    Wow ! I should have really researched before bringing my business to this store. Horrible ,vulgar and aggressive manager . I spent over $100 on a set of headphones that do not work with neither my NEWEST android phone, nor with my smart TV. All I wanted was exchange it for another product that would work , hopefully with employee's help . The manager kept looking aggressively at my bag with a return while I was waiting in line. She was not friendly at all. I would like not just for a head office, but also for the owner of this chain to look at camera footage , Nov 4,2021, between 2 -2.30 pm. The manager OF YOUR STORE is yelling at a customer ! She called me a horrible person, just because I said God sees everything and she just might get a reciprocation for her rudeness and luck if care. This place is beyond the bottom line . I am upset and shaken. Do not shop there ! Take your money and your business to stores where employees care .

    Terrible service, completely disinterested staff that seem like all they want to do is be as unfriendly as possible. Stay away.. other big box stores have better staff.

    Great new store location, spacious, lots of stock and good prices. Helpful friendly staff too! I have been shopping at Canada Computers since they opened their store on College Street in Toronto! They have always had great pricing and good stock, even matching or sometimes beating the wholesale pricing I was able to get when I ran my own system builder business back in the late 1990's.

    The staff in general but not all act like you are bothering them and have no interest in helping you. While checking out I noticed a few products way up on the ledge behind counter. I asked about one of them and he looked at me like "don't make me get a ladder" so I left. Toxic location.

    They held a “Boxing Day” sale online on Christmas Day with the sale ending at midnight. It stated “free shipping” but then charged for shipping. It stated you couldn’t pick it up in store and had to have it shipped but then stated it couldn’t guarantee shipping due to delays, so I abandoned the cart. I went to the store this morning, Boxing Day, and there were NO sales whatsoever. They would not honour the online sale which ended hours ago. They also would not honour price matching, but they have in recent weeks. Also the staff is rude and unhelpful. A lot of people walked out of there this morning angry & disappointed. The CEO needs to know what’s going on at this store.

    I’ve been to this store probably 50 times to get my computer parts and get I’ve had only 1 good experience here. Terrible customer service all around, especially on Boxing Day. Who ends their Boxing Day sales before Boxing Day? Made bundles that aren’t even compatible with each other? Wont honour a sale that ended 9 hours ago? Wont price match with a store I price matched with last week at this location? I shouldn’t have to ask for service when 99% of the employees are just standing around, I might as well cash myself out.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. My first experience with this store was very much less than positive. I went into the store the build a completely new set up after 1900$ spent in the store I started building my pc to find out that the mother board had bent cpu pins. So I went back. Instead of replacing the board they forced me to buy a new one... fast forward 3 weeks later I found that I was having freezing issues turns out that they also sold me almost DEAD ram sticks. So 2 32 gig sticks were gone. WILL THEY REPLACE THEM NOPE

    As always I’ve had another great experience! I believe Aaron assisted me this afternoon with my purchase of a gaming pc. He showed me the options in store for the price limit I had and gave me his honest opinion. Didn’t feel rushed but he was there whenever I had a question. At the end of the day I walked out happy and now I’m enjoying a fantastic PC that’s exactly what I needed! Thank you all!

    Apparently this store like to lie to customers, I went to buy a laptop using my flexiti account and was told they need to hold the product for 3 days until payment cleared (very odd as payment clears on the spot as I used to work for flexiti fraud division) so I left the store and got huge attitude from the staff one of the staff even called me a “cheap ass” under his breath, drove to hamilton and bought the same laptop from Canada computers in hamilton on my flexiti and walked out with my new laptop, the staff told me there is no corporate policy to hold products when bought on flexiti….this store straight up lied to me. I strongly suggest you do not shop at this store and instead go to the hamilton location.

    Excellent service friendly sales personal, who is very knowledgeable, and make a pleasant experience to the costumers. The prices are great and the sales personal, you fill that they are working for you with their recommendations, I haven't felt that for a long time in a store. Overall, five deserved stars and highly recommended store where the management is at a level of excellence in professionalism.

    I was there 3 days ago and had a great experience. My interests were in either in a prebuilt or for them to build a system for me. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer all of them, show me where I could possibly save on some of the parts I had chosen, tally up the prices, and left me with a positive experience. I wish I could remember the young man's name from their service/tech department who helped me out, he was fantastic in his explanations, but I lost his card. Anyways, I'll be going back there sometime next week, purchase most of the parts there as they are cheaper purchased there, and put in an order for them to build me a system.

    After ordering a bundle online, with the website saying the store had everything in stock, we received an email saying a piece was missing, we then spoke with a girl on the phone saying it was only partly filled but we could still pick it up. We then drove 45 minutes to pick up the order, where we were told that partial orders in fact, could not be picked up. The employee behind the counter tried to say she told us to pick up a part prior to arriving, which she absolutely did not. Their solution was that we drive 45 minutes away, to then drive 45 minutes back to their store. The manager had no extra knowledge on how to work around their “new” system, which you should assume is the bare minimum to a store manager. They offered no help, or reasonable solution, and denied even trying to contact the other store location for help in completing the order or their knowledge of their system. I recommend any store other than this location, if an entirely different company is not an option for you.

    Absolutely terrible. Had to pay up front, in full, for a video card that they never ended up shipping. Told me it would take 3 weeks, cancelled the order after 8 months and offered nothing as compensation. Customer service is beyond bad, it's simply non-existent. If you're thinking about shopping here, don't do it. I promise you - you can do way better than this place.

    I am a huge believer in "buy local" - that being said, when my "local" guy "guarantees" he will call me tomorrow with a quote on a new computer that I need ***right now*** and then not only does not call me back but also bounces me to voicemail time and again, it makes a strong argument for Big Box corporate branding. I happened to be in Niagara Falls when my patience ran out with my small local business. CCE was the only one who answered the phone with a human (caught me off guard after speaking too too many bots and "please call back during regular business hours" recordings). He asked me pertinent, relevant questions and then said he had just the system: an older refurbished gaming system. I was there in fifteen minutes and, yeah - there it is. At first blush, it's a boring little black box but once I got it all plugged in and set up!??? Wooo-WHEE! The front panel lit up with a dazzling light display that, at night, looks like the Northern Lights are dancing on my wall and ceiling! The computer itself is fantastic! SO fast! I can play my Star Trek Fleet Command on it without lagging, blitting, or freezing! I can open a Word document without having to bring a book! I can *type* a word document without having to bang away at the keys until the beeping starts and then go for a coffee while I wait for the letters to appear on the monitor! (I'd been using that old computer for almost ten years and the person who gave it to me had had it for four years before that). The price was very reasonable for what I got, especially since it was on sale. I'm pretty sure this thing would have cost over a grand brand new. So.... yeah! very very very happy and very impressed with the customer service. It's always nice when the shop is staffed by ppl who actually like what they're doing. EDITED TO ADD: it's been 4 months, and I'm still in love with it. Aside from a glitch involving thrashing that I've tracked to the graphics drivers, it's the perfect machine for me.

    Love this place. Had my eye on a tower in the online store, even though they didn't have that specific tower in store, they managed to find one that was comparable, and cheaper than I expected! Any time I need parts or components, this is my first stop.

    Although some staff members were most likely annoyed by my constant questions and concerns, they remained patient with me and provided genuine assistance for me and my PC. I should be picking up my PC later today and I'm sure it will be exactly what was expected. All in all, until further notice, this is the place to go for all your PC needs, novice or not! Extra big thanks to the current manager I spoke with today, and extra big thanks to the service team for doing what thry do best 💯

    These guys are the bees knees! I'm sure all of the 5 Chris's I was told that work there are fantastic but chris the manager has Excellent customer service skills. Felt like every question was answered and most important is that i felt confident with my purchase! Keep up the good work everybody 👏

    I generally will ALWAYS go to Canada’s Computers before big box stores like Best Buy. I prefer this store, as it feels like Future Shop used to feel. Unfortunately today January 4th 2025, I was not able to bring this store business, due to lack of staff, in particular a technician. I would have liked someone to have checked my power supply, if that did not resolve my issue, I was going to consider purchasing a new desktop computer from the store. I wasted my gas, and my time, now I have to go to Best Buy, which is exactly what I did NOT want to do. But I have to get my computer working. Please help ensure you have proper staffing of computer technicians onsite, at least during the weekdays. I will STILL chose Canada’s Computers first, but sad that I was not able to bring business to this store due to a staffing issue. Thank you for your time.

    Employees walking around on thier phones and talking amongst themselves ignoring customers. I was in the store for 10 minutes unable to find anything, and not a single employee offered any kind of assistance. Take your business elsewhere, wintronics in st Catherines is way better.

    One of the staff there helped me out on the final parts I needed for my pc build along with my other questions. Most of the parts I didn't purchase there, however, the gentlemen was very helpful and knowledgeable about my build regardless. In the future, any parts I need I will be going there from here on out. Thank you again for all your help and most of all, your friendly and knowledgeable staff :)

    Came in looking to spend $2000+ on a gaming computer and was quite disappointed. The staff were unhelpful and frankly hard to find in such a small store. Employees ignored us with their faces glued to their phones, casually conversing instead of tending to the customers. When we commented on the lack of service we were met with a snarky "Cheers". As a customer of 10+ years I am disgusted with the complete lack of respect we were shown during our visit.

    Nice looking store, friendly staff. Unfortunately the choices made in how they handle customer traffic flow is disappointing. The entrance from the parking lot is just an entrance. To leave the store, after shopping, you must exit through the mall. Then either walk to a mall exit and return via the outside of the mall, exit via a store that does have a way of travelling through the to the parking lot or exit via the fire exit next to the store (this exit has no automatic doors for anyone with a handicap and it locks behind you). This choice on customer flow feels like it should be against the AODA and should be looked into ASAP. I brought up this issue with a staff member and she told me to report it myself as the home office doesn’t take anything they report as a priority… very disappointing to hear. I do enjoy shopping at this retailer so I hope they look into this issue.

    Customer service was very good. The two people that helped me where really nice and as helpful as they could be. The problem was they had a severe lack of inventory. Half of the shelves in the keyboard/mouse section were completely empty. Inventory online did not match with what they had at all.

    Was in their today, 1 way in and 1 way out. Guy that helped me look for headphones was nice. But the girl that yelled at me at the end of the isle telling me I cannot open a box as she started approaching me. I told her it was opened as I didn't break the seal. She was rude and I walked out with purchasing anything and will continue to shop at staples.

    Been quite a few years since I've been into Canada Computers. Old computer died so it was time to make a visit. Ordered parts online, order was picked quickly. Computer was actually assembled faster then they said which was fantastic. Everyone I spoke to in my few visits there was extremely pleasant.

    Good selection for the most part, but horrible warranty. But the worst is their staff. Not interested in helping, expression is they'd rather not be there...I go with one other customer being helped by staff member, however, blonde girl and tech guy, not interested....I wait up the front counter ready to buy something...make eye contact, but nothing...finally, after other customer come in, I get fed up and call her over, she says, oh, we're busy...you weren't before....poor poor service....I will buy from Amazon....Worst warranty.....worst service....

    Needed something rather urgently and unexpectedly, and after 5pm (during COVID, no less). Canada Computers had what I needed in stock, and were good enough to process the order I placed online the same day! Got it before they closed for the night, and my computer is up and running again. Super easy to order, very simple pickup procedure, overall super impressed with their curbside experience. Really great staff too. Thanks!

    Very helpful, I spoke to the them over the phone and they were able to diagnose the issue with my computer, save me from getting the laptop serviced and found me the cord I needed since it was rather hard to come by considering I needed a Display-to-HDMI cord since I have a business-grade PC Price was reasonable, store was very clean and organized and there were lots of employees available to assist me. 10/10 would recommend!

He spoke in language a (young!) senior would understand, and helped me make informed decisions about my tech needs. I will go to him with any tech needs I have in the future.     Back and forth, that's how many times I've been in a week. I don't really like interactions and except for a few "do you need anything?" It's been great. Not sure why there is so much empty space on the shelves and multiple locations for PC cases, overall the store is much better than the last location.

    From my personal experience, They are 2 for 3. The first experience is where I bought all my parts and blew 2k just like that. After building my computer I didn't get a post. So the next day I brought it in and said I'm not getting a post. They do the right thing and begin diagnosing it. About five minutes later, they came to the conclusion that the RAM was faulty. So I replace it with the one month warranty and head home. I did also notice that the guy helping me did get mixed up with the sticks and which box is which (I'm not mad about this because everyone is human). I head home, put my new sticks in and still no post. However I did get a post with just one in. So, I use my computer for a bit, went on vacation, and go back to their store and ask for a diagnosis now believing the motherboard's slots were toast. They said it would be 3-4 days because they are on backup with other computers to be worked on. It's now coming up on two weeks. I've called and emailed and they FINALLY have an update... The RAM sticks are faulty. Which also took them over a week and a call asking whats going on.

    Travelled 40 minutes to purchase a Display port to DVI cable, specifically telling it needed to display out at 144hz. Got back home and it was not what I asked for. Called in and asked if they cover either the cost or time for travelling back to fix their mistake. It was a hard no, even after buying the cable, a 3000$ computer and 180$ headphones. I will never shop here again. Such a shame.

    First of all, if you haven't been to Canada Computers before you definitely need to check it out. It has some of the best deals on any computer parts and accessories. Second, I have to point out that the staff at the Fairview Mall location has some of the best customer service that you can ask for. Ahmed a sales rep for instance today, "I give a lot of credit for being an honest and helpful" for helping my mother-in-law buy a computer related for her business use. It was exactly what she needed and not something she really didn't need. Very friendly guy. Great team guys keep it up. I also go here for all my personal gaming technology. 5 STARS...!

    The store is ok and has lots of things I am looking for - great access from the parking lot on the way in but there is a strange way to get back out through a sketchy hallway and an unmarked door. Justin was very rude about this when I didn't seem to understand, rolling his eyes and being condescending and very unprofessional. He has probably had to explain this a hundred times to customers but I didn't deserve to be talked to so rudely.

    Great assortment of products. However the customer service is garbage. Me and my friend were followed by 3 people the entire time we were in the store. Big guy at the counter was obviously in a bad mood and wanted everyone to know it. My friend used 100 dollar bills for his purchase and there was an immediate concern by the management that they were fake. After the purchase was completed we went to go walk back to our car and the big guy didn't alow us to go back through the entrance of the store. We were told it was not allowed even after spending hundreds if dollars, however I have walked through that entrance many times in the past. We had to walk through the entire mall to get back to our car which was outfront of the store. I have been a repeat customer for years but after being treated like swine I will not be back. I can't recommend this place to anyone due to how they treat their customers. Shop Online.
