Very friendly and helpful employees that can assist in finding products to match your needs and will even check the back of the store for you. There's always decent deals and the employees still provide great service even when it's busy.

I prefer to see pricing on I dividual items.

I walk in to two employees just gossping by the front. No greeting. I'm clearly looking around for something. Nothing from them, so I just leave without speaking to anyone. Just not attentive. Shouldn't be gossiping where guests can hear you.

Nice shop. I've been there to buy gifts for my daughter. You can get everything you like in every color you want. Really nice and they're very helpfull.

The staff are super friendly and they dont push merchandise on you at all which I love. They always have great deals! The underwear I have purchased the last few times feels like the sizes have changed. The mediums are insanely tight, but the larges are super loose.

I work in the Mall so I understand with retail how customers can be (today happened to be one of those days), but this woman turned it all around for me and I am so grateful for her purely genuine sweet personality (me being the customer this time). as soon as I waked into the store Christine greeted me sweetly (and I almost cried as I said it was one of those days, not a lot of nice people) I started shopping around and Christine handed me a bag to put my things in, which was normal but it meant a lot to me, her being so nice and really helpful, I just had to tell her how it made me feel and how much I appreciated her being so sweet. Hands down the most amazing experience I've ever had with retail. BIG SHOUT OUT TO CHRISTINE, I really appreciate everything and you're doing ana amazing job. (thank you for making my day so much better then it had started)

Amazing customer service! The employees were all so helpful and accommodating, and even though I went in on Boxing Day (very busy!) there was always someone available to help me out and answer my questions. I usually cannot find bras in my size, but with help from employees I found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely go out of my way to go to the Pen Centre location again next time.

I was extremely upset at how disheveled the store was today! I was being literally shoved at one point and describing the store as chaotic would be an understatement. I tried to seek out some assistance from a couple of employees and was dismissed while one was on the phone forever and the other employee went to check on something for me and after 15 minutes she hadn’t returned, I left frustrated, with only 1 (nice, well priced) item. Boxing Day is no excuse for being rude and understaffed ☹️

First time coming here with a teenager and normally it would be very complicated but Madison(staff) was really helpful to us explaining the process and what fit we should go for so thank you for being amazing

Not really a plus sized store though they insist they are, offering one or two options beyond straight sizes in sleepwear. Staff is helpful though, even if they too seem frustrated at lack of plus options.
