars for 4.97 . This place can go hoop their foreheads! Only the rich and stupid can shop at this place. In other words, More money than brains.

My one star goes to the meat department, today I was told by the meat dept. manager that I can only buy 3 or 6 steaks that are on sale. Well I need 4 pieces so he cannot give me 4 pieces since packages has 3 pieces in them. either he is so desperate to increase his sales or he did not liked my accent. Funny part in the past I was able to get 4 pieces always from this store and never told that I cannot get it. Guess what they lost my business for whatever his reason was.

Has some good value products, lot's of stuff is on sale which you can get for much cheaper prices than other places.. I mean it's not as cheap as Costco but it's still pretty cheap. It also has lots of alcoholic beverages.

I will never go back to this location. Let me start by saying I am a very loyal Loblaws shopped and buy their brand in almost anything. I used to drive to another city to go to the nearest Super Store to buy PC. However, in all my life I have never seen a store so consistently mismanaged with their stock. Every time I go to this location they are sold out of everything I want to buy. You'd think whoever does inventory would realize, "Hey PC Black Cherry is always sold out, but we never sell any Tangerine, hmm, maybe I should order more Black Cherry and less Tangerine!". It's not just that product either, they are consistently out of their own brand and cannot keep anything properly stocked. I will never go back to this Zehrs.

Because the employees seem to not be paying much attention, my husband was chased out to our car and told to come back in. They assumed he had shoplifted. They could have asked for the receipt instead of wasting our time.

Very dissapointed. There is no more 50% off stickers, their new policy is now 30% off food that they will throw out anyways and won't ket the consumer save the 50%. With only 30 percent off i rather get the better quality not about to expire food. Just sad that now they will throw away more food instead of letting people save money. RIDICULOUS

This is quite a nice store. Clean, larger than many, with all the things a Zehr’s is known for. I especially appreciate the ability to purchase lottery tickets at the cashier, although I was looking for one game not offered there.

Overall a real great selection of grocery store for all your needs. The prices are bt high for some staples. Clean and organized with great customer service!

I was here yesterday afternoon and the employees working were phenomenal. There were two young people working who both wished us a good day on our way out and were genuinely cheerful! I’m giving four stars because I have had to explain the scanner code to employees on two occasions.

I love Zehrs . The products most have good quality. The staff are great except for the checkout counter. .I countered a big bone lady in her late 50 that was 2.5 months ago she is so road and unhappy, and because she couldn’t barely walk that day and my kids are with me so I had to be understanding, maybe she have rough day but considering she work there bad for the store to be road! This Friday I went to exchange the food supplement that I bought. The First Lady at the customer service was nice, maybe she’s on her mid 40or 50.She said to I leave-it there ., When I comeback, it was different person a young lady tall she’s young maybe in her late 20’s she is miserable, I was standing waiting because she was talking to a guy. And she just say told me, ‘“ excuse me this counter is closed “”in an angry face. I said yes I know, I’m her for the item I left for exchange I explained, but she was staring at me like crazy with angry face she make me say it 3 times and keep talking that, she can only heard . And she approached the other lady, and she said I don’t know what she wants, wow I couldn’t believe it, after I just said that I’m just getting my item. And the new lady said I can help you, she was nice, and refund my spirulina. After she scan my new item she even help me put my groceries in my personal bag . The store is amazing! Too bad, most of their check-out employees aren’t.

Shopped this morning at your pen store and was greeted at my car in the handicap spot by a very nice gentleman collecting the buggies. He brought a buggy to me at my car. How wonderful that you have such excellent and thoughtful employees! I was really impressed with his service and wanted to let you know about his good deed.too often we only complain about bad service and not enough about the good that is done . Terrible customer service. Insanely long lines with 1, sometimes 2 tills open. They don't care about the lines and wait times for 1 till. And EVERYTHING is priced wrong! Constantly! Always check your receipt!

Clean and accessible. Only issue was a lack of staff to direct me to items I could not find. Perhaps they were just short staffed that day.

The home and electronics section is the biggest for a Zehrs in the city, which works well for points events. Overall, their prices are steep, but the quality of meat is really good.

Very clean and amazing selection of food items as well as other shopping needs. The only reason for the low score was that there wasn't enough staff to help when I was looking for a specific item. I had to walk from one end of the store to the other end only to be told that they didn't know where the item I was looking for was located and I was left to wait for almost 10 minutes before I had the proper person to help me. The prices are outrageous as well but that is an issue everywhere.

Could be the worst donuts in the city. Always feel & taste like day olds. The Fairview mall location's donuts are always fresh & soft. But it is a big store with lots to offer.

Just picked up my Flashfood order and the quality of the food? Spoilt with mould. Kindly store the items in the fridge provided. Nobody deserves to eat bad food.
