Lots of variety and variety of sizes also available. Many items on 50% off. Quite busy on weekends. Lineups cud be long. Good thing is that sale items have variety of sizes. Good place for children clothes as well.

Very expensive, everything is way more expensive than any other regular store. Definitely not Outlet store, just a rip off.

Its a hit and missed with this store just because its in an outlet if you like coming here then its fine. I come here to see the sale items and when i need to get some gym clothes for my son. I like old navy it is also my go to place.

It's a really great place for your day to day clothing needs. I found some really good steals last time I went there, and as a bonus, you get some free cash every time you buy something that you can use at multiple old navy outlets throughout Ontario.

Excellent selection from style to function. Quick changing rooms on the sides are no longer available, but the main fitting rooms in the centre back are.

This store was ok. It was quite messy and it took me a long time to find staff to help me. The clothes are ok. Good prices.

They had displayed $5 for tees, by time I get to counter they removed sign and mention that no longer it’s $5 Sep 03rd 2022 Store manager Chelsea or anyone did not take responsibility for the mistake They were like you pay whatever price we decide attitude Area manager or responsible person should no the rule of displaying price !!! I adore old navy. But this "outlet" store does not have the expected outlet prices.

Good old Navy, was clean. Had decent clearance section with maternity section from online returns which are hard to find in person. Sparce baby clothes section but rest of store seemed well stocked

Was there on Friday and the store is very well kept. It doesn't look like a war zone like the ones in Vaughan mills or toronto

Store does not have carts which I think discourages large purchases. I had over ten items in my hands and it was hard to keep looking at new things to add to my pile . Not one staff offered me a bag even until I went up to one and asked for help. Mind you I was walking around arms full for over 10 minutes. Change room attendant seemed annoyed with me when I asked for different sizes but the staff (Renee) who went to get me the new items was amazing and went above and beyond. If not for Renee I was thinking of just leaving the store as it was not a good experience up to that point .

Prices were good but unfortunately a few of the items I wanted to purchase were sold out in my size!

Found alot on sale just needs better styles for larger women have to say they are ugly compared too the smaller sized clothes.....

Cashiers are excellent, management seems to be disgruntled and annoyed. I get that everyone has bad days, but being mean to customers complimenting your staff isn't a great move. Prices are insanely high at this location

It’s definitely not a store I’d like to come back to. A third world country could have a better customer service than this one. Beware of the facade in cashiers and customer service. The service is selective. Might a suggest to management an Implicit Association Test prior to hiring. I’m very disappointed and disgusted.

Service and selection were both great. Was a pleasure to shop in such a tidy store. Keep up the good work and thanks
