Bootlegger is one of my favorite stores. I do a lot of online shopping since I don't live close to the store. When I do go into the store, the staff are usually welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Other than one time when a lady said to me "that size won't fit, you should go up a few sizes", when I wasn't asking for help at all. Other than that, I love the store. It is very trendy and I would recommend checking it out. The photo below is a pair of capris I just bought.

I came in because a pair of jeans in the window caught my eye. Georgia, who helped me, was phenomenal! She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I left with 2 pairs of jeans when I initially had no intention of making a purchase. Thank you Georgia!

Staff was attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in. The clothing was so nice and good quality! Got some great deals on clearance and spent a lot more then I thought I would because It was so hard to say no to such great deals! Found my new favorite store!

I am new to this area and shopping isn't always my favourite activity. Although, I needed some new clothes and I thought I would pop in here. The girl that worked there, I think her name was Carly, was nothing but lovely to me! So much so I had to pass it along. She helped me pick some things that she thought might look good on me, and made me feel nothing but comfortable and beautiful in the change room, even when some things didn't fit the best. I love this location and will definitely come back!

A great place to buy some stylish quality clothes. Wait for the deals and get youself a Bootlegger card to save a extra 10%. Try on clothes at the store to see how styles fit and then order online.

This is by far one of my favorite places to shop, anytime I get a compliment on an outfit it's when I'm wearing something from bootlegger, as a hair stylist our appearance is important and I'm happy I can rely on bootlegger to have all the latest trends :)

February 19th I witnessed 2 employees I believe their names were Carly and Johana cause a scene with 2 customers talking among themselves, minding their own business. I heard one of the employees go up to the customers and say “ if you’re not shopping, leave the store”. This was very unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable continuing to shop in the store. I shop and spend good money on bootlegger clothing, and this situation made it feel that if I were not purchasing clothing and then leaving immediately, I would not be considered a valued customer to Bootlegger. I’ve shopped at this location along time and this not the kind of customer service that I’m accustomed to.

The sales associate was very friendly, helpful and had great suggestions. Also helped save some money with the points/rewards card.

Called about a jacket if it was in stock. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime I go to this store the staff are so nice and always willing to help.

I was buying a pair of pants and a top. The sales associate told me that if l purchased another top l would get it for 60% off. When l got home and checked my bill she had only taken 6% off the other top not 60%. I'm not happy. They should pay more attention to what they are doing.

Picked out some nice items, salesperson offered for me to text and get $5 off. Brilliant. Ends up signing me up for the card for 10% off, really didn’t make me my money back but getting loyalty card but it is what it is.
