I forget his name but I remember his son's name as we got to chatting hehehe was VERY helpful. Got me a great deal on a phone and I left very happy. He was focused on getting me the right phone not just the most expensive which I was very happy with. Saved me 100$ so I bought some accessories.

Went into the store to upgrade my phone and they has really good promotions on. I paid nothing up front for my phone and got the phone I wanted. The girl working there was very helpful and went out of her way to get me a better rate and a plan that works for me. I'm going to talk my brother into joining Koodo because the customer service is just awesome.

Jared's the man! We had a wonderful customer service experience. There was a hiccup in the transfer so we had to wait for koodo customer service over the phone, it tooksome time, but Jareds friendly demenor and great conversation skills kept my boyfriend and I and our other friend laughing and conversing the whole time...we didn't even care that we had to wait. Everything was taken care of in the end and we all left happy. We will for sure be visiting there if we ever experience any future problems. Great job Jared!

Very unprofessional. Person who answers the phone doesn't even let you know it is a Telus store you called and just answers the phone by saying hello. Think I will try another store my phone plan.

I went in trying to buy sim card Indian ladie looked at me like am crazy I said I just need pre payed sim card or sin card nano she told me they dont have ignorant ofcorse you have your activating phones duh

I just had to write these comments about Jessica at the Bunting Road TELUS/Koodo location. I was in need of help to transfer information from my S9 Galaxy cell phone to my new S22 Galaxy cell phone. I didn't have a clue how to do it. Jessica was so helpful and polite and she was able to do the complete transfer so quickly. TELUS is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She's brilliant.
