Great selection of products. Prices are moderate to high. Some items on sale were a good value during my last visit. Staff is always friendly and eager to assist. Very clean and organized store.

You can find many kitchen and household things in general at a fair price according to quality, for example I acquired a modern glass dining room, firm and with metal structures that look like wood, the chairs in my old dining rooms misadjusted the chairs And the wood is usually of high quality, on the other hand, the one I bought there has turned out very resistant and beautiful

Great selection on kitchenware and dishware. Sometimes I see furniture like stools which is neat. Great pricing all around, although it can be a headache shopping at some times because it does get cramped and the aisles are thin and small. Needs better stock of barbecue items. Many people use their barbecue year round, so while maybe they rotate inventory to be more seasonal, there's slim pickings when I looked in autumn and winter.

I found some of the items a bit hard to find. There weren't many frying pans or skillets when I went which was difficult to believe since they had a whole isle for waterbottles. However, other thannthat the products are great and when I did find a frying pan set I liked for my mother, it was seriously discounted (and it was NOT black Friday yet!)

I visited the Pen Centre location and I absolutely love this store and was very happy with the prices. I found an amazing Gotham Steel stock pot with a steamer insert for only $40 after I used the 20% off coupon I got online for signing up for their email updates. Regular price for this pot is $100. I'm very happy with this purchase. Not only do they have tons of kitchen items but they also have a section with bathroom items. I can't wait to go back to this store.

Super great employees always helpful and friendly. We called ahead to ensure something we needed was in stock, they were so nice and even remembered us when we got there to pick up said items.

Needed new carpets for the balcony. These will make a big difference to the look of our flower filled balcony

They have pretty decent stock of lots of kitchen gadgets. Wish they had some better coffee equipment, but I guess they have the basics. Would like just say some pour over kettles etc.

Whenever I think of adding to my ever growing kitchen arsenal, this is the first place I go. Everything you could need, and also alot of items that put efficense on convenience. Which is what I need in a small kitchen space.

I went to this location looking for a chef's knife because I make steaks on the weekends, but I've also been really into learning how it make sushi at home. I spoke with Sydney, a very refreshing burst of energy that helped me find the henckles santoku knife for both jobs in one convenient knife. I used it last night and it is perfect for my situation. Will definitely be shopping here again.

The staff was so helpful today. I came in looking for some silicone baking stuff and Jessica was very knowledgeable about which muffin pan would worked best. Me and my husband was very pleased with the cashier as well. I didn’t get her name but she super inviting. Will be shopping again

I placed an online order (after may issues with the Kitchen Stuff Plus online ordering platform) and when I received email confirmation of my order, the quantities of the items ordered had doubled. I contacted customer service immediately via email as instructed and they asked if I wanted to cancel the order and reorder the correct quantities. I replied that yes, I wanted to cancel the order. Two hours later I received confirmation that my original order has shipped after I explicitly stated that I wanted to cancel it. You cannot talk with anyone through their customer service phone line - voice mail only with instructions to email customer service about any issues. This has been my worst online shopping experience during covid. My understanding is that in order to get a refund, I will need to return the extra items (all 23 of them) to the nearest store which is more that 70 kilometers from where I live.
