I had an outstanding customer experience at Old Navy on Saturday, December 16 2023, thanks to Thomas! Despite being busy with another task, Thomas went above and beyond to help me find the specific size and kind of jeans I was looking for. Thomas skillfully scanned, ran to the back room, and rearranged all the jeans to locate them. His dedication and excellent customer service are the reasons I continue to choose Old Navy. A size exchange for 1 item was too complex for the employee working and I got charged 3 times what I initially paid for the item.. it was his error but even after calling manager over she told me to call the 1-800 number lol

Great variety of clothing, not like it used to be. But I do wish they would have more plus size in all of the clothing, not just optional clothing they are supposed to be inclusive, not partially inclusive

Firstly the staff went over and beyond for me while I panicked to get this skort for my uniform in time I didn’t get the girls name that helped me but Taylor was amazing, went above and beyond customer service wise! I couldn’t believe how much I was helped for my situation. I wish I got the girls name who helped me she kept thanking me for my patience but I was just so happy that she was taking her time to help me it took an hour for me to order my items but she was patient and kind throughout the whole process! I wish more stores had customer service like this now everything is so un personal. Thank you to the two of you for helping me out you are appreciated ❤️

It was okay. The Mrs found a bottom and top for our trip to Mexico this winter.

Nice store. Clean and organized. The staff are friendly. Clothes are what you'd expect. Nice quality with lots of different styles. Best to wait for sales for really good deals but prices are fair anyways. They have a colouring table for kids and usually have balloons too.

They have a few clearance items. However the rest of their stuff is way over priced. They need to lower their prices a bit

I went to Old Navy to do an exchange and I was lost. I was not sure where to look for what I needed. The general manager named Sahra came over to help me. I am so grateful and appreciative to this lady for all the help she gave me. I give Old Navy 5 stars because their clothing is very high quality, and their employees are always there to help you when you need them to.

Great selection for teens. We were able to find a nice pair of chinos for my brother at a great price!.

Great value, awesome sales, wonderful staff. Bathroom available so that's always a plus. My kid loves the colouring station and he always gets a balloon when he's there.

This store is great. Great deals on clothing and helpful/friendly staff. Make sure you sign up for there emails to get the best deals. Can be under staffed during weekly work hours though.

I had a great shopping experience yesterday at Old Navy Pen Centre. Keri in the fitting rooms was amazing. She was so helpful and so nice. It was so busy, but she made sure to help everyone who came to try on clothes. Thank you for making my shopping so much easier :)

Old Navy literally has one of the worst customer service. Their clothes quality is going down. I regretted to choose your product to give my husband . I bought a sweater that was advertise " machine washable". I washed it and the lin is literally everywhere in the machine. Called this store #05486 and asked if i could return because it was washed. I got the answer "yes" 2 times i called in Jan and March. So when i went to the store and return it. I was told either i excepted the money they would be refund which was only 75% of what i paid or they would not take it, and store credit only. Thanks for wasting time and money. Never again Old Nany.
