Niagara Region has the very BEST Nutritional Centre I have ever walked into and WELL WELL WELL deserves to be given TOP RATINGS for the EXTENSIVE selection of EVERY item you ever dreamed of for NATURAL Healthful Vitality and 1000's of wonderful products. including massive amount of ethically procured cosmetics .Located right off the Highway in St Catharines it's a SUPERSTORE for any body who VALUES natural holistic items from around the WORLD. My experience was that I had just walked into a HEALING environment complete with every cosmetic , supplement , natural remedy , vitamin available on the market and some I have not been able to find .( some very cool gentle products ) ...the owners are wise helpful and have done the research since 1998 to share their knowledge ...a free service and SERVICE is key . We all enjoy that moment when HOMEOSTASIS has arrived , WELL WELL WELL certainly goes above & beyond with accommodating YOUR way of shopping too ..I first shopped by phone then in person next will be on-line ...I will continue to seek their advice as the Staff attends Wellness conferences in places that lead in worldwide cutting edge HEALTH like Switzerland . You deserve to be healthy and feel energy , you can heal your gut brain & body ( I did in less than 4 weeks ) ...they have my 100% seal of approval . Stay WELL WELL WELL everybody

This place is a joke. EVERYTHING is way over priced compared to other stores or online for the exact same brands. They are on you as soon as you walk in the door and I am not sure what is more funny. The BS they feed you about how their products are magically better or the girl who wears a lab jacket (Doctors Jacket) to make you think she is an actual doctor...lol Don't ever contradict what they try and tell you or they get all upidty at you. Shows a great deal of insecurity. Do yourself a favour, never walk into this store uninformed or without doing research on a particular item you want to buy or they will feed you manure till the cows come home and make the most money off you as they can under the guise of fake medical knowledge when it's just simple ignorance.

Great store with well stick named brands that you can relay on for your health. Attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Very intelligent worker's. Most of them super kind. Only had one man act somewhat rude once. Not so much rude but kind of life he didn't care to help me much. But usually they are very helpful and caring. Only issue is many things can be pricey as most Wellness and Vitamin stores are. Other than that I have generally always been treated well, been shown what's good for my problems and in and out without issue. My only issue is how expensive things are here. But as I said most of these kind of places are. Would 100% reccomend going to visit for your health needs. Always double check with your doctor before taking any vitamins or any herbs etc. Be safe. Knowledgeable staff that will work with you rather than just push supplements AT you. Very happy with our visits! Fantastic source for info on specialty diets. (gluten, dairy, sugar, etc) We even get out pets their holistic aids here. Very satisfied!

Love this place! Lots of useful products, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgable, and always take the time to answer your questions. I've been using the silver spray as a toner, and it feels really soothing, and seems to be making my skin much less red and irritated.

Price is unbeatable, the folks running the place know what they are doing. Consistently better pricing than Amazon.

They have some of the basics but there is far too much emphasis put on gimicky supplements instead of food and nutrition. I was also scolded by one of their staff for being vegan and was told it was a bad decision. One staff member was understanding of my lifestyle choice and was helpful. Still left a bad taste.

Went in specifically for feminine products. They had 2 little boxes on the shelf. Seems like they'll stock anything that says "healthy" or "vitamin" on it, wothout even reading the label.
