Amanda,
for
being
the
general
manager,
you
have
TERRIBLE
customer
service.
I
preordered
the
Britney
Spears
book
with
pickup
at
the
store
and
the
book
was
released
today,
but
on
my
email
it
said
Oct
26
for
pickup.
I
called
indigo
and
was
told
that
I
could
just
go
to
the
store
because
they
had
the
book
in
stock
and
they
would
give
me
a
copy
from
the
shelf
and
replace
that
copy
when
mine
came
in.
I
called
and
was
told
by
Amanda
that
I
in
fact
could
not
do
that
bc
apparently
the
policy
had
changed
in
the
2
minutes
that
I
got
off
the
phone
with
Indigo
and
that
I
could
either
wait
until
the
26th
or
come
in
and
purchase
the
book
(even
though
I’ve
already
paid
for
it)
and
they
will
refund
when
my
book
comes
in.
I
even
told
her
this
was
for
a
birthday
gift
for
someone
and
she
was
in
no
way
making
any
exceptions
for
me.
I
called
Indigo
back
again
and
the
rep
who
was
AMAZING
told
me
that
my
book
was
actually
there
and
had
been
received
and
scanned
in
by
Amanda!
Called
the
store
and
spoke
to
Lynn
who
was
lovely,
confirmed
my
book
was
there
(although
they
claimed
it
was
not
received
and
she
just
opened
the
box
now
while
on
the
phone).
But
if
you
knew
you
were
getting
shipment,
Amanda,
don’t
you
think
you
would
advise
your
customer
of
that
and
tell
them
you
will
check
to
see
if
their
book
is
there
and
call
them
back.
I
will
never
ever
spend
my
money
purchasing
a
single
item
from
Indigo
again
solely
bc
of
you.
