Great way to learn about Port Dalhousie with the family. The owner and tour guide Guillaume is knowledgeable, friendly, takes his time explaining, and is an all around great tour leader. Helmets are training are provided before the tour starts and everything is sanitized. The tour is about 1.5 hours. It does not feel rushed and you get to cover a lot of ground in a short time giving us a good lay of the area so we could plan the rest of our stay a bit better. We had two adults and two teenagers and had a wonderful time. We definitely recommend, and will be planning another tour with Niagara Segway in the near future!

OUTSTANDING - on a SEGWAY! Our Niagara Segway tour was fantastic. The guide (also lucky for us the company owner) was great. He was so informative and helpful - From the time we first met him and started in "turtle" mode to learn how to stand on the strange human transporter and then actually move and turn, until we finished. Leaving from the meeting point he lead us through the park until we 'looked' comfortable on his machines and then off we went on the rest of the tour. The tour covered the history of the 1st original lock location (now only a few remnants and the historical displays, throughout the marina for a view of and stop at the entrance way. We had great weather and the chance to pass by the famous Canadian rowing waterways. Passing several statues and memorials, he explained the competitive rowing history of the area. A photo op on the Port Dalhousie beach and onto a nice stop at the 'little known' carousel. Then safely and very comfortably back to the meeting point. Niagara Segway gave us such an awesome first experience that we will certainly be doing it again.

We totally enjoyed the Ebike wine tour experience in Niagara on the Lake yesterday. The selection of wineries and cider house were amazing and the route to get to each place with a joy in itself. There were many great spots that we got to visit and experience and the lunch was delicious as well. Will definitely be back!!! Thanks again to Vince and Paul for being amazing hosts!

I booked for an afternoon with my 13yo and we both loved it. Learned so much about the Welland Canal that was so fascinating. Guillaume is a fantastic tour guide. The Segway’s were user friendly and my daughter figured it out fast. Weather was perfect. Will do again.

Fantastic tour!! I had never used a segway before but Guillaume had my confidence up within minutes of learning in the parking lot. We headed up the canal and had a great time. Learned lots about the surrounding areas and enjoyed the environment - would do again!!

What a great way to experience Port Dalhousie! No one in our group had riden a Segway before and our guide Guillaume immediately made us feel comfortable and safe on the machines. He shared lots of interesting information about Port Dalhousie and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this experience and commend the City of St. Catharines for encouraging these types of activities and initiatives and hope they will continue to do so.

The Welland Canal Segway Tour was a phenomenal experience! Guillaume, our guide, was a patient teacher as our family of 7 learned how to navigate the Segways. He learned our names immediately and our safety was a priority as we rode in the parking lot until everyone was comfortable before hitting the trail. Guillaume was very knowledgeable and stopped at various points along the canal explaining the history of the canal and the locks system connecting Lake Ontario and Lake Eerie. He also engaged us in conversation, genuinely interested in us, which added to the overall enjoyment of the tour. An unexpected surprise included Guillaume taking photos and video for us to remember the experience. Visitors (and even locals) to the Niagara Falls area should not miss this amazing experience!

Late to the party here, but did the Welland Canal tour route last summer with family and had an absolute blast. Made me want to go out and buy a Segway right then and there. Guillaume is a very patient and knowledgeable tour guide and gives plenty of details about the history of the Canal. As locals to the area even we were impressed with his knowledge. Really nice guy and very eager to answer any questions you may have. Safety is definitely prioritized and we never felt in any sense of danger. The Canal route is pretty straight forward and recommended to anyone lacking confidence on a segway. Awesome job, Guillaume!

Guillaume was the perfect host for our tour! His hospitality was generous, and kind, he made everyone feel at ease in their first time learning to use the segway! The information about the Welland Canal was excellent! Very interesting. The fact that we got a whole zipped folder of photos emailed to us a day later was amazing. We will come again and learn some more - can't wait to learn about wineries, Port Dalhousie etc. Highly recommend for a fun afternoon out!

This is the perfect outdoor activity for the family. No matter your age you'll have fun and a great time. We went to Niagara for the weekend and realised we had viewed most of the attractions so decided to try something new. And we were not disappointed. You do not need previous experience, or have a great balance. We got instructions and some practicing time before the tour and went off to a great tour by the river. Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and great lead. We enjoyed so much that we will definitely come back for another Segway ride. I would recommend it anytime hands down. This is a must do.

We had a great experience doing the Welland Canal tour on Segways. Our guide was very knowledgeable, calm and professional. The Segway is very stable, safe and super easy to learn in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this type of tour to everybody and we will definitely be back and book another tour at a different area.

I keep thinking of businessmen and tourists stuck in hotels wanting to have an adventure with only a few hours to do it. I took the delightful Port Dalhousie tour and plan to take all the others hosted by this man --good instructor, safety oriented, knows the local history well, bilingual, interesting. His Segways are the heavier construction used on rough backroads. I took the Port Dalhousie tour at the end of the season when I was the only one --but he still took me. He said, if people want to go during the winter, they should contact him and he will work with their schedule. He des not go when it is icy. I am going to make this my way to celebrate my friends' birthdays.

This day was so much fun. The e-bikes were great and allowed us to enjoy the views without being totally exhausted! Our tour guide Vince was EXCELLENT! He had such a good sense of humour and dealt with us three girls all day, he deserves a medal of honour! The whole experience from booking to the final stop was one we will talk about for a long time.

I went on the Welland Canal Segway tour with my kids this week. Guillaume, our guide, did a great job helping the kids and I get comfortable on the Segways and was very knowledgeable about the Welland canal and it’s amazing lock system. I would definitely recommend this as a great experience for anyone visiting Niagara and looking to escape the madness of the normal tourist trap!

We did the Welland Canal segway tour with Guillaume, who was a great guide. As first time segway riders, we were a bit nervous but he gave us excellent instructions and ensured we were comfortable maneuvering before setting off on our tour. He was knowledgeable of the canal and its history, and took the time to explain it to us and answer all our questions. After the tour, he shared photos taken during the tour, which was an added bonus and nice souvenir. I would highly recommend this experience.

My husband and I went on the Segway Tour through Henry of Pelham. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with Guillaume. As others have shared, Guillaume is patient and helpful when learning how to use the Segway. Moreover, he has an excellent knowledge of the winery and the region. What a Fun Day we had! The owner, Guillaume set us up on our eBikes, easy to understand and ride, the power assist was just fun on top of fun. Our guide for the day was John, there were 5 of us biking and he had an answer for every question, very pleasant chap, knowledgeable and calm. While we were in the wineries for our tastings he was very intuitive, guiding the presentations along when needed, in the background when not. I give this experience 5 Big Stars - I will definitely repeat this! My bike was brand new, we were on the tour for 5 hours, which flew by and my battery still had a full 4 to 5 bars charge at the end. I hadn't been to 3 of the wineries, so that was a treat. Elaine at "Between the Lines" was fun and entertaining with her tasting presentation!

As a senior and new to riding a Segway, I was a little nervous but Guillaume was very patient and specific regarding instructions. Along with my husband, son, and his wife, we really had a fun time touring around the parks and trails in Port Dalhousie. It was also interesting to learn about the history of the area, which is quite extensive. Been on other Segway tours and this was our favourite so far. Did the Welland Canal 2 hour tour with my wife and 16 year old. The terrain was easy to navigate and the one place that was sketchy (over the railroad track) the guide walked us through. Safety was his upmost concern. The guide has lots of knowledge of the locks and history of the area. We also like that we got to travel a far distance on the Segways instead of standing around listening to someone talk. We didn’t feel rushed and I found that the guide was eager to please. My son that is not into history and just wanted to ride the Segway so at the end of the tour he even give him the opportunity to try a different style Segway in the parking lot which made his day. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to ride a Segway, catch a few sites, see big boats, learn how the locks work and get some history.

We recently joined Guillaume for a two-hour Segway tour of the Welland Canal. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it! In fact, we are considering booking another one of Niagara Segway's tours, perhaps an e-bike tour of some wineries. Guillaume is a very pleasant and knowledgeable guide with a high regard for the safety and comfort of his clients. This is a unique adventure at a reasonable price, and once you try it, you will want to do it again!

The e-bike wine tour was a lot of fun and a great way to experience wine tasting in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This was my first time on an e-bike. It was easy to ride and allowed me to pedal when I wanted to and just sit back and relax when I didn't. We had ample time to taste the wine at each vineyard and each vineyard was unique. The 35-minute scenic route from the 3rd vineyard to the last vineyard was amazing. I will definietly do it again with other friends and/or family. I would highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a good time, good wine and a memorable experience.
