The lady with straight blonde hair (I always forget people’s names!) has been so friendly and helpful! I can see her passion through her big smile! I got my favourite fragrances with a 75% discount! Such a deal!!

The company really needs to change how they train their staff. I understand it's not the staff's fault but every time I come in this store I am bombarded by every employee. I was asked at MINIMUM 4 times today if I need help or what I am looking for in the span of 2 minutes. Quite frankly it makes me want to leave the store immediately and it's incredibly frustrating. Back off customers a bit. I think it would do you a lot of good. It is not an effective business plan to harass your customers until they want to leave.

Went there to pick up some candles for presents. They had a deal on them at the time. There are some other deals to be had there from time to time. Keep an eye on for sales as I find it expensive otherwise.

I went in at 5:45 yesterday store 886028 the girl at the door welcomed me with such beautiful Christmas cheer and when I answered what I was looking for she swapped her position at the door with a colleague to walk me to the product 😊❣️a big thank you to that particular girl- specifically because I have been to that store two other occasions and BOTH times ignored by staff without a greeting!!!

Love this store absolutely amazing! I will cry if it closes. A thousand wishes, midnight amber glow, and pink champagne are my personal favourites.

Fantastic sale on liquid soaps and Wallflowers if you had a coupon. Limited varieties, but still found some nice fragrances. Great customer service.

I love this store, like everywhere else prices have Risen quite a bit. Glad to say they still have sales to entice you in. I purchased the 5 hand soaps, for $28. I then decided to treat myself to a nice scented nightlight, as the fragrances were also on sale for $3.95 each. The light was quite steep at $16.50. It is only a piece of plastic after all. Anyway, when I got it home and plugged it in the scent was lovely. Later when I went to switch it off I was disappointed to realize that there was No on/ off switch. You have to unplug the light!!!!!!This sucks.

I love this shop. The products small so amazing and if you can find your way there when they have their sales the prices are even better

Last Saturday my mother and I visited the store looking for a specific car insert scent. We found the one we were looking for but of course also wanted to take advantage of the sale they were having. There were a few scents my mom was interested in but we didn't see any of them to purchase, only the testers. The associate that helped us was really friendly and looked in the drawers to see if she could find any of what my mom was looking for. She answered all of our questions but didn't make us feel bombarded or pressured to buy anything. I also wanted to point out this lovely pride display they had set up. It was so cute, and the scent was great as well! I do find them to be pricy for what you're getting which is the reason for only four stars, but of course I understand prices are determined by the company and not the store or it's employees.

My last visit I was very disappointed! Everything was Christmas. For those of us who don't like the smells of christmas there was nothing normal for us!

Very welcoming when we came in. The Sales were explained to me, and I was shown a selection of Fragrance's based on what I liked. 4 Body Sprays later, and I will be back for more.

Amazing Customer Service at this location. Super rare to find since the majority of employees are distracted on their cell phones lol ALL the girls here were so easy to talk to, they provided suggestions, asked the right questions and made my post work visit super awesome. 10/10 Keep it up!!!

It's a nice place, has a variety of scents and sizes. Also cut little display pieces to accent your candles...a little pricey though...

Wonderful customer service! The staff were all super nice and helpful. I had one employee pick out a lovely candle for my anniversary dinner with my husband. Felt comfortable talking to another asian, she was very easy to talk to. Highly recommended and would come again. Happy man and happy husband 🥰

I was talked into getting 5 products (they said 2 would be free as part of some sale) but they still didn't give me the sale price, they overcharged me so BE CAREFUL if they talk you into this!!! I was dumb and didn't read the receipt until I got home.

Great service as usual. I was on my way to Hamilton and I decided to stop at the Pen Center to get some stuff at Bath & Body Works since the Pen closes at 8pm and the Limeridge closes at 7pm. The girls are very helpful in the store.

Highly recommend! Everything looked organized and fully stocked. Everything was clean and the staff was very knowledgeable about the products and discounts. BIG shout out to Braden and Gigi who were fantastic! They both went above and beyond to help me find the best products for my house and for a birthday gift for a friend.
