Great place to find deals on gadgets and other electronic items. The staff is quite courteous and will help you find the right thing for you. Their prices are also competitive so you can find the best price here as well. Very near to the parking so its very convenient to get here.

I wouldn't always rate 5 stars for this store but Kendra was great and went above and beyond. Update: I still go here when I need a new phone and I'm happy that Kendra is still there. She's still fantastic and this woman was helping all the employees and me all at once, lol. She needs a raise!

Been dealing with Kendra for the past 5 years with my phone needs and those of my family members. Always great considerate service. I have seen her handle some irrational types of clients with respect in spite of the the customer's inability to be reasonable. The best tech store in the mall, has lots of audio offerings, from wireless earbuds to headphones and Bluetooth speakers. They also have a few displays, monitors and speakers. Go to best buy for laptops and computers, but the source can probably source (haha) your other technology needs including games and controllers.

Raced down there just on my lunch on a Friday after finding out they had stock of Xbox Series X. This is a consistent standard across different locations I've dealt with - Mississauga, Ottawa and now in St Catharine's. They understand the customer needs and gives you the best product, and service that match those needs. The customer does not feel that products and services they don't need or want are being pushed to them. They go over and beyond their duties to sort out any issues that may arise. Very disappointed. Went to purchase a present for my son and Very poor customer service. No one approached me or even acknowledged I was there even though I counted at least 4 associates. After 10 minutes I left and went to the location in Welland which there were 2 associates busy with customers. The customer service here is fantastic. Had a manufacturing defect with a device after 4 days and the devices company said that it is already 2 months out of warranty. After proof of purchase the device company would not help me at all. After explaining the issue to the store they were more than willing to help me. The staff wasn't helpful, I had an extended warranty on my beats studio 3 wireless headphones and wanted to exchange them for a new pair. My headphones were blue in color and I wanted to exchange it for a red one which would have been no problem at all at any other source store as I had done an exchange within my warranty once before at the source store in Eaton center Toronto. But the staff at this store said that it wasn't possible. Logically thinking it doesn't make a difference to the manufacturer in terms of color if a product is replaced under warranty but what can I say if it is that hard to understand for the staff at your store.

Great Store With Covid19 Going On They Only Have A Certain Amount Of Customers In At A Time Which I Approve Of And Love

We rushed to pick up a laptop charger last night. We were assured the charger would fit our laptop by two separate associates, they stated all acres were the same, wouldn’t check our model number. Guaranteed it would fit. Needless to say it doesn’t fit. Today we called and cannot return it until the store has reopened, no option for a curbside return or an option to ship it.
