Decided to book my first ever lash appointment with them, drive all the way here, just to be told the person who’s doing my lashes doesn’t want to come in. Very in professional, I definitely should’ve received a phone call or email regarding this information.

I am a very optimistic person when it comes to eyebrow looks but My eye brows look terrible. I wish I could’ve told the lady that I hated them. They are uneven and chopped. I am so unhappy with the look. The floor was so dirty and everything looked unhygienic. Save yourself the money and do not go here. The people seem like they are not trained. After I was done she didn’t even wipe the hair off my face. Even when I asked her. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolute rip off. I usually go to the salon at Eastgate Mall in Hamilton. The last time I went I had my upper lip and chin threaded and my “side burns” waxed - cost me $30. The salon at St Catharines had a notice on the front desk saying “full face and eyebrows - $50”. I told her I just wanted my upper lip and chin threaded. When it came time to pay, she charged me $50 - when I questioned it, she said it’s the same price even if you don’t do full face and eyebrows. Will NEVER go back. I’ve been having threading done for years and I’ve NEVER been charged $50 for a 20 minute service.

Horrible experience. I got a lash lift and tint and the outer corners of my skin have a chemical burn. One eye is lifted and the other one did not even curl proper. Not professional what so ever, I would like to hear directly from the owner/manager to get a full refund. I was also not even told how to care for my lashes afterwards.

Love coming here to get my eyebrows done. Hetal does an amazing job on my brows. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. I’d rather have a hairy brows then let somebody else but Her touch them ❤️❤️❤️❤️😂

Edit- A reply to the message I received. You tried to contact me and call me by Facebook messenger which I find very unprofessional. I had messaged you asking you to email me and I’ve provided you my email. I am a hard of hearing woman who can’t hear over the phone, even with hearing aids. You ignored and read my messages but did not do as I asked for an email. Nothing was ever resolved nor did I get my refund. I will never be returning. But thank you for your reply. To add it’s been 2 months and my eyebrow did not grow back. I’ve been going for a while, they messed up really bad today and when I tried to get it fixed they gaslit me and tried to tell me I was wrong… but my brows we’re different. The worker took off my entire tail. I have two different brows and now the one is so small it’s literally awful. I said I didn’t want to make my other brown smaller and wanted a refund.. she said wait five minutes. Wouldn’t refund or offer a proper solution. The lady said she would pluck two single hairs to match and I was perplexed. I said no it wouldn’t match you would have to remove my other tail. She kept arguing with me and gaslighting me. Told me my one eye brow is higher but it isn’t, I’ve never had issues here before. I have photos of all my other experiences but like…she kept arguing and gaslighting me I had to walk out in tears. It was the worst experience ever. Two single hairs she said would fix the issue but clearly she would’ve had to remove my entire tail. I even tipped $5 not realizing. Bc she gave me a quick glimpse of the mirror only and was so aggressive she broke the thread several times. I shared this in a girls Facebook group of the Niagara region of over 6k people and I was flooded with comments sharing the same experience as me, people agreeing that yes my brows looked awful and they screwed up. I don’t understand why they couldn’t at least apologize and acknowledge their mistake, because yes I understand mistakes happen but to act this way, and to clearly have a reputation is so bad. I hope someone contacts me about this. I’m so incredibly disappointed and I will be sharing my story. I wish I could provide you my photos, I don’t have the option showing me but I did show my photos on their fb page.

I went on this place for eyebrow threading and a Punjabi girl who works there was continuously saying bad words about my eyebrows. When I said her to do my upper lips wax then she used badly hot wax that it burnt my upper lip. I still have the scar, they should be thankful that I didn't complaint about them.

It was a wonderful experience, I visited beauty 21 for getting my eyebrows done last week and i love the shape she gave to my eyebrows. Her name was Pamm . She was very polite and humble.

I love the services that Halpreet (not sure of the name spelling) gives every time I visit for my whole face threading including my eyebrows, upper lip and under my chin. She takes her time to make sure all the unwanted hair is off. She’s amazing and I love her. Great job!

I went to beauty 21 today to get my eyebrows threaded. I've had nothing but positive experiences coming to this place! Hetal, the lady who did my brows today did a wonderful job , making sure she listened to what I wanted , I have nice thick brows and she made sure to keep them thick and gave me a wonderful shape! It's nice to go to a place that knows how to take care of eyebrows unlike many nail salons that offer waxing brows and really don't know what their doing. 100 percent recommend!

Very disappointed, went for lash lift and tint yesterday. I'm not happy with it cause my lashes weren't really lifted they are still kinda straight. Not worth the price.

super disappointed. It was my birthday today and I asked the girl to clean up my eye brows. I had nice thick eye brows... she took half my eyebrows and left one eye brow completely different and half the size of the other. She then told me it was my fault because they were un even. She told me I have to grow it out and then she would fix it. The eye brow that is smaller is HALF THE SIZE as the other eye brow!!!!! What’s worse is she made me feel as though it was my fault when that eye brow was thicker than the other to begin with. Happy birthday to me... never going back.

My eyebrows are different sizes, I told the lady that but she thinned out my other eyebrow to match the other one.. and they’re both now thin & still uneven. Unhappy with the service. The lady was all around nice and the place looked clean, but my eyebrows did not like it whatsoever.

Hetal is wonderful.- I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 20 years and depending on the person doing it , it can be painful. It was virtually painless with her- fantastic technique !

I have gotten my lashes lifted at too many places to count and Hatel at Brow Studio is by far the best. She is very consistent and my lashes stay lifted for 2.5-3 months. If you’re thinking of getting a lash lift look no further and go here.

I've always gone there to get my eyebrows threaded for years. Before the last lockdown I got my brows threaded, and tinted, and my eyelashes lifted and tinted (first time ever for the lash lift and tint). Last month, I decided to get eyelash extensions since I have short lashes, and I didn't want to wear makeup in the summer heat. I also wanted to of course treat myself. Hatel did an phenomenal job on my lashes. I told her I was going for the long, but natural lashes look, and she delivered. Everyone (regardless of gender) that saw my lashes (and brows) thought I was just wearing makeup, and/or said how natural they looked. The staff there always do an excellent job, and are friendly. The prices are also awesome too. I'm going back today for my first eyelash extensions refill. I highly recommend them to anyone especially to my family, and friends. I used to like this place, although every time I went my brows were never the same shape because of the different girls that work there which is understandable. Yesterday I went and SPECIFICALLY told the lady that I like my brows thick. She was in a bad mood apparently but she did not even acknowledge what I was saying, she was very rude moving my arms and hands around in a rude way. She did not take even 5 minutes with both brows and upper lip. Of course the results were awful. Not coming back.

I never visit this kind of salon in st catherine before. I always get done my eyebrows from there the staff is very nice but one of them pooja is my favourite because of her way to deal with customers and her forever smile on face. I see that she is a perfect worker over there and doing her job great. well done. i would recommend everyone to visit their and take beautiful service.
